    First time at the new Coopers Hawk in our area. Walked in and was kindly greeted by the host and sat quickly to our table. The person who sat us went through all of the chefs specials. Was greeted promptly by our server Madison who was very attentive. Drinks were brought to the table quickly and our chicken Madeira and prime sandwich came out hot and delicious. The food portions were more than you would expect for a fine dining restaurant, which was much appreciated. For dessert we had the Smores Budino and the Milk Chocolate Cremeux. Both were excellent and would highly recommend. A wonderful experience for our much awaited date night.

    This was our second time here on a date night. Fabulous from start to finish once again- wonderful, attentive service, gorgeous building, amazing food. The brown butter blondie was SO good I’m still thinking about it the next day!!! I mean, sooo sooo good!!!

    My wife and I had a great time. Tons of laughs and good memories. I just wish we had just as much fun at Jimmy’s Strip club. That place turned for the worst. I’d recommend going to the Castle for this special event any year.
