I felt the whole experience was exceptional. My husband was a little disconcerted by the restaurant moving which made it difficult for him to relax, but I found it so interesting being able to view 360 degrees of Hobart. The food was exceptional. Every duck liver parfait that I eat from now on will be compared to the one I ate here. The lobster souffle' was divine.

We had a lovely night. We had been 5 years ago and it was excellent. Love the art and great service.

We don’t normally get to go to high class places as this. Our waitress treated us like we were meant to be there.it was for our 40th wedding anniversary and it was a high light of our day/night Food was excellent and I must say the waitress was awesome. The staff here are friendly and very professional. They worked well as a team and communication to clients, excellent. They know their products and explained menu and drink items well. They kept their enquiries about our meal discreet but appropriate. The restaurant smelt devine and the food did not disappoint. Both the lamb and eye fillet were cooked to perfection. The chefs in the grill kitchen know their stuff and were interesting to watch... great team work! The thick cut chips were disappointing as they were not crunchy as anticipated. Great mac n cheese and lovely accompaniments with the lamb. We enjoyed the apple pie dessert and left very satisfied diners. Well done everyone.

Great meal, great service, great venue and outlook
