The restaurant is beautiful and romantic, and the personal service was exceptional from beginning to end. We had requested a quiet, intimate table, and they graciously honored our request. This was a birthday dinner for my boyfriend, and the staff truly went out of their way to make the evening special for him. They offered wonderful recommendations, were attentive without being intrusive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. The food was delicious and beautifully, elegantly plated, and we were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices given the quality of the food and level of service. Adding to the wonderful atmosphere was the roving clarinet musician, whose music made the evening feel especially romantic and memorable. A wonderful evening all around — romantic atmosphere, excellent food, thoughtful service, and a very special birthday celebration. Our server(Rachel) was amazing, my wife has celiac, so no wheat, they were very accommodating, I still had some of their hot bread from the oven, I’m so glad I had some of it and I usually don’t eat the bread so I can enjoy other food I order. I had an appetizer and a salad, they were both fantastic. And my wife and I shared the chartaibland, or I’m sorry but I couldn’t pronounce it. I also had 2 martinis. Everything was exceptional. The only thing was I had a hard time reading the menu, we were tucked in a little nook by a steel beam, and it’s not very bright to begin with but it was really dark in the corner still loved it, but I had to use my phone, and I have old man eyes.
