Fall River Restaurants

Great experience! We sat out on the deck watching the boats go by. 2 of us had the swordfish which was excellent! My wife had the steak Diane but the real hit at the table was the prime rib! Holy smokes it was a side of beef! Three of us shared it and there were still leftovers! If back in the area I would definitely go back!

My friend of 24 yrs. was visiting from Florida & we sat on the outside deck under the umbrella which provided the shade for me. The weather was perfect to sit outside with the breeze and sunshine. We both ordered a bowl of white cream chowder which was delicious with an order of 6 clam fritters. The light cream sauce added was slightly tangy but not too spicy which was perfect. The waitress was friendly and efficient in getting our food to our table within a few minutes. Very delightful lunch which we always enjoy when we dine at The Boathouse!

Food was delicious, drinks were great. I believe it’s just the husband running the bar and taking care of tables while the wife is the chef. Service is a bit slow but the food and drinks and the decor make up for it.

I ordered the St. Patrick’s Day special, which was corn, beef and cabbage with potatoes and carrots and the juice with it. It was delicious. The best corn beef I ever tasted and the service was great lots of fun at the casino as well.
