French | Pennington, New Jersey Suburbs

This is a good, but not outstanding, restaurant. I and my friend each had a French Onion Soup, a salad, + dessert. All the dishes were excellent. There were only people at 3 out of possibly 10 tables. So, the service by the chef, waiter, who was the only person working, was very good. The noise level was fine when there were only 2 tables seated, but when the third table was occupied the noise level rose. I imagine that if all the tables had been occupied it would have been rather noisy. The music was a little loud, but the waiter/chef lowered the volume for us. It is perhaps the best choice for dining in Pennington, NJ. More

Discover Pennington

Drive about 45 minutes northeast of Philadelphia, and you will find Pennington, the most relaxed borough in New Jersey. Break your fast on a homemade bagel sandwich with a crisp-fried smoked whitefish fillet topped with lettuce and tomato. Lunch on a whole wheat wrap filled with turkey and pancetta, garnished with fresh mozzarella, romaine lettuce, plum tomatoes, and roasted garlic aioli. You're sure to go into a food coma until the smells of dinner beckon you. Take in the invigorating aroma of granny smith apples and candied walnuts nestled in tender gorgonzola baby spinach with a decadent salad drizzled balsamic vinaigrette, but not too much. Finish your day with an entrée of fresh beef, pork, and veal meatballs covered in an unassuming sauce and shaves of parmesan. You'll drive home satisfied and relaxed.
