   In the past I dined at North Coast Cafe as they offered a lunch buffet that was timely and convenient for my meetings. Now post-COVID, they only offer ordering from a menu that slows down the timing and provides fewer options relative to what I prefer to eat. Still great service and good quality.

   North Coast Café is the best option for a relatively quiet and relaxed lunch on Cleveland Clinic's main campus. The lunch menu is quite good and offers a nice selection, and the staff is very professional and accommodating.

   The place was almost empty. That should have been a hint. Service was slow and somewhat surly. I've had better French onion soup from Campbell's. My guest's salad greens looked like they were a week old. Only passing Chardonnay. Will not return.

   The restaurant is lovely and the menu is creative and diverse. The food was great, and server was professional. My only concern was that it took a very long time to get our food. We sat down at 7:30 and finished at 11:00. I would be hesitant to return only for this reason. I would recommend as a lovely bar with a great wine list and cocktails.

    Took our Michigan friends who were at the CCF for medical care, to lunch. All had something from the list of salads. My Caesar salad with very tender grilled chicken was perfectly prepared. Our visiting friends are very finicky diners; and were very well satisfied. The service was prompt, attentive and pleasant. Lunch fare was a bit pricey ($100.00 for four) but very worthwhile overall. A very pleasant dining experience. Will definitely return when meeting with visiting friends.

    The lunch menu offering three items together (salad, soup, sandwich) was appealing, and the service was cordial if not prompt. But the beef in the sandwich was so overcooked that some slices were inedible. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant only to individuals who find it necessary to remain adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic.

    The meal and service provided by Corey was outstanding. The ambiance and cleanliness were excellent. The salads were very good but the french onion soup was tasteless and the worst french onion soup I’ve ever had because of its total lack of any flavor. The service was very lovely, pleasant and professional but on two recent visits was extremely and excruciatingly slow. The restaurant was easily 80% empty both times so it’s very hard to understand why service is so very slow. The welcome from the hostesses upon arrival is luke warm. Neither of our servers told us about the special buffet nor did the hostess. We saw it on our own and and so glad we did. The buffet was fabulous and Corey, who made and served everything at the buffet was exceptional. This could be such a great place to eat if just these few simple things could be fixed.

    The coffee machine was out of water. Our server was so busy. When the two folks standing at the door saw me try to make it work, one remarked: "it's out of water - just find your server and tell them to fill it". Really, I thought: you're not busy at all and you're standing 15 feet from a faucet, do you think you could trouble yourself to fill it? That would simultaneously help their far more busy colleague, and it would also allow me to leave the restaurant and get back to work. That apparently was too much trouble or they felt it was beneath them (I'm polite so I did not say anything).

    We came for lunch with a group of coworkers. We called ahead and they were able to accommodate our party without any issue, and we were sat immediately upon arrival. They were even gracious enough to add another chair when our group got some last minute additions. The lunch buffet was a great deal with a wide variety of fresh and high quality options, especially the dessert!

    Excellent location for a business lunch with staff from the Cleveland Clinic. The lunch buffet is always delicious with a wide range of entrée options and fresh, delicious salads and deserts. Excellent wait staff as well contributes to a worry free dining experience.

    Great location for a business meeting held near Cleveland clinic. Met with several colleagues and location was very convenient. They offer buffet as well as menu . Great selection on buffet and made for quick meal too.

    Went here for during a weekend when family was in town for breakfast. Food was good but very overpriced. Service was some of the poorest I have ever had. Our family had flights to catch so we chose to eat here since they stayed at the hotel nearby. We sat for nearly 40 minutes after finishing our meal before the check ever came. No ones water, coffee, juice was refilled and everyone had empty glasses at the end of the meal. It was not even crowded that day. The waitress was not very friendly. Was very disappointed and embarrassed we chose this restaurant for our family. Then we got the check which for 6 people had already included a 20% tip (I always tip this anyways but on this occasion the service was so poor I would not have). The whole experience was terrible. Would strongly recommend against.

    Always a good choice! Tasty buffet with risotto bar. Lovely selection of salads and entrees. Desserts are always a treat. The staff is always kind and courteous. I hope they never change.

    The wait staff was slower than usual on this particular visit. I would have appreciated my water glass being refilled during my meal but it was never offered. No one checked on us during our meal either; although we did select the lunch buffet. This is unusual relative to the numerous times I have dined here for luch,

    , did not wait at all for the table, food was great, server was wonderful! She managed ALL of our special requests without a hesitation, she then even brought 4 tiny little desserts to the table and said "Happy Friday! Compliments of me!" It was adorable and they were REALLY delicious! Thank you! Great experience!
