The charred broccoli with the almond crusted salmon was too charred. Couldn't eat half of it.
Outdoor heaters not quite warm enough. Good food but slower service
The food was not very good and overpriced. The sangria also barely had any alcohol in it and was very sweet/more like a juice.
The place looks nicer in pictures, which isn't a terrible thing because a lot of places are designed to be--and look better when--they are teaming with people. I get that. (It of course wasn't full due to the pandemic.) The place is a mid-level chain restaurant along the line of a TGIFridays, with less of a menu. The host/hostess were pleasant enough. Our table wasn't ready when we were seated. It was more than five minutes before we saw our server, who couldn't have seemed less interested in being there. She didn't know much about the menu, and she felt like telling us she was nineteen and they wouldn't let her drink was her pass for not knowing anything about the bar service or even making the effort to get someone who did. We had to ask for water. Despite the reduced dining size, the kitchen was somehow "backed up" but we were still advised we needed to honor the 90 minute table turn. We were not offered dessert or coffee. The food, even for what it was, was just okay. This particular Wednesday night it was Less Than Average Joe's. It's unlikely I'd go back. King of Prussia is teaming with chain restaurants of better quality for the same price.
Our food took a long time to be ready! We dinned around 5pm, the place was empty too. My drink was terrible and waitress was slow to check on us.
The food was mediocre at best.
Food was grate
Potstickers, crispy bang bang shrimp & cheesteak egg rolls for starters. All very good.
Chicken parm for entree which was fresh & tasty would definitely go back
Outdoor dining was very cold because the heat lamps were not working.
The server was great, quick on checking up on us and making sure everything was well.
We want to top patio opened. The below patio lacked ambiance
Basic bar food. Not you’re average Joe’s is VERY average.
Great service and outdoor space. Food was great too.
Excellent food. Service was top notch. Highly recommend
Food is good but the menu could be a little bit more extensive
It was ok, food was fair. The service is always slow at t he Ardmore location. Bread was yummy!
The food was delicious as usual!
The food was wonderful! We had the cheesesteak egg rolls!
Menu is limited to literally five dishes and three sandwiches. Staff was inattentive, told us they are closing when I tried ordering additional items about twenty minutes before 9pm. I made a reservation and they were running 30 minutes behind schedule.
I like this place a lot but I will wait until COVID season is over to go back, as they have not figured out a good way to adjust like other restaurants in the area.
Friendly service as soon as you arrive. Compliments to the chef as our dishes were excellent.
it was a nice lunch spot. Food was good, sever was just ok. i wouldnt say lets go back but if someone else wanted to go I would no problem.
The torn plastic outside is awfullllll🤮
If you or someone you with is allergic to gluten, this is outstanding! For gf, they serve gf rolls. They have gf options for all their sandwiches and many entrees.
Great indoor atmosphere. Waitress was very accommodating.
My wife & I really liked the food and atmosphere. Prices are the only part I wouldn't rate 5 stars. Parking is a little challenging and you need to bring quarters with you to do so, but it's still worth coming here.
Loved the atmosphere and variety of the menu. Will definitely be back!
I was a little disappointed that the outdoor seating was not on their second level patio.
Neighborhood Gem! Food was excellent. Lots of choices. Would definitely come back!
Amazing as always. Tried their new cheesesteak egg rolls. They were mouth watering good!!
Took awhile to be greeted once we finally sat down for our reservation. Our server was switched midway through our night. It took awhile for them to let us know. Then I literally watching my partners food sit in the food window for 15 mins before it was brought out to us. Probably wouldn’t go back. The pizza I ordered was more crust than actual pizza.
Service left some professionalism to be desired. Weren’t notified of the bar closinhv
It was my Birthday and I enjoy going to Not Your Average Joes for dinner - people are nice and friendly and I enjoy the food !
We had the hamburger special; it was delicious; there were plenty of fries accompanying the sandwich.
The service here has really gone downhill. The servers don’t seem to know much about the menu, don’t know what to do when something goes wrong (in this case he shrugged and walked away), and the place looks like hell. The projector over peoples heads is literally held up by a bungee cord. Scary.
This was our first time dining here and we were pleasantly surprised! The food was great and we had a fun time
Really good food.
I made a reservation and was seated right away when I arrived. We weren't told about the restaurant being cashless, until we were seated. I wish they'd mentionec that when I made the reservation because I planned to use cash, but we had credit cards.
The complimentary bread was delicious. My friend had the Meatloaf and I had the special, Shrimp and Salmon Alfredo. The food was really good, as well as the service.
New menu. Was disappointed that both items I went for were removed.
Not a good night! Service and food was horrible!
Very friendly staff. Our waiter was nice and the food was very fresh. Would definitely come back.
Food was better in my previous visits. Substantial reduction in menu selections. Existing menu is ordinary.
Hopefully things will revert to the norm post pandemic.
As for now, it’s forgettable.
Service was excellent. Ambience average but fine.
Food -bar type - very good for what it is.
Overall- good value for what you get
Just went in for a quick bite. Enjoyed it
This is experience was underwhelming. The service was blah. The food was meh. The environment was meh. Manage had full conversations over our table without asking how our dining experience was. Waitress (Jane) was less than boring. Was not very attentive to needs. We had to ask for everything little thing, straws, salt, pepper, etc. The food was subpar. The drinks were good but a little pricey in my opinion.
Needless to say, we won’t be back.
