Great ambience, very busy place. We got seated at a terrible table for 2 at the top of the stairs with constant traffic. The Cuban was rather bland, but the fries were good. The mustard chicken was good, as were the green beans and mashed potatoes. We also got the Korean wings which were tasty. Was too full for dessert but the peanut butter thing is something I highly recommend.

they put us up on the second floor while the first floor was empty didn't feel llike climbing steps did not like the vibe up there - tables on frst floor were cooler lots of little kids too food was ok nachos were wierd and a strange color disappointing

Our waitress was seriously inexperienced. First, my wife ordered Chardonnay and I ordered a Cabernet Savignon. She brought us two red wines. Not even realizing that a Chardonnay is a white. Then our entrées were mixed up. The right food in total, but the combinations were wrong. However, since our waitress never came back to ask us if everything was OK we never had a chance to explain to her the problem. Then she brought us a check and never returned to collect our payment. After 20 minutes we just paid the check electronically online and walked out. Very disappointing.

Food was a little slow to arrive but it didn't impact my overall rating. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. Drinks were awesome as well. I will be returning and will recommend.

Although our server was fantastic, the kitchen was a mess. We went here specifically for GF options, and were not asked at the host desk if we wanted one, and getting a GF menu delayed our ordering. The food came out of the kitchen slowly, our entrees before the apps, and not even all at the same time. The food itself was mediocre at best, small portions, and carelessly plated. The cocktails were very overpriced and not even good. We will not be returning.

The food was average and the service was fine but this restaurant needs some love. The walls, floors, tables, basically everything looks old and worn and feels kind of sticky. This place was awesome a few years ago but seems to be going downhill.

Very cool location. Most of the food was good. One steak came out practically medium well when we asked for medium rare. Took over 15 mins to get a new steak. At least they took the charge off the bill. Good not great. Over priced for what it is

It was just ok nothing was good or outstanding. Our server was nice the food was just ok pretty bland not a lot of flavor drinks the same. We waited almost a half hour for our meals and it wasn’t Crowded at all don’t think I’ll be visiting again.

Reservation ready and seating was good. Preference for food order was pulled pork for both of us but they were out of pulled pork. My choice for substitute...crunchy salad was adequate but will not get again. Companions hamburger was good.

Despite having a reservation, they gave the people in front of us, who didn’t have a reservation, a table and then told me they didn’t have a table. Said that it’s first come first serve to sit outside. Horrible.

We have eaten here a lot over the years and feel that the experience is decling in quality. Foccacia bread is no longer warm. Food takes longer to arrive. Too much dressing on the salad and not attractively presented.

Food quality has gone down tremendously, and that makes me sad. First time ever I've gotten multiple things I didn't like. Bread was cold,not warm OR room temp & got it after we asked 2x. Everything took forever, drinks, food, bill, bread. If the kitchen is backed up & servers are in the weeds, why wouldn't the host hold the tables so the service can be better for everyone? I heard servers apologizing to multiple tables. This has ALWAYS been a solid place. Let's keep it that way, & this summer menu wasn't exciting like it usually is? Why is meatloaf on it? That's winter comfort and it wasn't as delicious as it was last year & overly soft.

Chicken piccata was perfect!! Delish!! Also the penne a la vodka. Really enjoyed the meal…the complimentary focaccia bread with a dish of Parmesan olive oil was a nice touch.

My mother, aunt , and daughter waited over 51 mins to get food , our waiter never came over to check on us, never came over for refills or let us know the issue, we had to hunt her down to tell her we were leaving, but when a white family came in she was super attentive , gave bread and refills and they came in 30 minutes after us and got all 4 of their meals while we never received anything. She was the worst, we complained to the manager and nothing was done. Worse experience of my life at a restaurant.

Our waitress along with the service was questionable at best! We had no plates or silverware which we requested on multiple occasions. When we finally received the silverware we were short by one and the plates were soaking wet. We waited an inordinate amount of time to get our appetizers and 2 seconds later, our entrees came out, which we sent back. Additionally, someone from the kitchen came out to confirm our entrees, evidently because nothing was written down, which initiated some of the problems. Supposedly, there was a problem in the kitchen which was told to us at the end of our dinner. Just said sorry without any other accommodation?

I made a reservation to take advantage of their happy hour since it was our 1st time & wasn't gonna stay long. However, when we arrived we were sat at a booth not knowing that you had to sit at the bar to receive happy hour prices. The host staff should do better when greeting guest & engaging customers. They seemed a bit all over the place. The food was great!!!

Our waitperson was wonderful. He anticipated our needs. The manager was also great. I reviewed the gluten free menu for someone else and they assured me they can be flexible for my gluten free vegan friend. Good food, nice people, large menu, very flexible and reasonably priced

Service was lacking. Our waitress wasn’t attentive- took our orders and didn’t see her again until we asked for the check. Wasn’t real busy (maybe 6 tables while we were there for lunch). Took a long time to just to get drinks and we were not asked for refills. Not the best experience.
