Great starters and mains with good selection of items for vegetarians
awful service - repeatedly had to get up to find a staff memberto ask for things. repeatedly forgot to bring us items including main course as waiter had forgotten to place order. when main course eventually arrived, the food was sadly cold. not good value for the portion sizes, very plain tasting - i enjoy italian food but this was a disappointment.
Obica is a really good place to chill and have some good italian dishes. The cold and hot starters are very good and the pizza is one of the best I had in London.
The food is nothing to write home about though two of our party said the carbonara was good. Service was OK though about half of their beer selection was unavailable. Good location for a pre-theatre bite before the London Palladium.
They make a really delicious Pizza!! Not our first visit and def not our last. Service very friendly too.
We really really enjoyed our dinner.
Really simple, really delicious food. A decent range of wines. Attentive but not overly intrusive service. I'd definitely rebook.
Nice service and food.
Very good lunchtime meal.
Very good service and food delicious
Food great. Toilets more what you’d expect in a night club than a nice restaurant - broken door handles meant one of our group got stuck in the loo unable to get out. Staff appeared unfazed when told about this - toilet was in the same state an hour later when we left; no sign saying out of order so anyone could get stuck in it again.
But the food was great!
Very nice atmosphere. Good service and very good pizza!
Really enjoyed our lunch at Obicà - the food was delicious, the service excellent (friendly, efficient and know their stuff) and environment is lovely. Highly recommend and will definitely go again - such delicious dishes to try!
Service was fab! Need more vegetarian items on menu.
Great fresh food.
Always good food. Service slower than usual.
Lovely food and great service. I had lasagne which was really different and delicious
Good food but slow service
We had a fab time at Obicà. We arrived slightly late which the restaurant were relaxed about.
We shared a huge mozzarella ball for starters (when in Rome!) which was delightful (the 250g was a good portion between 4), and each enjoyed different mains.
The best part were the serving staff - all super friendly, polite but chatty and attentive but not over bearing.
We would definitely return as we were made to feel so welcome, thank you!
The restaurant was really nice, food was lovely & staff friendly. My only problem was i had booked to receive a free glass of wine with main meals which I didn’t receive, when i asked about this when the bill was presented i was told I should have said so at the start! Nowhere on my booking confirmation did it say this & in the past when i have used another company to book offers i have not had to do this as it had always been known to the restaurant ad it is on the booking so this was quite annoying as it added an additional £15 cost to the bill which was unexpected
Currently you cannot buy better pizza. There's no place.
The other dishes are amazing as well.
It’s always a good experience at Olbica. The food is good quality and reasonably priced. The location of the Poland Street branch is perfect for the Palladium.
Nice restaurant but food was disappointing. Cocktails were nice and atmosphere was lovely
The waiter was wonderful.
The food was delicious - real Italian 👌🏻
The price was great and we had a deal that included a glass of white wine 💁🏻♀️
Would definitely go back here
L’hamburger era un po’ troppo cotto. La pizza buonissima!!! È all’altezza di Obicà in Italia!! 🥰
Great place to go but very loud on Fridays when there’s a DJ.
Good food selection and staff is very friendly.
Our waitress was amazing, very knowledgable and just an overall pleasure. I think the food is expensive for what you get £30 for a plate of cold cuts and cheese is expensive but for me the amazing service made up for this.
Great menu and choice for dinner. I always really enjoy eating at Obica and had great service throughout our evening.
Location is nice with very helpful and attending staff. High London prices but quality of food only ok.
I love the food here, especially the variety of fresh mozerella.
Excellent restaurant and great location being just off Oxford Street.
Nice small plates and selection of delicious mozzarella. We enjoyed their cocktails and fresh pasta, but found the desserts and service unimpressive.
The waitress was charming & the food was delightful.
Really loud table next to us, so much so people even left before ordering food. Ruined my birthday meal experience
Service was amazing! Food was delicious too. A real treat for Sunday lunch
Very friendly Italian staff who are knowledgeable and helpful when questioned about dishes and the types of mozzarella. I was given very good advice when it came to choosing wine, with an Excellent Verdicchio from the producers Umani Ronchi. I will definitely go back. Our whole family enjoyed the meal.
The food was very nice and traditional. Service was perfect, just a bit too much noise.
Nice place to eat, busy but not too noisy. The pizza was excellent. The service was good, except for one mistake where the wrong wine was delivered, but this was quickly put right. I would definitely recommend as a pre-theatre or venue place to eat.
Cute place, nice pizzas! I’d go back and give it another try.
I have been many times to the City branch and have been very pleased, so I decided to try this one too.
Food was overall ok, good quality ingredients as always with Obicà and great buffalo mozzarella, but the carbonara and the tiramisù dishes were not something extraordinary.
What was a drawback in the experience was the staff’s weird attitude that made us uncomfortable.
Maybe it was just this night, as I never had a bad experience with Obicà before!
Free glass of wine with main is not goodz. Tasted like ribena. Knife could not cut pizza. Why not giving steak knives?!? Tiramisu was too creamy and did not have the taste of ameretto. Would not rush back.
