Our server was kind and knowledgeable, the busser kept our waters full and table clean. Our cocktails and entrees came out in a timely manner and all were delicious. On the recommendation from our server we had the crab cake crusted grouper and the ribeye, well worth it. (It’s worth mentioning that we dined here in Oct 2021 and had a terrible experience. We were hesitant to come back, but saw the current reviews were positive. We’re very pleased that we have the restaurant a second chance. Complete 180 from our previous experience!)

Wonderful experience celebrating 🥳 our 💍 engagement! Our server Sheila always takes wonderful care of us. She is so awesome! Food is always excellent! And as always the Champagne infused Brie butter SLAPS! Can’t go wrong with Flemings in Winter Park. We will be back!!

We had a very enjoyable meal during the 2023 Sidewalk Art Sale! There was a chance of rain so we chose to eat inside. My wife had the Fish Tacos and I had the Sea Scallop Risotto. Both were delicious. The sea scallops were large and perfectly cooked. The Chili Cream Sauce was an unexpected treat. My wife had had fish tacos in a couple of restaurants during our stay and the dish she was served at blu was the best. We wish we’d taken a chance and eaten out on the sidewalk. The rest of the restaurant felt a bit sparse. It might have been due to the fact that for a long while we were the only ones in the dining room. Still, bottom line, I’d go back in a minute.
