The food is pretty average, and the service is not great. They deliver the plates very randomly so at some times we had 3 plates in front of us and at other times we just had some aubergine or broccoli. It’s just poorly executed and not really what you’d expect when you look at the prices they charge. There are much better alternatives in the area, will not be returning.

Interesting, tasty food, based around sharing plates, with generous portions. Lovely setting, and great service. A lovely welcoming and relaxed vibe, and a place I will certainly come back to.

Food is fresh and very good. Bill is paid via the app. As we left we were stopped at the door and told we hadn’t paid. I showed the receipt on my phone. The excuse was that the portal takes ‘time to upload’. If it is a choice between accusing guests of not paying or using manual machine payments the latter is preferable to treating guests as thieves

It was my 2nd time at Pachamama. First time after 8pm and that was great. The last booking was at 7:45 for the first service I gyess. We were informed we have to be done in 1,45 h but the 6 dishes came so fast we were done in an hour. It was very rushed. Such a shame as it made the experience not pleasant.

Great staff and great ambience, food was yummy but not out of this world. Price was actually on the higher end even for London, especially for a restaurant with cozy and more relaxed vibes. Fun experience however so would recommend for a special night out!

Such delicious food! We did the tasting menu which I would recommend if you are unsure of what you want. The short rib beef croquettes and the baked aubergine were winning dishes! The resturant was quite loud, so not ideal for a romantic meal, would recommend for socialising with friends.

Flavours amazing… Well worth a visit. Was a Monday lunchtime so reasonably quiet. Having said that the restaurant was half full not empty. Staff were fantastic. The whole experience was worth every penny. If I lived closer I’d be back again and again…

Sunday brunch... perfect options! Went with some friends... considering we sat in the basement place was bright. Loved the waffle options fried chicken on quinoa and egg, bacon, avo on sweet potato were delightful 😊 Will be back

I went for a weekend brunch for my birthday, and the service was incredibly slow. Our table was booked for 11, there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant and our food was delivered past 12. Once the food did come it was fine, some bits lacked flavor. Very expensive for what it was and wouldn't recommend for breakfast.

The staff are kind and attentive. The service was quite good. The atmosphere was good and quite relaxed - but with techno music in the background. Food is eye-wateringly overpriced for the quality. I would not eat here again it was a waste of money.

Food menu, presentation, and taste were wonderful. Music was too loud and obnoxious. Crowd noise was so loud it is almost impossible to have a conversation. Service was inconsistent from being rushed to being ignored.

Tom, our waiter, was phenomenal! He had great recommendations for drinks and food. The Pisco Sour drinks were quite tasty. The food was Tapas style so we got to try quite a few dishes. The duck was our favorite. Crispy on the outside and tender inside. This was our favorite meal in London. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!
