One of my guests slipped and fell because there was a puddle of water , the sign was nowhere near the puddle .
I had the filet mignon and it was very tender and good quality. Husband had jambalaya and it was too spicy but waiter did warn him it was very spicy. Service was awesome. Waiter was very attentive. We sat outside and the views of the water and the Queen Mary are spectacular.
The restaurant has a beautiful view and the food is very good. Unfortunately on Friday the food took forever and we were on a time table. They said the computer went down and the kitchen didn’t get our order.
Excellent place with excellent view, I would love to come back..!
All was good.
Arrived late (9 PM) and got a great table outside on the water. View and atmosphere is wonderful. Overall food was very good. I ordered the salmon with crab topping and it was amazing. It came with mashed potatoes that were dry and not very good however. My wife ordered the crab cakes and they were amazing! My daughter ordered the filet and it was very good. Overall good experience, albeit pricy (each appetizer crab cake was $18!) so only go here if you're ready to drop a few bills, especially if you have a glass or two of wine.
As Always Parker’s Lighthouse is a Long Beach gem. Great food and the marina view priceless
Newman was a great server!!! Appreciate his attention to detail...
This place is one of most favorite places to go to. Ambiance is great- food is amazing and ocean view! Perfect perfect perfect!!
Great restaurant, great view, great value.
Nice server, but understaffed and very slow service. Food good. Probably won’t be back because of service unfortunately.
Good food, selection somewhat limited. Temperature was too cold - we may have been seated under a vent. Food was very good except for the clam chowder which had too much and undercooked potatoes, and not enough clams.
The service was great and also the food, they have a sampler dish that was outstanding, I had the turf and surf dish and it was very good.
I've visited your institution many times. I felt that it would be a fabulous setting for our annual Nursing Group from LAC-USC Medical Center to meet and greet this year. The experience were great. It was such a beautiful day and the ambiance were awesome.
Absolutely wonderful in every way!!
We had an incredible meal, terrific service (thanks, Mario!) and peaceful ambience.
Food was outstanding the server was exceptional, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that is in to seafood and a water view.
Sitting outside absolutely beautiful! Everything was perfect and a fun time.
Wait person was not that great. She did try to correct errors. Main course took quite a while to show up.
Amazing food and view! I can’t wait to go back. Service was great too.
Great location and service was exceptional. Food was tasty and Refreshing.
The management at Parkers lighthouse did a phenomenal job. We had a larger party but separate tables at one point and they were able to accommodate a ever growing number of people coming in. The wait staff was amazing and the food was exceptional
such a great place for lunch sitting outside on the water. Great food, service, ambiance. I would definitely return.
The view from the patio was wonderful....the food was good, but the timing was off...they brought both appetizers at once, and then we weren't even half way done with the apps and they brought out our dinner. We sent it back, but when it was finally served, it was evident that it had been sitting under the heat lamps the entire time. So our fish was tough.
We enjoyed our dinner, this is our go to when we are unsure where to go eat.
Ambiance was amazing, food was good but I ordered the sea bass and it was over cooked. It was served with veggies and rice. Overall the meal was a 2/5 BUT another person in my party ordered the scallops and they were a 10/5!!! Perfectly cooked, seasoned and the veggies were phenomenal!!! Service was 4/5. Waiter for got my drink order and I had to ask him 3 times for it.... that was disappointing. Overall the family had a great time!
Relaxing atmosphere , beautiful view of the Queen Mary and good food. What more cN you ask for?
The restaurant was freezing cold we asked several times to have the temperature raised. Several people needed to put on sweaters to be comfortable in the restaurant. Food was excellent.
Business dinner. Food was good. Great filet and lobster tail. Not too noisy. Good service wait staff. Too windy to sit outside but offers a great view of Long Beach harbor.
Took a long time for server to take our order. We had to ask about the specials and soups of the day. Good was good but not great. Nice outing during a business conference.
The hostesses were quite rude.
The manager did apologize for it. The server was great and the food was good.
Always enjoy the relaxing vibes at Parkers. First time ordering the swordfish chimichurri style and it was amazing. Almostare the plate. Loved it!
I so enjoyed celebrating my birthday with my friends....
Food and service was good
They are always wonderful and accommodating. The food was delicious and service could not have been better. One thing to note, if you are going here on a weekend, check what activities are happening in the area. This weekend the parking was a serious problem because of a nearby car show.
Great ambiance. Good service. Good food! We went for a romantic birthday dinner and Parker's did not disappoint.
The girl at the front desk had a bad attitude...too bad for a first impresión on the place!...I hope that she was just going through a bad day otherwise she would be leaving a bad impression on each customer, too bad for this business. But the girl that helped us to have a sit was very kind and patience, she was very good a fulfilling our expectations, so our server was very nice and attentive. Food was ok but some room to improve...
Please put a sign on the handicap restroom “Exclusively for handicap people”....some people do not have the education to respect this fact when all other rooms are available...if they were all busy then I would understand.
The ambiance was nice, not too loud. A nice classic dinner time music in the back ground would be nice
Overall we had a good time!
It was mine and my twin sisters birthday, we picked the lighthouse cause having dinner by the water, love it. Mr Newman our waiter marvelous he was great. We all had a wonderful time. Loved it.
The food was terrible for the price. Ordered crab stuffed shrimp but really was stoffers stuffing, the bread was dry, also ordered sword fish which came with 2tabl spoons of rice and the veggie looked like the parts I cut off and throw in the trash. They are very lucky they have the view! Clam chowder was great but $9 for a small cup and $8 for 4 small pieces of garlic bread. I used to eat here multiple times a year, threw a birthday party here but I will never return. 😢
Hi, Toni. I’m sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time with us. It disappoints me to learn when we have fallen short. We do make our crab cake mix daily in-house from scratch for the stuffed shrimp, and we strive to give a generous portion of garlic bread. I hope you will give me the chance to speak with you more about your visit. Per OpenTable’s policy, I will message you my email address. Can you please reach out when you have a moment? Thanks. David Maskello General Manager
I grew up going to this restaurant and it’s been quite some time since I visit here. I was very disappointed. The food quality was terrible, service could have been better and it was to say boring.
Hi, Michelle. I’m so sorry to see that you didn’t enjoy your meal with us. I’d appreciate a chance to talk with you about how we can improve on the food and service. Per OpenTable’s policy, I will message you my email address. Can you please reach out when you have a moment? Thanks. David Maskello General Manager Parkers' Lighthouse
Morgan, our server, was absolutely amazing. She is the best server in Long Beach. The food was great, our table on the patio was nice, and the view of Long Beach harbor and downtown spectacular.
In addition to the ambiance of sitting by the window overlooking The Queen Mary, with her lights all lit; Laura, our waitress made my husband’s birthday extra special. She provided us with superb service. Her personality was bright and she was the right amount of attentive. Both my husband and I were very happy with our meals. Overall, my husband enjoyed his birthday meal, which made me happy too!
