Celebrated a birthday, food was awesome and our waitress did a great job.
She even sang happy birthday for my wife.
I asked for my soup to be really hot, the waiter offered to put hot WATER in my soup, I ordered the chowder (cream base)I can definitely tell you this was not a chowder soup. Our meal was barely warm. No offer of another glass of wine, witch I would have ordered. Our table number was G1.
I don’t believe we will be returning. We have eaten at the restaurant several times, but this was absolutely the worst.
We're always pleased with our dining experience. One of us is gluten free and there is never the fear of getting glutened.
It was wonderful to dine at our favorite restaurant. The food and service were amazing!! They never disappoint us❤️
Daughter favorite gluten-free place in Hersey! She’s already knows what she wants next visit! Cassidy great service like always!
The food was excellent as always, but the service was barely average. The server did not offer a tasting from the wine bottle and instead just poured the glasses. We had to request bread which is normally served. We don’t know if the restaurant still includes a small salad with an entree. We didn’t get one but didn’t ask about it.
The food was excellent and consistent with Piazza Sorrento’s high standards for delicious Italian.
I’m gluten-free, so Piazza Sorrento is a wonderful experience every time. Pete’s Penne, GF, is sooo good! Calamari for the rest of my party was perfectly prepared, as were their entrees. Love supporting this restaurant- people, you are safe to eat here!
We love Sorrentos. Food is great, staff have always been very nice. They have a very nice gluten free menu and there are no worries about cross contamination.
Food is amazing. Frequent Sorrento’s often. Waitress was so pleasant, friendly and on top of her game. Will be back again soon.
We love Piazza Sorrento! We have never had a bad meal! The pasta is fresh and delicious!!
Great service and great food! Highly recommend eating at this restaurant.
,Excellent restaurant. All aspects of the restaurant are outstanding and in the time of COVID-19 they maintain the standards of cleanliness. The staff were masked and following all of the safety standards.
Anniversary dinner
Food and service are amazing. Both are always consistently on point.
Spicy crab pasta perfect again
Meatballs and all sauces are authentic.
Beer dining here for 7-8 years and never had a sub par experience.
I love Piazza! Most people don’t know about this little gem and being Italian with family from Brooklyn, it’s hard to find good Italian food! They are on the money every single time and with every single dish.
It was a nice place to eat with others who were attending the State Cross Country Meet.
We had a great experience here! The food was delicious. Highly recommend the bruschetta and the crab dip appetizer!
Great night out with friends who haven't seen each other in 3 months. Thank you for not kicking us out, even though we overstayed our welcome.
Excellent service and food. Appreciate that we were the only party on the side room, allowed us to reconnect!
Great food; great service
My favourite place to eat. Food is worth every penny!
The food was very good. The ambiance was ok. With a little work it could be awesome. The service was good with a knowledgeable ledge staff. Would recommend for anyone
Sorrentos did a beautiful job with everything: delicious, hot, fresh food, very friendly and warm, and efficient service, and an overall uplifting experience. With all the challenges facing restaurants during Covid, kudos to Sorrentos for doing this so well.
My husband and I went here for dinner last night. He got the veal piccata and I got the arugula salad with the pear and pecorino w shrimp. We also had the bruschetta for an appetizer.
The food was outstanding. So much that we brought our daughter back tonight for dinner. She had the chicken piccata and my husband had his veal again and I had the arugula salad again. We had the prosciutto crostini for the first time. It was amazing. Overall, the dinner and service was Outstanding.
I highly recommend this restaurant. If I wasn’t leaving this Sunday and I didn’t live 3 hours away I would definitely visit here often.
My hats off to Manny, the chef for making our anniversary meal extremely enjoyable.
Server tried her best to keep up with the volume of customers, but she was overloaded. We sat and waited for our food while watching others who arrived far after us on their dessert course. No acknowledgement made to the delay. Food, when it arrived, was good but not worth the wait. Portion sizes are inconsistent: My veal parm was huge, yet husband's chicken piccatta was small in comparison. Any restaurant can have a bad night, but how the situation is handled can make all the difference. We felt our business didn't matter to them on what was a very special occasion for us.
The food was outstanding ... as well as the drinks. We both had a variety of the Martinis. We also both enjoyed the Caprese Salad, swell as the Fried Cheese ravioli as Appetizer. My wife had the delicious Chicken Picatta (awesome Risotto); while I had the Penne Vodka with Chicken. BUT! Our server, Cassidie was what made the night the most enjoyable. She was attentive, friendly and just such a great person all around. Thanks for being the final stop for dinner on our mini-honeymoon.
Good find in an area littered with Chain restaurants. Cozy atmosphere, even though it is in a strip "mall" with a Gas Station /Convenience Store. Portions were ample and food was extremely flavorful. Prices very reasonable for the quality and portion size. Service was professional and courteous. Will definitely look to go back if in the area for Hershey.
Our meal was excellent. We have dined here many times.
Flawlessly executed gluten free cuisine, friendly and attentive staff, relaxed and casual atmosphere.
Lovely, food and atmosphere and certified gluten free as well!
Service was excellent. Regular check-in to make sure everything was prepared exactly how we had requested and to see if there was anything else we needed. Food was delicious and very fresh.
Dine here more and more, good food, fair price. Nice service our waitress Emily is very friendly.
As usual the food was great and the service was wonderful.
Piazza Sorrento offers diners a great menu with many types of Italian food. My mother particularly liked this restaurant because it featured an extensive gluten-free menu prepared in a separate kitchen to avoid cross contamination. She truly loved the fact that she could have delicious ravioli without worrying about any type of ill effects from gluten. I really liked my chicken with penne pasta and enjoyed a very good cannoli for dessert. Overall it was a great experience for both of us.
The food was outstanding. The service was friendly and personal. We were eight executives traveling together on a business trip. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal.
Great food
We had a wonderful dinner here the other night. Our server was Zach and he was nothing short of amazing. He made sure we did not need anything at all. The food was tremendous. Highly recommend if in the area.
Fantastic find, especially if you’re a celiac. Great food, wonderful people. Can’t recommend enough.
Unfortunately on a limited menu because of COVID but still awesome as always!!!!
Amazing server (Kasey) and food!
