Birthday dinner with my son. The service was great, the food was perfectly cooked. I ordered the filet and I was tender and perfectly cooked. It was good but not memorable. There are places, few, that the flavor & experience is better but Prime is definitely a solid choice.

This was my boyfriend and I's first time at Prime. It was a very nice restaurant. We went during the pandemic and it was VERY crowded. There was a birthday part of about 15 people in the back room along with other patrons. It was very loud. Thankfully the party cleared out before we go our entrees. It was a good experience overall with great food and my boyfriend got a complimentary piece of cake for his birthday since I listed it on the reservation.

With Indoor dining being shut for awhile we were very nervous about making reservations. When we arrived we noted that the Covid rules were being followed by all the staff members.

We had wonderful service. Our waiter was great. He was there the perfect amount of time. Was not hovering. The food was fantastic. The steak was done perfectly. We did have an amazing time and will certainly come back again.

We have been to a lot of steak houses over the years, but this was a truly excellent meal! It's off the beaten path, which we liked. Drinks were creative and tasty, apps were awesome, as were the salads and main course. Nice work!

With these struggling times, Prime is doing there best to make sure all are safe. Their staff works together to make that possible.

Our Waiter Mike was excellent! He was very attentive, explained everything and was very personable. Everything we ordered was delicious. And cooked perfectly. The hit crab dip was my favorite. We will definatley be coming back!

I have gone to prime numerous times and had a very fun experience each and every time. Food was good service was good in a room was quiet so we could talk comfortably. I highly recommend it.

Lovely menu, would recommend the steaks and the ribs. None of our party had seafood, but with the way they prepared everything at our table, I would think everything was given as much care. From the starter salads to the specialty cocktails, it was a wonderful experience. I only gave a moderate noise level as the room we were in echoed quite a bit.

We enjoyed our meal at Prime. The make excellent soups, last night was Wild Mushroom Bisque, which was really good, they also have Steak Vegetable, Onion & weekends Lobster Bisque.
Our server was great & made sure our needs were met.

Excellent prime rib and crab cakes. Friendly servers, very helpful and attentive. Plenty of room, tables spaced well. Plenty of booths. A very comfortable dining experience. Can't wait to try other dishes. Easy parking. Huge bar area.

Prime is a great place to go for take outs, or dine in. They always run some wine events, & support cancer & other worthy causes.
They have a nice menu with good choices of Meat, or Seafood.

First, I believe, with restaurants having to deal with the Covid issue it makes various scenarios in the restaurant business much more difficult. Our seating, by request was outdoors and not in the tented section but under a patio umbrella. Perhaps we should have been thinking more but perhaps it could have been pointed out that, unlike the tented facility, the patio umbrella seating had no additional lighting except from the parking lot lights which was then blocked by the umbrella. As evening set in it made seeing our meals much more difficult.
Our waiter, who has been there many years, was excellent. Attentive but not hovering which I see as perfect.
Our salads were very good. Our appetizers were ok. Very little taste to the calamari in the sampler and overcooked as it was chewy. My escargot was good however, I may have missed it in the description on the menu (a lighting issue??) it was covered in a melted cheese. That was a first for me and personally escargot doesn't need melted cheese.
My wife ordered the smothered chicken which was good. A very good portion. I had ordered the prime rib which was not as tender as I would have hoped. Because Prime Rib can be fatty it may have been I couldn't see well enough (a lighting issue) to necessarily remove the excess fatty areas from the meat. I still believe it wasn't the best cut of meat.
We ordered the Tiramisu cake that had been on the Specials Board when we arrived but learned they were out. With the exception of two items (cheesecake and something else) everything else on the dessert menu was made significantly with chocolate. That isn't a bad thing however it didn't leave much of a selection so we passed on dessert.
My wife had ordered an Apple Manhattan which she thoroughly enjoyed.
Once again, this wasn't our usual experience at Prime. This was our first trip there under Covid and that may have been the difference

We met our daughter at college and took her to Prime for the first time. We had a wonderful experience. The food was very good and the service was excellent. All COVID guidelines were respected. We will be back!
