Service was truly awful. Took half an hour to give order and half an hour to get a bill and out puddings sat on a counter for 20 minutes and were only served when I went into kitchen and grabbed a waiter. Total was 3 hours to get through meal. Complained to manager who said he would deal, 30 minutes later I found him hiding in kitchen have done nothing. Was then handed to his boss who did not apologise but offered to reduce £800 bill by removing the discretionary service charge like he was doing me a favour, then when this was pointed out offered to remove the live music levy of £30. No apology at any point. No discussion with our waiter to verify our story. Advise to avoid this place. Such a shame as music was good as was food. All we wanted was proper service.

Wonderful afternoon, from entering, greeted with a lovely smile. Service excellent, food lovely. Singer and band....Great. Table was a bit disappointing stuck in the corner by staff door and service station.

Would not want to sit near the live music as would be impossible to hear what was being said. Personally think the music shouldn’t be so loud. Our waiter was quite abrupt, had a very strong accent that was hard to understand! We had to ask for a different waiter as he was making the who ordeal of ordering food a real challenge!!! Not what we expected from here! My first visit, but probably wouldn’t rush back.

Food was decent. Service was OK. Music quite good. One of our coffees never arrived! However, the restaurant is not good for access if you are disable. Although the personnel was very attentive, arriving with a wheel chair was a bit of a mission. We had to use the deliveries entrance and walk through the storage room to get to our table. A bit disappointing and uncomfortable.

Love this place. Staff, food, atmosphere all were just brilliant. A great place to spend a Sunday lunchtime or an evening. Music was fabulous and added that extra special something to our experience.

Food was good quality but felt like the service was rushed. We got there early so wanted to sit in the bar and drink and wait for the rest of the party to arrive but we were not allowed to sit down, even though there were empty seats. When we sat down for food, the waiter rushed us to order food and drinks and kept coming over to rush us. It wasn’t very relaxing or fun.

Took our coats then we walked downstairs and was left wondering around looking for our table. Two members of staff told us to go back up and ask where our table was. We obviously refused and said I think you need to be telling us where we should be seated. This took a good 15 minutes to rectify. We then had a fairly nice Lukewarm meal and wine. We then asked to see the wine list again to order another bottle. 20 minutes later a waiter came over with the bill and told us we need to vacate the table as our time was up. A little annoyed at this as our request for wine wasn’t met and we was presented with the bill without even asking us or offering us the desert menu. We did complain but was told we need to leave the table and was shown to the wine bar upstairs to which there was no tables or stalls for us to be seated. The waiter apologised and suggested we go back to the bar downstairs. Off we went to the bar and sat for another 20 mins whilst waiting to be served only to be refused service as one of us was standing at the bar and apparently we all needed to be seated in order to be served. The member of our party was happily standing and didn’t want to be seated anymore due to back issues. On explaining this (which we shouldn’t have had to do) The bartender shrugged his shoulders and walked off to serve other customers. We then requested to see the manager as this was turning into a farce with shocking service in such an expensive and supposedly salubrious venue. He came over, was polite, wasn’t any help at all. He apologised and quite weirdly said if you buy a round of cocktails I can then offer you the second round free. We was totally bemused by this suggestion but knowing the time of year we wouldn’t have been able to find anywhere else to continue our evening so we obliged. We then drunk 2 cocktails each and left. The price of this venue certainly didn’t match the service we received. What a disappointment.

Had such a lovely time at Saturday Brunch! Staff were so lovely and helpful! Had an Irish Coffee in the bar area before sitting at our table - very nice! Food was delicious! Rolls and butter as we were deciding what to eat. One of us had the duck, the other the swordfish - fries were a lovely addition! For dessert we had rum and raisin creme brulee - so lovely! Floor Manager Soren was attentive and helpful - made the experience so special!

Slow service and food was cold, not attentive to the table, watched our food sit on serving trays for 10minutes, before pointing out to a more senior staff who also witnessed a waiter walk around with one of our meal - confused. Always loved visiting Quaglinos but this has disappointed us to consider a return.

Booked for Saturday Brunch. Have been before and always enjoyed it. Lovely place to be with very friendly and efficient service. Great menu choice , food very good , plenty of it! We chose the bottomless Prosecco option for drinks…. our waiters made sure we never had an empty glass the whole time so good value for money. Enjoyed live music (jazz/swing on this occasion) but a slight disappointment that it wasn’t as lively as previous experiences so no dancing this time! We will definitely be back and continue to recommend to others! Thank you.

The food on the whole was good. One meal arrived and was cold. It was a steak which got cut through and reheated which ruined it. Service was good when the staff were present but the attentiveness was poor. Would not recommend for this reason.

ooked a special dinner for me and my wife for our joint birthdays. Made the mistake of ordering our starter and main course at the same time. They came at the same time! When we requested to have the main course arrive when we'd finished our starter, we were told we couldn't do that. We insisted. The waiter called his manager and even he insisted we should have the main course and starter together. Never experienced anything like it. We had to really insist on this and eventually they agreed to do it. The evening was ruined, especially since both of them continued to make use feel bad and not comfortable.

Quaglino's don't cater for any allergies which is very odd for an expensive restaurant. One in our group with gluten intolerance wasn't served food at all as Quaglino's said they can't guarantee her safety... They also told another one with peanut allergy that she can only eat at her own risk... Very questionable from a restaurant I would say. Otherwise the food and performance were good.

So we have been a few times before and each occasion has been amazing… however today… absolutely terrible from start to finish… Booked a table for 4pm…. Was called to say we needed to order food for 4.15 as kitchen closed and if any of our party was late then we should screen shot the menu and send. Arrived at 4.00pm and was told the same thing so I asked because of the kitchen closure would we be rushed through and we were told not at all.. just kitchen that’s all… showed to table which was fab and very comfortable. Got the menu which was different to the menu we had booked but was told that was the only menu they did. perused the menu for about 10 mins and then we were told that the roast of the day which was chicken wasn’t available. All 4 of our party was opting for the chicken so we were disappointed but after the waiter came back to us he told us that a turkey option had become available. I asked whether this was turkey breast and he said yes. Anyway the starters arrived in about 8 mins which were ok and then as they cleared the starter plates the main course arrived. 2 of us ordered the turkey which came with a pork stuffing centre and wrapped in bacon which was different to what had been described. It also came barely look warm. everything was just slightly warm.. I explained this to the waiter and because they look at you as if your lieing placed some of the vegetables in his hand so he could feel they were cold. He took the plate away and then 3 mins later the manager came back with the plate that i’d sent back asking what I would like doing with it. I explained about the turkey and that I didn’t eat pork or bacon and he said that had been described to me before I ordered which it hadn’t otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it and then said how cold the food was.. he then said “well it is now!” At this point he crossed the line and became rude and insulting..

Lovely atmosphere and great food. Our server was 10 out of 10 customer service especially regarding food allergies. The entertainment was amazing - everyone was up dancing and singing. You are paying for the whole package and it was definitely worth it.

The food did absolutely not worth the money, the sirloin was dry and of cheap quality, the scallops taste was completely covered by sea herbs. The service was kind of ok even if finding a waiter was a struggle due to the dark environment. Only good note was the live music, the singer was great and warmed up the whole room. If you want to have an elegant dinner just avoid this place.

The waiter, of Indian origin, wanted us to leave our table after the meal and finish our drinks at the bar. It hadn't even been 2 hours, but he wanted to kick us out. It's really embarrassing that the restaurant of this level treats customers like that! Never again!

Grey restaurant and atmosphere but seated right beside the stage meaning it was too noisy to talk but also had no view of stage. The duck and the halibut were unavailable and that meant my meal wasn’t nice at all. I had eggs and it was pretty bad. Staff were polite but the food and seating wasn’t great
