110 Grill - Worcester
The menu at 110 Grill features popular entrees including Chimichurri Steak, Chicken Caprese Parmesan, Cucumber & Avocado Tuna, Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese and more. Other options include delicious burgers and sandwiches, as well as salads that can be topped with such ingredients as salmon, shrimp, steak and more. In addition, there are a variety vegetarian options and a large gluten free menu (100% of its lunch and dinner menu can be made gluten free). For special events, use 110 Grill's private dining rooms, which can seat up to 50 guests and are equipped with a large TV for presentations.
It was a very good experience for a first date. The service was very good and welcoming. The reservation system was very modern and very easy to use. The price of everything together was a little high, but reasonable. And the chicken I ordered was just a little on the burned side but it was still good. I would try going back for another date night.
We were celebrating our 31st anniversary and had a great time. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Amazingly fast service and truly excellent food. Every component of every dish was fresh, properly prepared and delicious. The tochocos in particular, are unique, spicy and well worth getting. I do strongly recommend reservations during busy times.
Valentine’s Day is always a busy time for restaurants, and often food or service can suffer. Not so with the 110 Grille! We had reservations and were seated on time at the high top that was expected. A server immediately greeted us and indicated the names of the two other servers who would comprise our serving team. This was a brilliant move on part of management. Drinks were brought in a timely manner, and service proceeded efficiently throughout our meal in a friendly manner. Not once did we feel rushed, and never were we ignored. The firecracker shrimp was a delicious appetizer to share. My husbands burger was perfectly cooked as was my chicken caprese. The manager also stopped by our table to make sure everything was satisfactory, and gave us a $10 gift card for our next visit! We were very pleased with our evening, and will certainly return. Well done!
Food was ok. Not a lot of options in the menu as far as steak cuts. Presentation could have been better. Dessert menu needed classic options that most customers would order not some weird combinations.
Everything was great, except for the service. All the people we interacted with (greeter/hostess or waitress) weren’t friendly. Brought food and sat us. Didn’t bother to ask how everything was at the end of the meal. Hostess was too busy to validate our parking correctly
Service was extremely slow. Getting our waitress to come over to take our drink order (she apologized) was a wait. Getting the drinks was a wait. The appetizers came out pretty timely (but they were not hot). The mains came out one plate at a time so we all waited until all 3 dishes were out to begin. Again, food not hot. Second drink order took longer than the first. Dessert came out along with the check (really??). The place is beautiful but service needs to be upgraded. Even water seemed to be at a premium. If one guest requests water, bring waters for everyone (or at least ask). Food presented beautifully. Management, work on service please!!!
The drinks were great, the flatbread pizza was not something I’d order again. My short rib and risotto was great, and my boyfriend enjoyed his NYC strip. I think the portions were small for the price, but that was not a huge concern. Our service was pretty terrible, which was the worst part. We saw our server maybe three times the entire time. We had to ask for water, did not get bread, and pretty much never saw her. I’ve heard great things about this restaurant and may try it again to see if the next time is better.
Overall a good experience, however, I do not recommend the French onion soup. The taste was horrible.
Dylan was a great server! The food was alright (not the best) but we really enjoyed their service and ambience :)
We had a great time! The food was outstanding. The ambience and service as well. Watching the chefs cook from our table was a great experience. They were all very friendly and positive. Can’t wait to return. Told everyone at my school where I teach about it!!
Overall, dining is a casual experience with decent service, courteous servers, and aesthetically pleasing platter presentations. Food quality is fresh, nicely seasoned; however, sauces are a bit heavily loaded, which can be overwhelming in taste. Definitely worth a visit.
The food was the epitome of average. Nothing spectacular not even worth a rush to a second visit. Cocktail menu was creative but priced higher than some entrees. Beverage menu was not a value but the food is reasonably priced.
Staff was great. Good energy and menu knowledge.
We reserved a High Top table and were seated at a regular booth which was cramped. We asked to move but all the High Tops were taken, so we sat at the bar. My initial opinion of the staff couldn’t follow the reservation and didn’t care where they put us, vanished to an experience that will make us return many more times thanks to the bartending staff. They were attentive and engaging. The food arrived in a timely manner, and our meals looked just as expected (how it looked online), and were fantastic.
Overall 4 stars
Bday - Kyle was awesome !... very attentive staff...
Easy, free parking in the garage right under the restaurant. We were seated right away. The service was very attentive. The food was very good and the ambiance was nicer than other 110 Grills I’ve been to. We were seeing a show at the Huntington and made our 8:00 seats easily with a 6:15 dinner reservation. I’d go back!
Our order for our meal was taken quickly at 6:15. By 7PM we notified management we had an 8:00 P.M. show and could he please check on our meals. Our meals were delivered shortly after. Swordfish was over cooked and salty. Salmon was very good, but noodles didnt seemed to be tossed with Asian Slaw, just seemed like cold noodles on the side. Prices seemed a bit high.
We're sorry that you did not have the best experience and would like to have our general manager reach out to you directly. Can you please provide your name and email address?
Food was perfect
We had a nice dinner at 110 Grill the other night. Our waitress was great, everyone enjoyed their meals; and I am especially thrilled with the vegan options. It’s hard to find many restaurants that offer anything other than salads or veggies for vegan options, so I’m glad we found 110.
AMAZING ALL AROUND, food, service. Will definitely come back.
Found this place on Yelp and had decent reviews. It’s always a crap shoot trying new places as we are kind of picky when it comes to energetic and warm atmosphere and good food. This place was perfect! Great decor. It was comfortable, relaxing, and trendy (in a good way). Then the food came and everything was great. We had the kale and Brussels sprout salad, the tuna/avocado and shrimp and clam linguini main courses. All were very tasty and well prepared and presented. The warm bread was fresh out of the oven and we had a very attentive and service oriented server (Michael). Great spot. We will definitely be back many times.
Went with another couple for dinner. Parking was easy. The food and drinks were excellent and the prices were good. I will be going back
I loved how huge their gluten free menu was. My husband and I both loved our meal. It was delicious.
Love the 110 Grill. The food is fantastic and the service is very attentive and they will do any sort of modifications that you require. I'm hoping they open one in Westborough/Northborough soon!
Always a great time with great food and service
Small portion size on fish and chips. Chicken on ceaser salad no flavor. Wouldnt validate our parking. Def not worth the drive into the city for this chain of general food.
Excellent as always. Short walk from thwt Hanover Theater. Service was great, food excellent and we especially appreciate the gluten free menu and care given to parties with food allergies. We have gone to a few 100 Grills and this is one of the best.
Our server Lauren was great. Attentive & new the menu well. Service was fast & all was good BUT, salmon was under cooked 2x. They were kind enough to take it off the bill. Atmosphere was great.
Service was friendly and my sister appreciated the gluten free menu. They were out of several bottles of wine on their list. The wait staff was unfamiliar with their wine list so was of limited value in selecting a replacement bottle. The food was average at best. It was convenient that they are attached to the hotel we stayed at The AC Hotel by Marriott. It was snowing and cold and we were glad to not have to go outside.
We're sorry about your experience and will use this feedback as a training opportunity for our team.
The wine on special was excellent. The apps were good. The meals were average. With all the excellent and creative restaurants in Worcester and Sturbridge, I would not go back here.
The food was out of this world! Service was quick and friendly. We will be back!!
We went to 110 grill after a show at the DCU center. I think the place is trying to be casual and upscale at the same time, but it’s not working.
The hostess was wearing stretch yoga pants...what?? Totally not okay. They forgot one of our drinks, had to ask several times for my water to be refilled and never brought the steak sauce I asked for. It was 3:45 on a Sunday afternoon… Not really busy, but the hostess and the servers seemed stressed.
I’ll try the location in Saugus and see if it’s better but otherwise no need to go back
We are very sorry that you did not receive the best service. This is certainly not the norm and we will be using it as a training opportunity. We would like to have our general manager reach out to you to apologize for the experience. Could you please provide your email address?
We had a great experience at the 110 Grill. Service was great... food was excellent.. atmosphere is nice, very clean & energetic but not too loud. we'll definitely be back!
good food, great service, nice ambiance. Plate portions not huge but satisfying.
Despite the huge crowd -- due to tree lighting and a Hanover show -- the food wait was reasonable and the quality was good. The service was excellent.
Great place for a meal before heading to the DCU Center.
Hostess must been new. Nice enough, but did t seem to know what she was doing. Server was great. We told him we were time limited to attend a show across the street and he made it happen.
Cocktails were good. Food was mediocre, but typical for that kind of chain restaurant (chewy chicken=microwave). Kids meal looked great with a giant grilled cheese on nice looking rustic style bread and decent fries.
Atmosphere was fine. It’s not my cup of tea, but much nicer/more upscale than the typical sports/kitsch of other mid-level chains. It definitely seems to appeal to the after work crowd. Personally, I hate that all the tables are giant pub style, but I was able to get up on the chair and manage to be comfortable despite my short stature. My 7 year old niece seemed to manage ok as well.
Decent overall, especially to grab a bite before an event. Better than typical mid-level chains. I’d take it over any of those any day.
Our server, Ryan, was the best. A very capable, friendly young lady. She made our evening.
Food was spectacular, excellent atmosphere overall it was great but our server had an attitude she wasnt very pleasant or prompt but very helpful in recommendations. I would definitely visit again.
