   Went for Sunday brunch and had quite a wait to be seated, even with a reservation. 2 servers working and the manager was bussing tables. The first server that greeted me made me feel like a nuisance.

   We heard that 330 was busy on the weekend and made a reservation. It was not needed at all at 7 pm on a Saturday. We sat at the bar and service was good, very attentive. We asked the server for recommendations. I asked if the french fries and sweet potato waffle fries for homemade, and she indicated that they were a frozen from a bag. Super disappointing that something so easy and taste and flavor go a long way. She suggested the onion rings. Apparently they were also frozen. The Reuben sandwich was large and good, but definitely could feed two people. We also ordered a West side flatbread. The flat bread dough was not cooked all the way through.

   They were obviously short staffed. Our server tried her best, but even had to make room service delivery. I would think that task could have been delegated to another person.

   The porkchop was well cooked and perfectly seasoned. Smashed sweet potatoes and asparagus was perfect. My date said he meal was excellent.. over all great place to eat.

   This was a last minute reservation. The host was also our waiter. He was very attentive despite doing almost everything himself. He offered food suggestions and even some places for us to go after we were finished there. 330 has a great list of beer on tap. We had the dry rub wings for an appetizer. The dry rub had a unique spice in it that I can't place, but it was very delicious. My wife ordered the cuban flatbread, and I got the burger. Both were excellent! We're looking forward to dining here again!

   Food was tasty!! Had the tomato appetizer with balsamic glaze. Was a hit. Had a salad and added shrimp was very good. The expresso martini was my dessert and would order again.

   We happened to be there when they weren’t very busy, which was nice! We had an excellent dinner and our server was spot on with her recommendations and was very pleasant and attentive!

    Sunday brunch was great. I had the avocado toast with the smoked salmon. It was delicious and filling. The waitress was super nice and I never had to ask for a refill on my coffee. Will definitely return!

    This was our first time at 330 Bar & Grill. We decided to try it out for Canton restaurant week. The food was very good and creative. Lobster "gravy" and biscuits caught my eye and didn't disappoint. My wife's pork chop entree was excellent as well. Our server was very pleasant-service was slow but seemed to be from the kitchen, not her. Not very many guests at the time of our 6:00 PM reservations, so I'm guessing staffing was too light.

    I get it…..Understaffing is happening everywhere because people do not want to work, but there is a big BUT here, you have three servers to handle the tables, which was plenty. The problem was the bar area. No one should ever have to wait 25 minutes for drinks and when you order a Bloody Mary that has a meat stick, celery , gherkin and olives and it arrives 25 minutes later with a lemon you begin to think what the hell did I get myself into ? Our server was a doll. She tried her best considering the circumstances.

    Gem in downtown Canton. Great food and great service. Very nice place. Planning to do this year’s work Christmas party there also. Happy to support this hotel and restaurant as part of the exciting development of the Hall of Fame Village.

    We came here for brunch on Mother's Day. It was busy but not overly crowded. We had to wait a few minutes before we were seated but once seated, service was prompt. Charles was very attentive and the food was excellent! We'll definitely return again! This restaurant is a true gem in Canton!

    Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and restaurant was very clean. We did feel like we should have seen our waitress a little more frequently since it was slow. The spinach dip was great, but the entrees were somewhat disappointing.

    We went had an overnight stay at the Double Tree and went to 330 Bar for Sunday brunch. We were blown away by how good our entrees were. They were exceptional. We will be back for sure!

    The brunch was out of this world! We ordered the wings which were cooked perfectly crisp and had so much flavor! The two sauces, ranch and house hot, were delish. A little silly I had to pay 50 cents for more ranch but it was worth it. Then we ordered the Salmon Avocaodo toast which was out of this world!!!! So fresh. Also ordered the Brisket Hash. Spicy, flavorful, filling. The brisket was so tender. We will definitely be back!

    Food cooked wrong and my sisters meal came out 10mins after everyone else’s. Had to wait on drink refills 3 or 4 times. Once server cashed us out never came back and we had to go to bar. The other couple we were with was charged our meal and then theirs even though we paid for our meal as well. Horrible and will never be back

    Hidden Gem. Looking for a new place and was skeptical to find it was located in the Doubletree. Thought it might be just another hotel lobby restaurant . Wrong. Food was more than modestly underpriced for the quality. You could pay twice as much for a steak one block away that’s half as good. Same can be said for the Salmon. Service was excellent. Other, more elite cuisines, take note. The appropriate utensils were brought to the table prior to the foods arrival. It lacks only in ambiance but makes up for it in quality and service. Jo (hostess), Courtney (server), Keith (bartender) and Joe the Chef... first class all the way.

    Very beautiful place, went the night before Valentine's Day as a surprise to my wife. Appetizer took an hour to get to us, the steaks also took an hour and they were not cooked correctly. Ordered medium well came out rare to medium-rare at best.

    Our first time dining at 330 Bar & Grill. We were celebrating Valentines day. The décor was modern/upscale. All tables were decorated for Valentines and included fresh flowers and napkins folded in the shape of a rose. Tables were arranged for social distancing and everything looked clean. We ordered a good selection from appetizers to dessert, everything was presented well and was delicious. Our server (Tracy) was wonderful and very attentive. The Managers stopped by to see how everything was and they were very gracious and made us feel welcomed.
