My husband is Italian and we decided to have a nice Italian dinner for Thanksgiving. We thought of this idea a few days before thanksgiving, and A Tavola had some openings so we decided to drive 45 mins and check it out. We walked in a couple minutes before our reservation and they sat us immediately. They bring you the most amazing bread I've ever eaten. My husband said that this is the best bread and he has had in Louisiana! We ordered appetizers consisting of Baked Goat Cheese Al Forno, and the Charcuterie Board with cheese and meats. Both appetizers were AMAZING! The entrees we ordered were Fennel Sausage Pizza, Roasted Brussel Sprouts and the Pork Chop with spicy and sweet peppers. I have to say that EVERYTHING WE ATE WAS DELICIOUS, and THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD AROUND BY FAR! We had to order desserts of course and we had the Tiramisu, Raspberry Gelato, and Lemon Mascarpone Cheesecake. I definitely took my cheesecake home to enjoy later. A Tavola is a beautiful restaurant inside and out, and Ty our server was excellent! I even met up with some relatives I haven't seen in a long time. Great food, great service and great company. My family and I will most definitely be back again..thank you!

This is not the restaurants fault we just happened to be sitting next to a very noisy person at a table near us. Otherwise, the food was really nice as usual, the seats are comfortable, and we always enjoy our dinner there

Our family Saturday night go-to. We love this place. The pan sautéed trout, pork chop, grilled salmon. Fried eggplant app, tangy Caesar salad. Fresh bread and EVOL. Sublime. Plenty of room between tables. Coordinated and energetic service. Thanks to Vada for taking good care of us. She is a gem.

Waitress and staff did not know the menu enough to answer questions and had a sour disposition. The food was mid as far as flavor, especially for the high prices. Definitely a mediocre experience.

Nice waiter, was helpful and personable. Food was delicious but I think a bit pricey-especially as I ordered a salad with grilled shrimp (5) and it was $25+. We ordered coffee and after a few minutes the waiter returns and said the coffee cups were being washed (!), when the coffee was brought, no creamer was provided. Requested cream and it was brought in a coffee cup….? Know staffing continues to be an issue- felt these are items that can be easily rectified. K.Amiss

The baked goat cheese was good, just too much tomato sauce. Very hot so give it a few minutes to cool down before you try it. The carb cake & gulf shrimp pasta was fabulous. I have cooked crab cakes for a long time & these were wonderful, crispy & held together well, the pasta was great as always.
