   Allora gave us an experience we will always remember. Not only was the food and service excellent, the extra thought to personalizing the menu and being a part of our personal celebration was so appreciated and thoughtful. I’ve always enjoyed my meals at Allora for all of the attention to detail that they provide to the entire experience.

   Food and services were awesome, only drawback was a very loud lady sitting right behind us. No filter on her mouth and talking WAY too loud for such a nice restaurant.

    Allora is beautiful. The restaurant itself is lovely. Be prepared to walk a bit as there’s no parking lot so you’ll need to park on the adjacent streets. The employees were all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We interacted with several throughout our meal and were impressed with each. The food is delicious! One of our entrees were not to our liking and they promptly replaced it with another. We did the wine pairing with half glasses for 3 of our courses. They do include a 20% service fee along with a kitchen fee. There were two of us. We chose the 4 course meals, 1 rootbeer, 6 half glasses of wine for the pairings. Total bill $478. 2 people. I wasn’t upset - meals and experience 5 Stars. At $135 a piece for the meals .. didn’t guess the bill would end at $478. It was 100% worth the experience but definitely not a go often place.

    The service was great! I have no complaints there. I wish I remembered the names of everyone that helped me this night. They were amazing. I ordered the low hanging fruit cocktail and it was super delicious. I enjoyed most of my food. The Oysters were really fresh and the carne cruda was really good. The gnocchi with pancetta antipasti was delicious honestly might have been my favorite thing I had that night. It was a simple dish but so good. I didn’t really enjoy the Bucatini pasta I had. The crab wasn’t as fresh as I expected it to be and it was a little salty. The flavors for me were just okay. For my Entree I ordered the Brodetto di pesce and the broth was wonderful. Dipping the toast into the broth and was probably my favorite part of the dish. It had tons of seafood in it but some of it was fishy and the scallops were almost to the point of being rubbery. I’m not sure I need to go back but all together was happy I went.

    Modern, clean, not pretentious food with knowledgeable staff. The wait staff made excellent recommendations which really steered our dining experience in the right direction. We went to celebrate a special occasion and they made the experience totally memorable, even customizing the menus. Amazing !

    The staff was amazing and the food….The food touched my soul. The menu flows very well and if there is any bit of confusion they won’t hesitate to help. This restaurant is definitely on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. I will definitely be back. Thank you for making our night!

    We always have an exceptional dining experience here. From start to finish, it’s damned near perfect. We always enjoy geeking out on the wine list with the sommelier and last night was no exception. It was my birthday dinner and everyone made a point of wishing me a happy birthday which was very sweet. We opted for the 4 courses as we know how much food the 5 course ends up being. This is NOT a tasting menu - the portions are much larger. That being said, the tajarin and the bucatini were hits. As was the short rib and the pork cheeks. Just wow. The signature polpo never disappoints and although I want to try something different, I always end up there. Yum!!! Thank you to everyone for making this such a special night for us.

    We ate the vegetarian pre-fix menu. Between my husband and I we ordered a different dish so we could taste a variety. Appetizers and desserts were good. Pasta and Entree for both of us were just ok. Nothing was bad, but nothing blew us away either. The nutmeg cocktail was really good. My cocktail "SleighIt" had a lot of artificial flavor and color, didn't enjoy it.

I do want to clarify, we do not use any artificial colors or flavors behind the bar. The extracted color in the Sleighin' It cocktail is by a long process of making a specific cranberry honey syrup. The other color comes from Aperol, a staple in most bars. Cheers!

    I went on New Year’s Eve for their 7-course special tasting menu. Every single course was delicious and the pasta and meat courses were some of the finest and most well-prepared food I’ve ever eaten. This was easily one of the top 2 or 3 best meals I’ve ever had. And, at 68 years old, I’ve had a LOT of meals out! Kudos to all the staff for pulling off a lovely experience in the midst of a horrendous storm!

    Service was phenomenal, food was great—we decided on the three course meal & chose different dishes in case we didn’t like something. We ordered the Gnocci Alla Romana, Pork Belly, Fettuccini, and 72-hour Short Rib for our main dinner courses & Torta Caprese + Bombolini for dessert. Everything was superb. We liked every single thing we ordered from food to palate cleansers to drinks. We frequently go out for dinner and can say that this was one of the few restaurants that had all of the following: good food, tasteful drinks, great service, and a pleasant ambiance. The servers mentioned that the chef changes the menu seasonally—we will certainly be back. Highly recommend.

    We had an intimate booth in the back for 8 people. The privacy for the celebration was much appreciated, but we did need to help the waitstaff with service since there was no access on one side of the table. The service was great, and the food amazing, except for the black cod dish which was strongly fishy in taste. I would definitely go back, but stay away from the black cod.

    Staff was very nice and helpful. Oyster was very fresh and was the best among all 9 courses we tried between two of us. Octopus was a little too tender without charcoal flavor. Black cod was a little fishy but very tender. Short ribs were very tender and wonderful. Seafood pasta was great. Overall it was a little too salty for a restaurant with this caliber maybe because the cheeses they used were very salty and they did use a lot of cheese for sauces. Both torte we tried were very good.
