   The burgers are the best I have ever had! We had a party of 7 for a birthday dinner and every person loved their meal so much!! Would definitely recommend.

   Service wasn’t great as had to wait around 15 minutes for our server to take our drinks order. Then it seemed he had forgotten to collect our drinks from the bar (waiting another 10 mins) and then took our food order. Not very attentive at all. Food was ok but the fries were cold and I think the burgers had been sat there waiting under a hot lamp for a while.

   The chips were very very salty, when I mentioned that to one of the waitress she wasn't that bothered!!!! We couldn't eat the chips!! Most of the staff were nice, just the one that took the payment and wasn't bothered about the extra salt was not pleasant at all. She had long hair, small built, very ignorant! The rest were nice. I would not go back!

   Food was great, friendly staff. Not a huge fan of the kitchen roll as napkins, our kitchen roll had sauce on it from previous customers. Table areas weren’t cleaned properly when customers had left (crumbs left on seats, napkins left on the floor). A bit more of a focus on cleanliness then it would be a top burger joint.

   Food extremely over priced. Burger didn't come with any chips and the chips were nearly as pricy as the burger

   Fantastic food superb table service also I think the waitress name was Sam she was very helpful and even brought me milk for heartburn.. definitely go again

    My friends and I had an amazing time at AF GN. We were served by Shannon who quite frankly made our night - she was really friendly and attentive, managing our expectations and keeping the drinks flowing. Have emailed her manager seperately - we were that impressed. Food and drink was fab too, as it always is. Thanks AF for a fab night

    We had veggie burgers, they came as vegan, whuch wasn't the order, and they were awful but charged at the same rate as the decent ones. Staff, atmosphere and drinks were all fine, food was just rubbish for veggies

    Lovely place slightly loud. Groups of drunk fellas just making loads of noise but I guess you just deal with it ! Food was amazing to be honest loved it. Could of easy eaten more.

    Our server Shannon was fantastic, my daughter (10) accidentally spilled a full drink all over the table and herself, Shannon could not have been more helpful and also brought my son (14) whose birthday it was a birthday mocktail. The only disappointing thing was the service charge being automatically added to the bill, we were only a table of 3. I would have course added a tip for Shannon for the exceptional service but it’s annoying when it’s assumed. Liam on reception was also very helpful when I called to advise we were running late

    Really good, enjoyed our visit. Delicious food and great service. Only marked service down slightly as we had to wait awhile for someone to recognise we were waiting for the bill - if we have to be really picky.

    Food was excellent, cannot fault it at all. They did accidentally bring wings out instead of boneless bites but that was corrected within a couple minutes. It was a bit cold so we had to keep our coats on but the food made up for it. Staff were lovely.

    Everything was great. I was in a rush to pay our bill and failed to notice that the 10% service charge had already been included. Maybe, I was far too hurried but I wonder if it could be more obvious that this is the case, in the future? Otherwise, I had a highly enjoyable time.

    It was SO good. We are all vegetarian and they were the nicest veggie burgers we've had. The lovely server told us what patties they use, so we can have a go at recreating them. I don't know how successful we'll be, so we'll definitely come back!

    Food was great but quite expensive as you only get the burgers for the price on the menu. You have to buy the fries as an extra !! Kids meals included a drink and a small pud so much better value. Very tasty food.

    Been many times to almost famous at great northern and never had a complaint about the food always great. But last nights visit was a little disappointing the burger was fine but the chicken that came with it was cold. The service was a lot slower than usual we had to wait quite a while before we got our food.

    Excellent burgers, great choice at good prices. Works for us as a family as plant based and vegetarian section for our 2 vegetarians is excellent - not the usual burger joint after thought.

    We went for my partners 30th we got our drink really quick which was good but when we ordered our food people who was coming in after us and ordered got there food a lot quicker we waited over an hour for the food to the point as we was about to go get the bill for the drinks and just go find somewhere else for food. Food arrived as we was about to leave but didn’t taste that good so didn’t end up eating much
