This prix-fixe, family-style menu begins with a Champagne toast paired with various luxurious canapes & is curated especially for you by our culinary team. The menu evolves daily & is finalized upon your arrival, highlighting both Angler classics & our latest seasonal dishes. This experience is $198 per person, exclusive of sales tax, service fee, & SF mandate. Due to the dynamic nature of this offering, printed menus are unavailable and we kindly decline any dietary requests or adjustments. With a minimum of 48 hours notice, our Chefs will gladly create a vegetarian or vegan menu for $160. We are unable to provide a fully gluten-free menu nor omit trace amounts of mushrooms or alliums.

What a beautiful establishment. The outside tells you you’re in for a treat. I’ve eaten here before but wanted to show a client this place. We were seated right away… table by the window, I could feel the wind when the door opened and closed but it didn’t bother me much because it was so infrequent. The salad was light and flavorful, my rolls hot and fresh. My friend’s Scallops were picturesque and delicious. My medium rare steak was good and flavored and charred nicely, to be honest I’ve had better or more tender given the $85.00 price tag for the 10 oz. My drink was delicious and the sundae was great, I loved the nibs , missed some hot fudge but it was good. I really missed the Swordfish in past menu items. When I first ate there before pandemic I remember more quaint food plates and I super loved the steak knives with the jackets , that really made a nice impression even then I noticed the waiter whisk those away immediately thinking to myself ohhhh people are taking these (gross) perhaps that’s why they don’t do that anymore, the bad guys ruin it for everyone. I still had a fantastic night. The service was EXCELLENT from every member. The food delicious.

We were greeted with an anniversary card signed by the entire staff and a splash of bubbly. Our waiter was so friendly throughout the evening. From the oysters, through the fried collar, the amazing radicchio, the whole seabream, the mushrooms and the rice, the pace was perfect, the bubbly kept flowing, and not a single note was missed. My husband and I will return and we will encourage our friends to do the same. All told, a perfect dining experience.

I've dined at Angler perhaps dozens of times since its opening and it's consistently been at the top of my favorites throughout the years. All the preparations that go into each dish are there to make the main ingredients shine. Simply put, it's delicious, it's family style, and it's time to get everything on the menu.

Overall ok experience, food was decent worst one was the potato dish. Starters were good. Not a lot of dessert choices only sundae which was decent. Service was good and view was amazing to the bay bridge. Not worth the $160 and a 20% service fee.

I had a wonderful experience dining here with my husband this evening. We booked the earliest dinner time (5:30) and we were seated at the other side of the restaurant away from the noise and chaos in the main hall. We were given a gorgeous seat with the best views in the room (floor to ceiling windows and pillows for comfortable indoor seating). Coat check was available and multiple waiters were present to help serve us promptly. It was a delicious 3hr meal mainly because we ordered the experience menu (it came in 3 different options and we chose the $200 one) and they served us a pre-fix meal set called “let us cook for you” where they basically choose what to give you (minus restrictions of course). Food was great, service was excellent and price was decent for what we received. We did not finish our meal and we brought it home to enjoy for the next day. My husband and I had a great time and we highly recommend! Ps. Music was-to my delight- 90s jam. Xo

This was my first time and my friend and I opted for the preFix experience. We sat outside and everything was very well appointed. The food was delicious and the the staff was very pleasant. My only complaint about the service was that we were asked if we’d done the prefix before and when we said no, there was no further explanation of what the meal was (number of courses, what was being served, etc). This would not have been as much of an issue if we weren’t handed a massive wine list and asked what we wanted without any idea of what we were eating. I’d recommend either offering an optional wine pairing or sharing more info about the menu. There was a sommelier on staff but we didn’t actually get to meet him until our dessert course. Again, everyone was lovely but this one detail did take away from the overall experience.

Front of the house had a ROUGH night. Brought out two plates we didn’t order. Waitstaff looked at us like we were crazy. They were clearly lost. Never even got the beans we ordered so just cancelled. Had a birthday at our table and they flubbed that too. The food on the other hand was fantastic as usual. That potato is to die for. I’m sure the servers are new as is the case in a lot of places right now. Here’s to hoping they get that together because we love this place.

Had a wonderful lunch at Angler. The food was amazing. Michelin dinner quality food at lunch with service that made us feel like VIPs. Thanks to the kitchen for accommodating our special request! I have been to Angler multiple times for dinner. Great to feel able to replicate the same experience at lunch. Angler definitely is a go to for high end dining at lunch.

For a one michelin starred restaurant - def dissapointing. Even with reservation, you got seated 15 minutes after the time because youre table not ready yet, and worse part is that you have to wait 45 minutes between your appetizer (parker house roll) served until your main course came😅

Shared the Endive Caesar, Embered Oysters with Smoked Chili Butter, and Bluefin Tuna Nduja & Buttermilk Bread for starters and then shared the Hot Fried Halibut Sandwich and the Angler Game Burger and really enjoyed the diversity of flavors and execution. Fantastic wines by the glass list along with some fun non-alcoholic selections. Will definitely be back.
