   I dined at Aqimero for my birthday dinner. Being in the Ritz-Carlton, we expected the service and experience to be very good; however, we were surprisingly disappointed. The service was by far one of the worst I've experienced. Our waiter came around, and immediately started recommending the most expensive thing off the menu and never took our drink order. Another waitress came over and started to introduce herself and began to take our drink orders not even realizing it wasn't her table to wait on. Everything we ordered took forever to come. Multiple times while waiting on our food, servers tried to deliver food to our table that wasn't even ours. We ordered the caesar salad and guacamole as appetizers. The salad took at least 20 minutes to come and the guacamole never came. Our waiter never even realized we didn't get our appetizer so we had to tell him after we got our entrees so we wouldn't be charged for it. Even when he took my card for the bill he took at least 10 minutes to run it. Overall was not a good experience because of the poor and disorganized service. I expected so much better of a high end restaurant and will most definitely not be returning.

   Very average for the price. Appetizers and drinks were okay, nothing great. The “ribeye” was a thin cut and mostly fat. Didn’t help that the servers were arguing with each other out in the open. The space is nice. Just expected a little more from a restaurant in the Ritz. Don’t need to come back.

   Everything was perfect my husband took me for my birthday. I am allergic to shellfish; they made their usual lump meat crab mash potatoes minus the crab. The mash potatoes were delicious and the tomahawk steak for two melted in our mouths. I can not wait to go back!

    My friends and I came to dine for my birthday. It was an awesome experience, everting I expected. The ambiance was beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I had the Tomahawk steak which was flambéed table side, chef’s kiss (and I’m a professionally trained chef). The drinks were also beautifully concocted. We will definitely be back.

    I really like Aqimero - the service has to be better :-). I understand the challenges in staffing across the board. I would encourage management to focus/prioritize staffing and service. The food and ambience is perfection!

    Good experience. Dinner was a bit slow. Took about 3 hours for 2 people. But the staff and food was delicious.

    The atmosphere was nice and the food was great. Our server made some good recommendations to include the table side tomahawk steak preparation by the chef. Everything was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back.

    We went here to try the Endless Bubbles and Brunch. For two of us, we left more than full. This is not a fancy place you go and leave still hungry; you truly get your moneys worth for the meal. Pictures are included for the first 3 courses. The 4th course of churros are not pictured. Every single thing we ate here was amazing. For the 3rd course, we chose the bananas foster pancakes and the crab cake Benedict. Both were amazing. By the 3rd course we were already feeling full and had to ask for a box. Drinks here are truly endless. You can switch between the different drinks offered for bottomless brunch as you please. The servers are excellent about keeping your glass full and the drinks are strong. We will absolutely come here again. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the food is well worth the money. Even after we stopped eating, staff were still ready to refill our drinks and allow us to sit and talk. Absolutely recommend.

    We planned a nice evening with our open table reservation. On arrival we were seated but when we requested a change of our table for social distancing, we were treated very poorly even though there were plenty of empty tables. While Jade our attendant was wonderful and the food was good, this was very off putting and not consistent with the service and attitude I would expect.

    We attended for the “Valentine Day Experience” pre selected 3 course menu. And I will honestly say we were not impressed with the selections given and Options for the 3rd course based on the Price point per person. We felt that we could of made better selections for the amount we spent per person of $175; which after tax & gratuity added resulted in “Experience” bill of $400+. Added a few drinks and the full bill was north of $500. And I don’t think we got that value for this visit at all. We Definitely will need to re-attend when the full menu is available. Hopefully that “experience” is better.

    Came in for their Valentines Menu. Amazing atmosphere. Absolutely stunning inside. Staff were all very very friendly and welcoming. Food tasted great, highlight was the beet, fig and goat cheese salad. Broccolini was slight tough and hard to eat. Knife was not serrated which made cutting a little difficult. Few service related issues (asking to pick up plates while actively eating is one for example). I do feel the meal was very over valued for the food and experience. However, we did have a nice night.

    Very limited menu for brunch. Two of our ordered items never came to the table. They were removed from the bill. Server was good but outside of that not much to offer..

    We were celebrating an early Valentine's Day dinner My only issue with the open concept environment was ....there were ADULT guests close by our table taking numerous ...numerous selfies and being very distracting And ... even though it was kind of funny.... since it was the day before the Super Bowl .... there was a lot of chanting of the EAGLES cheer. E. A. G. L. E. S in the bar area Otherwise the lobby and restaurant area are beautiful as always

    Rossie and the gentleman training were phenomenal! Service was great, she was very informative. With a good allergy it is difficult to trust restaurants honesty when it comes to cross contamination. Rossie was honest and gave suggestions to accommodate. Chef Oscar brought a delicious flatbread to the table being I couldn’t eat the pastry options. Champagne cocktail 20/20!

    Food was well made. The salmon was delicious. The chicken could've used a little more flavor but was tasty overall and well made. The enjoy high price point restaurants when I get what comes with the check. It felt more like a middle of the road place since it's literally in the middle of a hotel lobby. 3/5

    My server was pleasant and prompt. I chose the two eggs anyway the hash browns are a different and tasty twist. Good value for ambience and food!

    Floored by the flavors generated by this Chef. Simply exceptional and highly recommend. I downgraded because I happened to visit on a Sunday night when the Eagles were playing for the NFC Championship and they were seriously low on staff due to a "Green Flu".

    I was totally surprised at how good the food and service was. One of the best meals I have ever had...seriously. Our waiter Dave was top flight,great personality and extremely helpful. You definitely have to try Aqimero!

    I made reservations for Saturday, January 21st for my mother’s birthday. Our waitress, Jade, was beyond welcoming and personable - accommodating our needs whenever needed. My mom ordered the tenderloin and I ordered the burger; both were a 10/10. It came out hot and fresh. The ambiance is also refreshing and pristine. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

    The tortilla soup was very off. Generally this place needs more curation. The ceviche was not fresh. The service was friendly and they were very attentive but the food would not bring me back.

    The food & place was amazing but Julio made the moment better! Definitely would recommend on going for a date night if your in the city. Julio made sure me and my lady was taken care of during our stay and even went above and beyond to find us a spot at the bar/lounge area to keep our night going! 👌🏽
