   Modern and clean environment, food was delicious and the two courses/three courses deal during the week is great value for money. Service was good. Definitely will dine there again.

    This was a last minute Valentine night meal and the 4th time we have eaten at Artisan , EVERY time we have been the food ,service and price has been 10/10 , the restaurant is cool and modern but still feels intimate and ambiently lit Highly recommended !

    We went for a valentines occasion. Although we went at around 2pm there was no feeling of valentines at all, the service was poor having to wait 20 minutes for plates to be cleared after eating. Also, being told there was no mayo even though the burger ordered came with mayo on. Food, was just ok with nothing special on offer.

    We were greeted by amazing couple and shown to our table. The gentleman is very funny and so nice to be around. Very professional. We wanted afternoon tea but we haven’t pre-booked, although the gentleman has asked for the order to be made for us and we have been served amazing food. Absolutely outstanding and delicious food. Can’t recommend highly enough Will be visiting again

    Normally a good experience but the main course didn’t taste great and was sour. Reported to staff who seemed too engaged entertaining a local celebrity. Not the best of service and put us off from returning.

    I had the vegetarian Sunday dinner, it was the nicest thing I've eaten there and we go quite regularly, absolutely delicious. Lots of accompanying sides and beautifully presented. My other half had duck (poor Donald) he really enjoyed it. Had a desert each and a couple of drinks and it was only £66. Excellent value and a lovely evening. Thank you

    Love this place xx food /staff/ service is excellent we come whenever we’re in the area and really rate this restaurant - the Sunday lunch is outstanding - we also love the scallops best we’ve ever had! We’ve stayed next door also - the rooms need a revamp, however I think it is a separate business Please do try this restaurant you won’t regret it xx

    I have been going to the Artisan n since it opened and have never been disappointed. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. They come and ask if everything is alright with your food which is welcome. We booked the upstairs room for my husband’s 60th birthday party 🥳 for a meal for all our family and that was lovely.

    Second time we've been here for a family meal and we weren't disappointed, we went here for my son's birthday, excellent food and prompt service even though it was busy, the restaurant and bar area were very clean and organised. The only issue was that the weather had been freezing outside and the carpark was a little frozen and just outside the entrance of the restaurant, I would definitely recommend the restaurant to anybody who wants a fantastic meal and night out.

    Very nice food. Arrived at start of service and staff not immediately attentive to the customers to begin with although they did pick up the baton a little later. Would definitely recommend the ambient atmosphere and the quality food on offer

    Lovely meal at a reasonable cost. Could be compared to a more exclusive restaurant not 5 miles away without all the pretensions. Nice service without being intrusive. Experience enjoyed by all four diners

    Three of us had the roast beef Sunday lunch which was excellent, one of us had the nut roast which again I'm told was excellent. The meat was cooked perfectly pink, and came with plenty of gravy (very important). Everything was lovely including the ambiance & service.

    We had a wonderful evening for my husband’s birthday. The ambience was great, it was busy and lively. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The food was really lovely - we would definitely come back. It’s a 10 out of 10 from us!

    First time at Artisan Ribble Valley. We loved it! Service was friendly and attentive. Food was great. Highly recommend both the beef cheek and duck breast dishes. Apple and calvados semi freddo was also outstanding. We’ll be back regularly from now on!

    We were not aware when we booked that the restaurant had introduced a limited time market menu. This provided a good choice and was excellent value for money. The food and presentation were of a high standard The staff are superb providing outstanding customer service

    Great food, good menu, lovely surroundings. Just the service could do with improvements- the main waiter (a Italian guy) was a little abrupt, and it was difficult to get anyone’s attention for a drink etc (two young guys just chatting at the bar as we held out hand up and said “excuse me” quite a few times). Also, lots of cleaning/mopping going on in eyesight when we were dining. Should have been done beforehand.

    The waiter suggested garlic bread for starter. He failed to mention my vegan ranging came with a large garlic bread. The tagine was tasteless which was a shame and it was pricey. Disappointed with my meal but the cocktails were good.
