    We had such a wonderful time we have booked for next Sunday! A great selection of fresh seafood and carvery items! Free flowing ruinart! The live entertainment made it extra special.

    Was hoping the rebranded grill would be a focused dining concept. While the menu suggest so, the execution of the dishes and service is lacking. For a restaurant to include the term 'grill' in its name, you would expect the meats' doneness be done accordingly; unfortunately not. When a very rare steak was served instead of the medium-rare that was ordered, a member of the service team sought to assure me (did not work), that the rare steak before me was indeed medium rare. Strangely, there were two cuts of meat on the plate, and both we cooked to different doneness, a simple side-by-side comparison showed two distinct shades of pink. Also, the physical condition of the restaurant is unacceptable for a St. Regis. Peeling and speckled seat covers, chipped and peeling laminates from the table legs, large patches of mildew on the ceilings.

    We had a great evening with the best food and service we have experienced in a long time - it was my husbands birthday in addition to Thanksgiving and we had double the joy and double the taste and double the variety - it was great and we appreciate all those who served us so graciously and expertly. The food was beyond compare.

    Second visit. Went there to celebrate a belated birthday for a friend. Was hoping for a detailed explanation of the origins of the various forks as per given during the first session (novelty!) but the Indian server had no clue when asked! He just shoved the box in our faces and did not even asked us to choose. Think the service staff need more training; instead of just plonking our food down, they could indicate what they are serving again. It is a five star hotel afterall. I expected better. Front office lady (Filipina) was very polite. The music was a tad too loud and although we asked twice for it to be turned down (she tried), it was not to be. There is no need for pipe in music really. It spoiled the ambience. Net, net, still a wonderful visit as the 3 course set lunch was very good value for money and done well, compliments to the chefs and the restaurant wonderfully appointed. Big plus is it is very near to where I live. The complimentary carpark was welcomed as the parking charges was quite steep, the hotel being in the edge of the city and all. Will be back, being a Supper Club member.

    Thankful for a memorable birthday evening but canapés was served prior to reservation time and we weren’t served what was mentioned in menu and would be nice if there was a birthday cake since it was specified in the reservation. Nevertheless, value for money dinner.

    Nice place with great service. Everything was good just the food was a tad disappointing cause though the fish was beautifully cooked, there were several scales on the fish. The attention to detail could have been better.

    I was there on 8/11 for lunch. Booking under the name of Koo. Beef was tough, not sure what they did to the steak. I had the striploin from the mains. Chew till my jaws hurt. Had to spit out a few mouth onto the plate. Told the waiter, but he didn't really care, with a simple "I will inform the kitchen". Was the same with my wife's steak. It's really really bad, don't believe, go try it.

    The food was excellent and very good value. However the service was slightly lacking as in getting the correct order of the wine, not handing out all the appropriate cutlery and serving out the wine. The water feature outside the window could be greatly improved too to enhance the general ambience.

    Personal preference - I do not like the type of jazz music that was played. However if you keep the volume down, it would have been more acceptable. Otherwise I enjoyed the menu a great deal. There needs to be more signage and correction of the venue name. Was not able to tell that Brasserie la Serveurs had changed its name.

    Sandwiches and savory are unique. They are Asian arranged. I like them. Cakes are so so but one of them purple one ( I am not sure what it is)is so great. I would like to purchase if they sell it. Service is perfect. The atmosphere is my taste.

    An outstanding brunch with a fresh and rich seafood selection, exceptional desserts, and everything inbetween, in a warm and comfortable setting. The staff are very considerate and thoughtful and make you feel special. Plus, it is reasonably priced if you look at the quality of food and if you compare it to other major hotel buffets. Not only will I be going again in the future but I will actively recommend it to friends and family!

    The savouries were stale. Tasted like they were made in the morning and left out the entire day. The cakes were a little better, with a good onde onde cake. Service was spotty, curtains at the window where my table was had food stains. The tea I had was good. But for $76++ I expected a lot better.

    my visit in aug 2023 was stellar. food + service + ambience are all excellent. this second visit in sept 2023 is a let-down cos they changed their menu and everything tasted SUPER OFF + weird. the locally inspired dishes are too experimental in terms of flavours, so it is a hit and miss (mostly MISS) for flavour. the only edible thing was the scone . latte is v milky and diluted. a big disappointment cos i brought my parents for one of their birthday celebration and they WERE so unhappy cos the food was AWFUL. :((

    Food was fantastic. Steak was fantastic. The highlight was the MacNCheese. Dessert was great. Wine selection was limited Th service was underwhelming. They were courteous and nice, but not what was expected for fine dining service. For some reason the wait staff finally appeared 1945h? It was hard to get the staff attention. I think the wait staff was siphoned to another event?

    Service was hit-and-miss: Everyone was friendly and polite but with different levels of competency. Our first waiter didn't bother explaining the system nor offer any drinks. Then came a waiter who was absolutely fantastic, explaining everything and being thorough and attentive. Then came another one or two that did just the bare minimum - so at least plates were always cleared. However, with service, the "Chef Pass-arounds" were a disaster. The "passing" always started on the other side of the restaurant from where we were, so it almost never made it to us. By the time the first (of 4) options arrived, we were already having desserts (80 minutes after first sitting down). The 3rd one came when we already asked for the bill, the last one came after the bill (100 minutes in). The foie gras (which came last) was a thorough disappointment - completely overcooked and had the texture of rubber. Speaking of the bill, after we had asked for it with one of the waiters, he said "right away" before proceeding to flirt around with other tables - and then completely forgetting about it. We had to ask for it a second time, 15 minutes later. With someone else, of course. That said, the seafood selection was phenomenal, and so were the desserts. I'd recommend going all out on the buffet line (appetisers and desserts) and just saving yourself the trouble of the rest of it - the mains weren't notable either. A hit-and-miss experience overall, not quite satisfying with enough saves to prevent it from being classed as disappointing.

    We are a SupperClub member and we have been at the Champagne brunch several time before but this time the service was not up to your normal standar. We need to highlight so we get champagne, take long time for the different small food to be served and several time it was empty on the ice for Lobster and oyster . Feels like the staff need to be more observant and maybe you need some more staff. Food quality was as usual very good and I think it will be good after some more training/practise.

    Food is good. Service is horrific. The server dunked a cake stand leg in my half eaten chili crab cup and said "oh". I said "it's OK, I was done with it anyway". She shrugged and walked away. Didn't say sorry. Did offer something else. Didn't bother to clear the cup. Servers constantly squeezed through the small space between my chair and the chair of the person behind me, essentially nudging into us both every time they walked through whilst there was space for them to go around. Food was generally OK.
