A visit to the winery Šapat unfortunately left a very poor impression due to service that was far below the expected standard for a place like this. Although the ambiance and the view are truly breathtaking, and the food was excellent and exceptionally delicious, the overall experience was spoiled by disorganized and unprofessional service. It is especially disappointing that the introduction of a new manager, instead of improving things, has led to a noticeable decline in service quality. Rather than maintaining a standard comparable to restaurants like Madera or other top-tier venues, the organization feels worse than that of an average canteen. Additionally, the hostess was particularly unfriendly and, despite there being many available tables, tried to seat us at the worst table on the terrace, which created a very poor first impression. The staff in general seem uncoordinated, slow, and lacking clear communication, which significantly impacts the guest experience. It is a shame that such high-quality cuisine and a beautiful setting are overshadowed by poor management and a lack of basic hospitality professionalism. With serious improvements in organization and guest approach, this place has the potential to be exceptional. In its current state, however, it is difficult to recommend. People make plans a week in advance so they can enjoy their weekend in a good service and food unfortunately Sapat gives you feeling you are not welcome at all.

Overall experience is okay, only thing that is missing is more options to eat on menu. Food was great and delicious. Wine was great also. Maybe desert was the best.

Blizu Belgrada, lep koncept, lep pogled, ambijent takodje. Izbor hrane i vise nego sto sam ocekivao za ovakav konecept ( predjelo, supa/corba, glavno jelo, pasta, riblji meni, meso ), sve sto smo probali je bilo super. Sto se tice cene nije preskupo i ako sam ocekivao da ce biti mnogo vise ali su cene na novou centra grada ( Beograd ). Sve preporuke.

We had an amazing experience at Atelje Vina Sapat, which started the moment we pulled up to the beautifully lit entrance gate. The food and wine were outstanding and our waiter offered so much interesting advice and information about both. He was very knowledgeable about the vineyard and the chef and his methods. It made the evening even more enjoyable. We are all looking forward to our next visit!
