The food and main server was great. The hostess was not so good. She sent our party of 7 to the bar area and forgot about us. We waited 15 minutes and return to ask her if our table was ready. She responded oh aah”let me get it together. At the time that we arrived the restaurant was fairly empty. People were coming and going and being seated, except our party of 7. Second hostess came by and was equally as rude and proceeded to tell us that she was not the one helping us but was going to help us out. They just pulled two extra round table which seats 5, which would’ve crowded us so we requested a different table. The attitude of both hostesses was was very poor at this point and they just stopped helping and did not seem to want to accommodate us. At this point main server brought manager over who accommodated us immediately After we were seated and started with our main server, everything was great.

Thank you, Bernadette, for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the food and Jacky's service, but we sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience with our hostesses. This is not the level of hospitality we strive to provide. We'll address your concerns with our team to ensure a better experience moving forward. We appreciate your honesty and hope to welcome you back soon!

Best music we'd heard in Miami so far. R&B & hip hop, and we liked that they didn't play much music that's super new - stuck with the goodies. The food was good, service was quick.
