Great food, verde ceviche was fantastic! Great drinks, really liked the mezcel margarita w/ mango. Waitress, Joanna I think, was spot on. Will definitely return!

I went for the Miami Spice Menu on a Saturday because I found on Miami New Times that the Menu was available the whole week for lunch and dinner. When we arrived the server told us that it was available only from Monday to Thursday. We had to ask for the Manager(chef) and everything was resolved. I don't understand why a restaurant offer on line a special offer but when we arrived, is so difficult to get to the Miami Spice Menu. Maybe is just false advertisement to get clients to the restaurant.

Excellent food, nice place, great service... but a little noisy. We had Tacos de Carnita and Chicken Enchiladas with Modelo and La Tropical beer. Delicious!

The server did not come to take our order for a good 20 minutes, she was socializing with a chef that had come out of kitchen for a solid 10 minutes. We asked another server to take our order and at that point, she decided to come over. We asked about two different dishes that we then ordered from her and neither showed up. I was the only one who received an entree but with the appetizers, which was confusing to us. The other two guests with me sat there waiting. She did not even make eye contact with us, again socializing with the chef non-stop, and when I finally caught her eye another 20 minutes later, we asked where the other two entrees were and she had no recollection of us ordering them. No apology, no compensation for our trouble. It was a very negative experience, which is too bad b/c we really enjoyed our first experience here.

Table was dirty and full of dust. Not clean. When I asked to have it cleaned waitress didn’t seem happy and did a sloppy job. I was disappointed this time.

Quando siamo a Miami, andiamo regolarmente da Balkan e ci siamo trovati sempre bene, ma ieri sera purtroppo il servizio è stato non all’altezza: i drinks sono arrivati dopo L’antipasto, solo dopo nostro sollecito. Dopo quarantacinque minuti abbiamo sollecitato il main course, e abbiamo dedotto che non fosse arrivato in cucina l’ordine. Preciso che il locale non era affollato. Insomma serata no.

I came to Miami with one goal… eat. Eat as much good food as you possibly can and oh my goodness did this place set the bar incredibly high for everywhere else I ate the entirety of the weekend. My husband and I are big foodies. Especially Mexican food. The Queso with Chorizo deserves an award. I can’t even stress that enough. The margaritas were the best I’ve had anywhere in the US. Just. Everything tasted phenomenal. Blew my mind. I could not stop saying “mmmmmmm” and wishing I could eat here weekly. Don’t sleep on this spot! The ambiance is amazing as well. Unfortunately service was very awful. Barely saw our server. Was very hard to get his attention for absolutely anything but oh my goodness THE FOOD 🤤I hate to even have the 5 stars impacted by service but it truly was terrible. Thanks to the chef and ambiance for making up for it!

First time in that restaurant and we were not disappointed at all. We went there just because we were searching for a place to have good tacos, and they were succulent ! Seviché as well. We also had a fantastic guacamole with home made nachos, and the Margarita Makan special was just perfect ! Thank you as well to the team. A good place to go for a diner with friends or family.

Just to be fair, I will say that I"m over 50 and I don't like loud places, so this is just my personal preference and it might be great for other people. I came over to meet friends for dinner. Once we sat down we realized that it will not be a pleasant experience. We had a few tables around us all very loud. Loud music was blaring out from all the speakers around us with no place to escape. You can't have a conversation unless you are screaming at each other, so we decided to find another place and we didn't stay.

Siempre hemos comido muy bien y nos han atendido muy bien en este lugar en esta ocasión el servicio fue muy malo tardó mucho la comida en llegar y había moscas en la terraza. Deberían de hacer algo con las moscas y revisar que sus meseros tengan buena actitud y buen servicio la actitud del mesero no fue buena realmente es la primera vez que nos pasa es un lugar muy bueno y preferido para mí
