Born from the desire to offer a modern take on traditional Thai cuisine, Bangkok Jam Singapore is a local favourite for very good reason. There’s a few branches peppered throughout Singapore, and this particular one is situated on Jelebu Road in Bukit Panjang Plaza. The menu here is extensive, and brimming with a range of dishes that are cooked to perfection and packed with flavour. We recommend the massaman curry with beef; deep-fried soft shell crab cooked in a yellow curry; steamed squid with chilli and lime dressing and the signature crying tiger of Australian ribeye served with the Bangkok Jam salad and spicy lime dip.
