Went at 6 pm. They had a happy hour 5-7 pm but they never informed us or gave us the menu. Ordered some items in the happy hour menu and was charged full price. Food is tasty but felt overcharged due to their lack of adherence to their specials.

Food was amazing!! Hands down. Can’t complain. Music was amazing. Here comes the bad part. I went to celebrate my birthday on a Sunday evening at 8 and the service was pretty bad. They didn’t offer dessert options to us or even acknowledged it a was a birthday party. Here comes the worst part, one of the server girl at the bar told my male friend she will be going to a “swingers club” with another server girl, if he was interested in joining them. My friend felt really embarrassed, but politely turned them down. Since it was my birthday, he was paying for my food (unbeknownst to my knowledge), and our server only included the main dish in the bill, she didn’t add the starter I ordered. On top of that, she wrote her number in the back of the receipt and gave it to my friend. Another one also told a sob story to my friend about how she was in an abusive relationship and got her ex boyfriend arrested and so on, showing stitches on her hand. Again, my friend felt bad for her and empathized, but was taken aback when she gave out her number just like that. One of my girlfriend went to pay for her drinks and told the server she had ordered a double, but the server only charged her for a single. Then later on came back and told her, oh I didn’t charge you for a double, you have to pay again. All my other friends were at the table for a long time and sitting and chatting waiting for the server to come by with the bills, but she never did. We ended up getting up and heading over the counter to pay and it all ended in utter chaos and confusion where I ended up paying for someone else’s calamari order just so we can close the tab and leave. Please hire professionals to work there. If you intend to keep your current staff, teach them professionalism and tell them to quit trying picking men who are double their age. The food is phenomenal and the music is really good, but if your level of service is not going to match, ultimately the restaurant will fail.

Visited for one of their Sunday brunch events; had an amazing time. Food was fabulous, DJs were great, and the ambiance was top tier. I would happily go again.

Very fun place with an interesting menu and plates you can share. Would prefer slightly softer music, but there’s a patio option where it’s quieter.

I've been coming to Bar'kada for a few times already. This time is no different in that this place is absolute gem! Whether it be for dinner or brunch, the place and people are amazing. Shout-out to Marta for taking care of us last night.
