The waitress was great- very attentive. The chef wasn’t as animated as we have had in the past but was pleasant. I felt that the food portions had been reduced from the last time we were there. Food was tasty.

We made reservations as a group of 6 at 5pm. When we arrived the restaurant was virtually empty. When seated we were sat at a table of 12 with 6 other people that, like us, were surprised that we were forced to sit together. When I enquired with the hostess about having a table of our own, I was told that if we wanted to change places or to sit exclusively with our group, it would cost $65usd for each chair at the table of 12 that would would not use. As time passed, we saw atleast 3 other groups of 6 that were sat at a smaller table, leaving their groups to enjoy their group exclusively. Truly, and unfortunately that left us all feeling very disappointed and we did not end up having the type of experience would should have had. We are visiting from puerto Vallarta Mexico and specifically made a reservation at Benihanas. On a positive note both our server (forgot his name) and our chef Derek were absolutely marvelous. Derek’s humor, disposition and banter was professional yet fun and funny.

We arrived at our reservation time, but it took almost one hour to start our dinner. The waitress was much busy, not attention to our table. And de cooker wasn’t experienced enough to provide the show that we expected. Not worth the price!

Fun experience watching the food preparation but the food itself was barely average and we paid $345 for six people including two teenagers and one eleven year old. It was a little confusing how to order. As we went out of the restaurant we saw items being eaten that we didn't even know were available. A bit disappointing but glad we checked it off our list.

Once we were seated, the service was great. However, this was our first time ever trying this chain out and we were thrown off by the way the seating and reservations were handled. We had a reservation for 7:30p on Tuesday and were not seated until 8:15p. We never got an explanation as to why but we assumed there weren’t enough chefs. There were so many people waiting in the front with reservations we could barely walk in through the door. There was one man on the iPad in the front and he just seemed so lost. Not sure what happened but finally we got seated. Thankfully, I ordered an appetizer because the chef didn’t come out for like another hour or so after we got seated. The server and chef were great, the food tasted great it was just the wait times. I believe transparency and honesty could have changed how we felt about the whole experience. Maybe it’s the location but just be prepared to wait. Order and appetizer or two, the chili shrimp roll was delicious and so was the teriyaki beef.

The food is not worth the price. I realize this location is on the strip, but, it was very expensive; definitely a lack of transparency. No one explained to is that fried rice is extra and the portions were much smaller than other Benihana locations we have visited. The onion soup was super salty. Furthermore, the vibe was off. It was my birthday, we expressed it twice and no acknowledgement. Lastly, I couldn't use by birthday certificate because it was a weekend but they failed to tell me that even though I asked twice before receiving my bill. I wouldn't go back.

Great birthday dinner experience. My daughter enjoyed seeing the “burning volcano.” Our cook Andrew kept the entire table laughing with his energetic attitude. The food tasted delicious.

We waited an hour for drinks and soup and had to leave before the rest because we had reservations at an escape room. The server and manager didn’t really seem willing to speed things up so we could eat there. Very poor experience.

Too many teppanyaki tables with poor ventilation. Smell of cooking oil was waaaay too harsh. Waited over 40 minutes to get any food or drink. Once we finally got food, it was good. Chef was nice. Won't go back

The chef was entertaining; but, he was going to leave before cooking all the food. He had to ask someone to get more food for him to resume cooking to complete everyone’s order. Also, the noise in the restaurant was wsy too loud.

It was my husband’s first time and we had his friends join us and it was great! We had an army veteran, Charles, that was super friendly! Don was our chef and he was amazing!!! He’s got some skills playing music and putting on a show for us and if you’re lucky enough to have him, enjoy him! Alejandro was helping Charles and it was perfect my son dropped his fork and Alejandro was there in seconds to provide a replacement! Good food as always, and I’m sure we will go back again!

We had a BLAST! My nieces had never been to a hibachi and they loved it! So much so that they asked for onion soup with their dinner after we got home from Vegas! We will definitely be back the next time we visit!

The food was good. The restaurant is loud but that’s to be expected. This is the only Japanese teppanyaki restaurant that’s the meals don’t come with fried rice. That was a little strange.

Not knowing how long it takes to get around Las Vegas we arrived 1 hr early but it was no problem and we were quickly seated. The meal followed the normal format the only difference on this occasion was the vegetables arrived after all the seafood which was a little odd. Emmy was very good but as we were in the city for a convention it did get busy and noisy but this was understandable. In all we had a nice meal served hot which is rare in the USA.
