Good food. Service was a little slow. Maybe understaffed. But they did well regardless

One of our favorite spots. Been very good throughout covid and easy to get a table. Food is great and service is always stellar!

Went for Easter brunch, great place very beautiful and great food.

Very disappointed. Have been to the other Bernie’s restaurants and had good experiences, unfortunately this experience was not good. The only redeeming part was our waitress. Our waitress was great.

Great place. I’ve been a few times. Each time I’ve ordered something new and never disappointed.

Order took 1 hour and was completely wrong. I got a burger cooked medium but by the time both meals were ready, I could tell it was just roasting under a heat lamp until well done. Omelette was completely wrong and had to be remade and second time was incorrect also. Waitress offered to remove the omelette but never actually did. I just wanted meal to be over. Never coming back

Great service. The food was great and seating was socially distant

Service was really bad. We made a reservation specifically for outdoors but the host tried to get us to come inside. We were seated and ignored for almost a full half hour. Took nearly an hour to get food, and even then, I had to go to the host and remind them that we hadn’t had any service. Had to go to the bar to ask for water because it never came. Staff is nice, but plainly inexperienced. Food is great and I’ve had good experiences before. Might’ve been an off night for staff.

Went here for brunch and the food/service was okay. The place wasn’t super busy but the food took a while to come out. Food was decent but nothing special—same goes for the drinks. It wasn’t super expensive so not bad for the price.

Our waiter was awesome however it seemed like he was running the bar and multiple tables with little help. We called about 30 minutes prior to see if we can change from 2 to 4 and were denied however on arrival, we were sat outside at a 4 top. The food was pricey for what was offered. It is a cute spot but I'm unsure we will return

We had a 10:45 reservation and we were seated immediately, however there were a lot of items that were no longer available on the menu including all breakfast meats... so that’s as a bit disappointing. Not sure how they ran out of all breakfast meat by 10:45am during peak brunch hour’

There were only two tables in the restaurant but my eggs came burned. The omelette at any other breakfast restaurant will beat the omelette here. They also didn’t have bacon or sausage for brunch. They were out of other things as well.

Amazing experience will be back

Came here with my boyfriend. He love, love, loved the French Onion Soup. He also enjoyed the beer selection. He had an overall decent experience. I on the other hand struggle with going out to dinner. Unfortunately, Bernie's did not have many options that were GF. None of the entrees, sandwiches, or pizzas were GF and there was no suggested modification. I was left with the salad menu, which is disappointing. Sensitivities and allergies are on the rise in the US and I find it interesting that places (like Bernie's) don't have allergy sensitivities listed on the menu, especially for being a new business. I won't be returning but I think my boyfriend would.

This was our first visit and to be honest it wasn’t a great experience. We sat for about 15 before we were even approached. We waited another 10-15 minutes for our drinks. Our apps camp out quickly and we’re very good. We had to flag our server down to order our meal and bring us more water. 3/4 meals were tasty - the fish and chips were over fried to the point of being hard and so so dry. Maybe it was just an off night. We are local so we may try again but overall we were a bit disappointed. The location is great, the vibe is awesome, we’re pretty understanding and hoping it was just an off visit.

Waitress was amazing

We were pleasantly greeted and seated on time for our reservation. Service was very pleasant, efficient, receptive, helpful and made us feel relaxed and not rushed. Food was delicious and wide selection. The environment was wonderful. Just perfect noise level where you were able to talk freely with your table at a comfortable volume without and difficulty. Beautiful view out to Manayunk Bridge. Highly recommended!

Not COVID friendly. A party was sat at the table directly next to us, definitely within 6 feet. Then felt rushed out by management so they could seat another party. Food and service were superb.

Great cocktails but limited menu bc of latest covid restrictions

Ahi tuna nachos and gin cocktail were outstanding, but the burger was a little disappointing in execution (burned bun and one missing ingredient). Overall, a decent showing for a restaurant that just opened during a pandemic.

I did not have a pleasurable experience at this restaurant. Other guests that came in after me were served before me. After waiting for a long time for my food, I was told that one of the items that I ordered was not available. This made my order take even longer. I’m not sure if I will ever go back
