Salads never same out. Meals came and 3 if the 4 were wrong. Waitress never apologized took long time to bring salads. Was almost done meal by time they came. Was expensive fir quality of food and poor service.
Will not return.
We were the only ones there. Food was solid.
Maybe the worst pizza I have ever eaten. My wife’s chicken piccata was just as bad. Pizza was chewy and had the texture of a frozen pizza that had just been microwaved. I couldn’t make a pizza this bad if I was trying to. Avoid this place at all costs

Service was HORRIBLE. The host with the seating was an issue. It was actually mind-blowing how that situation played out and our waitress was extremely ignorant. Wore her mask below her nose while my 92 year old grandpa was seated with us & we got more eye rolls than bread rolls. By the end - we found it comical as to how much of a disaster it going there was 😂

The food was great and so was the service. They were even able to make me the Baked Chicken Gratinati that was removed from the menu some time ago. They had all of the seating spaced out for covid and we felt safe dining inside. Keep up the great work!

Well... it was not good. Usually have a nice time and good meal. Tonight new year's eve night about 7pm. Didn't have to wait for table. But waited 10 minutes before a server showed to ask if we wanted drinks. We said waters for both a wine and an old fashioned. Drinks delivered in about 10 more minutes. No waters no bread. We had placed our dinner orders at the same time as the drinks. We waited at least 40 minutes before our food arrived. I complained that no one came with water or bread . To which I was told... I really apologize but I am also serving tables and bartending. I said that is no excuse for poor service. To which she told me again... I am sorry but we are really busy. I get being busy. But the rudeness in her tone was too much to handle. Finally the check came. I said... I am so so sorry that your service will reflect in your tip to which she replied... I don't care.... lol. If I were her superior I would have fired her on the spot. The manager ignored us as totally. I would have also fired him. The food was tepid at best. Truly disappointed. Probably never going back.
This place is horrifically run. Cold food, very slow service, incompetent employees, non-existent management, dirty, etc. I’ve been here 3 times in 4 years. Always an issue. I’ll never be back. Trust me. Read the reviews.

Wait was far too long for our food to come out. 2 of 4 pizzas were overcooked. One of them was flat out burnt. Should have never made it to the table. Consistently bad experiences. Will not be returning.

The poor waiter had so many tables to service all with large parties. They need to hire more waiters. The lack of waiters may be purposeful, since the kitchen was extremely slow in preparing the food. Not good when the restaurant is full of small children. There looked like one cook back there in the open kitchen.
Always a good meal and reasonably priced. Our server was sweet and very good.
They are always overwhelmed and take forever when it isn’t that busy. They never have the beers on tap and the food is somehow cold.
Took longer than expected for food to be brought to table. Server was courteous and efficient, checking on us several times. The delay was the kitchen. Bertucci’s is alwaysknowledgeable in dealing with my food allergy. Definitely a plus for them.
We went on mother’s day. We had a 4:30 reservation for four. We had to wait about 1/2 hour after our time for the hostess to clear a table for us when there were numerous open tables . When they did seat us it wasn’t where the hostess told us she was cleaning for us. They were short handed. Two hours later we were finally done with our dinner. Very slow. Food was good but not worth 2 hours for pizza and spaghetti.
Went for Mothers day, terrible experience. The server was very nice, but I think it came down to the kitchen not being prepped. We were a large party, BUT, the only one in there at first. So that cannot explain that it took 1.5 hours for out food to come out. Also, it came out in separately, with 30 minutes in between meals served! People were done eating by the time the last person finally got their meal. When we asked for a manager, he came by and offered nothing but a "i am sorry". Terrible. I worked in restaurants for 10 years, and I am VERY hesitant to complain because I understand how things work, but this was a disappointment, especially celebrating 3 moms at the table.
Good for a casual meal or a pizza. House salad was quite large and very fresh.

A Friday night visit resulted in longish wait times for drinks and food but otherwise a pleasant experience. The pizza was tasty and the menu offered a decent wine selection. The noise level is LOUD when the restaurant is crowded so it's not a place to savor your meal and relax with friends and family but maybe that's by design. All in all, a solid 3/5.
It took 45 minutes to get our food from the time we placed the order!
Restaurant waiting area was packed but upon entering the eating area, there were several tables that had not been bussed / trash lying on them for several minutes. Took over 45 minutes for a pizza and when the pizza finally made it to my table it was luke warm as was my friends. Overall extremely disappointed.
We were there Friday with online reservations and were seated in about ten minutes, food took a bit longer than usual and was good as usual . Topping on pizza were on the light side, we ordered three and have noticed that in the past. We think the lighting could be better chandeliers are intense,maybe some indirect lighting. Looking forward to the new pizza menu, it was not available when we were there. We will definitely be back we like it.Last thought, waiting area could be better not enough seating and maybe some separation.
After a day of shopping,Bertucci’s was the perfect place to have dinner. Server was knowledgeable about gluten allergies. Food arrived in a timely fashion. Server checked on us several times. Nice updates to menu. We’ll be back.
For a chain restaurant, Bertucci's surprised us. It's got good food, very fair prices, generous portions and enough room inside the restaurant that you don't overhear everyone else's conversations. They have gluten free pizza crusts.
We had very little time between rush hour and our movie and the staff was so accommodating! I made the reservation and called in the order ahead of time. They served us as soon as we sat down and made it to our movie! Thanks for the excellent service and delcious pizza!

Im glad we made an open table reservation because when we got there it was busy. We were seated right away and that’s when we sat there for almost 10 minutes before anyone came over and asked us for anything
We had a reservation on a Friday at 6:45. Place was hopping, with people waiting for a table. We were seated promptly at 6:45. Our waiter was exceptional,taking our order and then delivering food and drinks in a timely fashion,despite being extraordinarily busy. Food was hot and yummy. Waiter paid special attention to my celiac disease. He also made pleasant conversation each time he stopped to check on us. We will go back to Bertucci’s again!
Both of us ordered the same dish. It was significantly undercooked. We returned it to have them heat it more, which we absolutely never do and I feel bad that we had to. But Jessie the waitress was very understanding and apologetic. Her service was excellent!
First off, this is the second or third time I've been here where it's been uncomfortably chilly. It was summertime outside and wintertime inside to the point where I noticed a number of other customers wearing sweaters and jackets. The food quality has dropped the past few visits. The chicken parm was not as good as in the past. The pasta was not good either. The bruchetta was tasty and their rolls are always good. I would be hesitant to go back. I think the management has gone down hill.
Hostess was incredibly unhelpful. But the waiter was pretty awesome.
