Great service! Patrick warmly greeted and seated us to our table. Service is excellent. Bread/Butter, Tartine, little gem salad, Escargot, tuna tartare, and short ribs are EXCELLENT! Always a solid choice!

My boyfriend and I had the loveliest time celebrating at Bicyclette. Enoch and the team were so warm and welcoming, the ambience was lively and happy, and the food was absolutely delicious, came out with perfect timing, and was beautifully presented. I had the steak and it was immaculately prepared. We can't wait to come back soon :) Thanks again for a wonderful night.

The food was excellent but thought the service could have been better. Front of the house was good but the server was impersonal and lacked attentiveness and care, wine was kept across the room and glasses rarely refilled.

Second time at restaurant. Love the ambiance and the food. The Onion Tarte (everyone loves) is delicious but very rich-so get it to share. The onion soup-also very rich-was very good. Mussels outstanding. Service excellent (except food came before cocktails were delivered). One disappointment, we brought a bottle of wine to share but the corkage was $75. THE HIGHEST WE HAD EVER SEEN. As a result, we ordered a couple of glasses off the wine menu. They were excellent and wine list very nice, but also very expensive. My husband knew many of the wines and the pricing was a little over the top understanding that restaurant bottle prices are always about double the price outside of restaurant.

What a gem! Excellent service, excellent food, excellent atmosphere. The French onion soup was so tasty, the baguette and Normandy butter were delicious, and the blueberry peach tarte was divine, and I don't normally even like peaches!

Overall, it was a huge disappointment. Big waste of (a lot of) money and I really don't mind spending top dollar for great food. The waiter was very nice but clearly inexperienced (bad drink recommendations based on what we said our preference was, no dish suggestions, and no common sense recommendations (see below re: mussels) for the level of service you'd expect at these prices. Last but not least, the food was really just "okay" - truly a "mediocre at best" meal at a $200 price point for two people. We had 3 drinks total, bread, the caviar egg (which was three tiny bites), one app, and one main dish. Bread and butter: was the best thing I tasted that night. The caviar egg: so over the top rich that we couldn't finish it (and for over $30?! just not worth it- truly) Mussels - these were mediocre. But they didn't come with bread so all that sauce/broth went to waste (bummer). It would have been great if the waiter recommend we save some of our $11! baguette to eat with the mussels- (I feel like that's just something you should tell people at this level of establishment and price point) Short Rib: we left half of it on the plate. Again so over the top rich that it was almost inedible. Really bummed out. I knew I was going to spend a lot but I was expecting to get a really fantastic meal and I definitely did not. I'm still mad at myself for spending so much money on such a disappointing meal.

This place was on our bucket list for a long time. However, we were told before even being seated that we had to be out after 1 hr and 15 mins and we did not see any other people being told this. We felt like we were treated differently because we did not look like “big spenders” which was disappointing because this was for a special occasion. It was also incredibly loud in the restaurant that I couldn’t hear my partner across the table and it was dark that the people next to us were using the flashlights on their phone to see the menu. It was good, but we’ve had better food, ambiance, and service elsewhere.

The restaurant was wonderful, but the valet parking service was absolutely terrible. They don’t approach your car at all when you pull up, forget about them offering to open your door for you. Then when you go to pay the $11.50 on your phone, it insists you need to pay $16.50, including a tip you never approved and a mysterious up charge. Considering what nice restaurants are at this location, they should really look into a better valet service. Between the really shady payment situation and the complete lack of service, I was truly astounded.

I was a little scared to go there at first as I couldn't find any pricing and saw reviews about how expensive it was. Once there, first the place looks great, french vibes and good ambiance, our host was great and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. The service was prompt and everything looked well made and very good. The food itself was amazing, including the deserts which I am often scared of as my mother is a wonderful french baker. It is a little pricey but the experience is worth it!

Came here for bf’s birthday dinner and everything was great! Some dishes were better than others but overall the experience was fantastic. Service was on par with what you’d expect for a restaurant of this caliber which was wonderful including helping us through how many dishes to choose and appropriate wine pairings. They were packed so there was a 2 hour time limit but they were a well oiled machine and kept us coursed and finished right on time. Unlike many other popular restaurants in this city, I’m actually excited to come back and explore their seasonal rotations on a regular. Well done!

The noise level makes it difficult to have a conversation with those at your own table. Having to shout while eating your meal does not enhance the dining experience. This is a shame because the cuisine is superb.

I was expecting more after all the hype. For starters, the value is lacking. Very expensive for what it is. Food, really did not live up to French bistro fare. Everything was off and too heavy on oil and butter. The frisée six lardons had green beans in it!?! The cocktails at $17-$20 looked liked kiddie drinks. And a half baguettes with buere for $11, really. Trying not to be unkind but Sotto Voce that use to be in the same space was a better resto. Just really displeased with the whole experience. Left without dessert - went to zooies cookies to repair the end of our evening.

Juliet is the best server this is about our third or fourth time going! And every time it has amazed me! Everything on the menu is delicious, The only thing is the entrées aren’t the best, however on our last visit they had American wagyu and that was spectacular ! This is a go to restaurant! One of the best in LA it’s one of my favorites. I recommend this to everybody especially great friends, lovers anniversaries everything in between it’s just amazing! I’m not a huge fan of the music to be honest I feel like it doesn’t match the vibe, but that’s just my personal opinion !

Certainly feels like an actual French bistro. A couple of our dishes were just on the salty side, but not so much as to make us not enjoy them. Best part was the warmed, crispy baguette with Normandy butter! Could eat just that with wine and coffee!

This was my third visit to the restaurant and by far the most disappointing. We had a brand new waiter who was clearly inexperienced. The dishes came in the wrong order and he was nowhere to be found most of the evening. The scallop dish was overcooked and the tuna tartare was under seasoned. Could not find a waiter to tell him or make any corrections. Short rib dish was also disappointing. I’ve always liked this restaurant but after this experience will have to question whether I will ever return.

DONT GO FOR CONVERSATION. DO GO IF YOU WANT TO INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF GETTING COVID-19. Excellent service. Loved our waitress. Food mostly excellent: egg with caviar, tuna tartare, bouillabaisse. Chicken entree was too sour. Stiff crusted, dry baguette. $11 extra charge if you want butter or a little olive oil. Noise level intolerable. Tables too close, low ceiling, very crowded. Another place that adds 4% to give employee benefits and fair wages. I hate this silly and manipulative practice. Just add a dollar to your entree prices. No other industry tries to guilt customers into paying a slice of employee benefits. Just pay fair wages and benefits and set your prices based on your costs like real businesses do. Stop the offensive manipulation. I am certain that the add on practice will reduce tips in the long run.

Our evening was great. The food was everything I expected and more. Our lovely server Juliette guided us through the menu and we had an outstanding dinner. Thehighlights were The following: onion tart, duck liver with the best baguette, salads, one had tarragon dressing, the other with super ripe melon, duck confit, and the star beef short rib, and the heavenly egg topped with caviar. Outrageous. The cocktails were delicious. My only criticism was the size of my cocktail tiny, but delicious. The noise level was at an “excited” level. We will be returning! Wow.

What a treat! My husband and I brought my parents for dinner. The wine was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and warm. My dad and I both ordered the duck…we agreed it was the best confit we’d ever had - even after living in France for a few years. Oysters were tasty, and the bread and butter was worth it, too! A few of the dishes were a bit overly salty (scallops, onion soup and chicken), but overall, we thought the meal was excellent. Thanks to server Julia who put up with our table’s shenanigans and made the night even more enjoyable!

For the price, I was disappointed in the food. We enjoyed the Bicyclette space, but found it difficult to hear each other talk, which dampened our enjoyment. I also wished there were more options for main dishes on the menu; I wasn't able to find a main course that I liked, so I wound up ordering a few appetizers, which were of mixed quality. The onion tart was delicious (but very rich, so best shared). The rilettes were disappointing; it wound up being an expensive tuna salad. The onion soup was excellent. The service and the wine were both superb. I would go again at a less busy time, but I won't be rushing back.
