   Had some lovely meals in Bills but on most recent starters were lovely but main meals were cold and had to send them back, even then they weren't that much hotter on return. Staff were attentive and freindly but we requested they remove the 10% service charge they include on the bill due to the food quality.

   Really nice food, came very quickly. Drinks took a while to arrive, I had to ask. Bit noisy, 3/4’s full. Would go again.

    Great experience, lovely food for a informal family dinner, nice decor. We loved the vegan hot chicken wings and haven’t had anything like it before. We went back to have them this time and they where off the menu so would love to see them rerun but we still had a great meal

    Had a great meal! Food was amazing! We went to celebrate my 21st and my brothers 18th, they were very accommodating and all sung and wished us both happy birthday!

    We booked for lunch after a trip to Crazy Golf at the Trafford Centre. I told the staff that my grandson was allergic to nuts but the waiter brought lunch without reference to it and gave him the wrong plate of food and the intolerance one was brought to us later. My grandson started to eat the incorrect one before the staff realised they had made a mistake. The manager apologised but that was all that was done. It could have had a disastrous effect but luckily he was alright.

    1st time coming and really enjoyed it, attentive to check food was OK, service charge was a shocker didn't realise they charged 12.5%, did think the steak and chips needed more on plate for £20 as steak was small and little funnel filled with French fries, tbh peoples burgers on other tables looked better value than the steak and lamb we had, would go again but try other mains, dessert delicious we had banoffee split and apple pie couldn't fault starters and desserts

    I was really disappointed with the customer service. I attend bills regularly and had taken my young nieces for a day out during their Easter break. We received starters as usual and waited an hour for the main meal. We asked 2 members of staff during the hour wait and nothing had been explained to us. The food arrived which was cold but we were that hungry we ate it so we could enjoy the rest of the day. A half hearted apology was made by the manager. Also while waiting for our plates to be cleared and to ask for the bill, the manager asked the table beside us if everything was ok with their meal. Why were we ignored? I will not be attending bills again, I have never received such poor service. Furthermore, when I advised I was not paying the service charge, the waitress was extremely rude.

    Had to ask several times for condiments for them not to bring any over. Sent a breakfast make as was told the syrup was on the side not drizzled over food. Pancakes came soaking in syrup with 5 rashers of bacon. When food came back only had 3 rashers of bacon. Put a service charge on bill but not informed of this.

    Well organised. Friendly helpful staff. Attention to detail we had asked for a quiet table and we were given one even though the restaurant was very busy. Food menu varied and good sized portions. Cooked well and very tasty. Would definitely go here again.

    We love Bills generally, lovely friendly staff. Bit disappointed in the new menu as it didn't have the halloumi and advocado burger or the steak and eggs..... such as they are our favorites!

    We sat and ate outside of the venue after booking our table online for 6.30pm. We arrived slightly before our booked time and was served almost immediately. After receiving our drinks order quickly, there was a short wait for our food. However, we waited a long time for the dessert, despite it being ordered initially as part of a set menu. The food and the service was good, we are regular visitors to this venue, but we were disappointed as we had to wait far too long for the dessert. Not sure what happened as we ordered it with the starter and main course!

    The food was lovely, the service was okay but it was difficult to get a waiters attention for the bill. They also add an automatic 12.5% service charge to the bill which I didn’t agree with as if someone doesn’t check this then they end up paying it automatically.

    Very good post cinema meal with good choice on the menu to meet all tastes. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was well cooked and presented. It was good value and we look forward to eating again at Bill’s.
