Reservation for 8 at 5:30pm - seated 40 minutes late. The table offered was a high top, fire pit table with children and guests with mobility issues. A traditional table would have taken 40 more minutes per the manager. Food was lukewarm warm or cold and the entire dinner took nearly 3 hours. Disappointing experience.

What a wonderful, delicious, and enjoyable afternoon. It's crowded & noisy because the food is so good. But they need to add more wait staff for the busiest dining periods. We had a great time!

We actually got seated 25 minutes early and had a reservation for today Mother’s Day. The staff worked hard at getting our meals out to us and I felt they were courteous and on top of things being the holiday. We enjoyed our time, food and service.

I have gone to a bjs in Florida many times..tonight was the 1st time at the Livonia location..it was clear they were busy..we had a reservation at 630 and when we arrived we were told would be at least a 20 min wait..fine..then finally sat down..took the nice waitress a really long time to address us..we did order right away, once she came over..my salad wasn’t very good..I loved it every time while at the Florida location..waitress agreed that it didn’t appear like it normally did..my husband and daughter said there’s was fair..we ordered a dessert, which tastes fine once it finally came out..we were there for over 2 hours! Only because the slow service, we were not just sitting and slowly eating.. very disappointed

Our server didn’t appear to be very experienced. Took forever to get anything from her. Didn’t appear to be too busy but maybe inexperienced or just not a great server. Food was just ok too. Either way, our experience will cause us to try another place next time.

The restaurant was very busy, but I had made a reservation so we were seated within about 10 minutes. Initially a runner brought out incorrect food for me. When I said it was not what I ordered, he left it in front of me anyway, and said he would ask my waitress. I guess he didn’t think I was intelligent enough to know what I ordered. Only one of the two side dishes that my husband ordered came out and they said they would bring the other shortly. It never came. They eventually brought my correct food order. It was an utter disappointment, some of the worst food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My daughter also did not like her dish, but my husband liked his ribs. He also enjoyed his fries once he got them. the waitress kept disappearing, and eventually explained she had tables in two different corners and outside as well and was running around between all three sections. I won’t be back.

We went on Easter so you expect to wait but one of our meals was wrong and was sent back and did not come out till probably 30 minutes after the original meals. We had a brand new waiter who never even offered to have it taken off the bill or anything. it was so late we ended up having it to go and it put a damper on everything.

The waitress was ok. It was super overpriced for the quality of food. I was also in charge of finding my own cutlery and napkins (found at the front desk). The food was pretty slow coming out, and I was not informed of a $5.95 up charge for my salad choice. I only found out when I got the bill. The overcharge was taken from my tip…
