Although we appreciated the half price wine and 5.00 desserts, the meal and appetizers were not great; they were soggy or burnt. Waitress was attentive and helpful.

The prime rib is not available during the weekdays. The salmon is as dry as a camel’s tongue. The asparagus stocks are so thin, you can practically see through them. The calamari was horrible. The server acted like she didn’t want to be working. The music was loud and blaring. One person in our party got sick after eating the ziti. Not a good experience.

It was very crowded. Seemed to be understaffed, which may be the new normal in some industries that don’t pay well. The food was good enough.

Extremely poor service! Worse experience! Been coming to the natomas location for years; but last night’s experience was terrible! Our appetizers arrived but we did not have any silverware, napkins or plates. Had to ask for the items and it too a long time to get the items. What made it worse was that there’s a worker sitting in the back booth rolling up the silverware, but she was taking her time because she was too busy texting! 🤨 2 of our entrees came out wrong, had to send it back, & then “waited” again. The whole evening was full of mishaps! Disappointing dinner & don’t plan to go back!

One of the waitresses was extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t seat my boyfriend and I, had her coworker do it. Messed up my drink . Then charged me three times for my drink . She was a mess

I ordered a 28 dollar ribeye from a limited menu and I cannot recall when I last ate a steak as bad as this one. It was tough and full of gristle that I had to eat around. Not sure what is going on with BJ's.

The quietest I’ve ever heard at a BJs, acoustics are always horrible at any I’ve ever visited. Food was good, predictable. Short menu since they just started back up, disappointed no Fish and Chips or Jambalaya. No crowd waiting, got in right away.

Celebrated my 79th birthday and it couldn't have been better. The food was great although my steak was a little chewy but terrific flavor. Service excellent. Will definitely return.

Food is consistently good. Noise level high, but it's a bar/restaurant so that's to be expected. Orders come quickly with their hi-tech ordering system. Fast, efficient staff. Always enjoy eating there!

BJ's at Natomas. We were seated behind another group and when we asked to have the "garage door type window pulled down, our waited did it immediately. That made it much more quiet and enjoyable. It happened that we were there on a Tuesday and I got 1/2 price wine! Yay. I don't like cilantro so I requested the Ahi tuna salad with out cilantro and requested balsamic dressing instead as well. Super good. My friend always has the BBQ chicken salad. (Obviously she loves it!). Service was excellent and our waiter, Leo? was friendly and helpful. We eat here about 3-4 times a year to catch up on our lives. It is about 1/2 way between out houses so it works out great. I also recently ate at the BJ's in Arden Fair. Very noisy and slow service. By the time I finally got my soup, it was cold. Plus there was NO parking any where nearby so I parked way out past Sears!!!! yuck. Will stick to Natomas.

Two girls at lunch---we tend to gravitate to this BJ's about every 4 months to catch up on each others lives. We always seem to order the same thing...me the Ahi tuna salad and she the BBQ chicken salad. This time the Ahi pieces were almost invisible! I asked for no cilantro, and got the dressing on the side -- the salad still has cilantro in it. I got the balsamic and raspberry? dressings and then asked for soy sauce and wasabe. I probably will not order that again as it was pretty spendy for the amount of tuna that came with it. As always, friend enjoyed her salad. Wine price at lunch was a tad hi although a nice pour.

Great brew pubhouse. Very accommodating for families and thus can be very noisy. Monitors everywhere with sports. Food was very good as well as the service. Everybody at the table was happy with their dishes. I'd return here for casual affairs.

Waitress came as soon as we sat down, we felt rushed. Waited while we figured out what we wanted (if you want people to order immediately, have a shorter menu. Mthen it took forever for our food and additional drinks to be delivered.
