Everything was as intended with the exception of the hostess trying to steer people away from the seating that was available in the bar area. People were there to watch the NCAA games and it just seems that would have been top of mind. Please don't seat me at a small two top in a corner when there are plenty of other options. Then she just seemed annoyed that people asked for a better view of the plentiful TVs. The second hostess that was on duty was more than happy to reseat us. Everybody has a bad day and the rest of the experience was fine.

Disappointed this time around...drinks were not prepared correctly, pizza and steak were meh at best, sad because we have been here before and it was previously good.

Still my favorite restaurant. Always order the pizookie first. No shame.

We went for my husband's birthday, the appetizers were good, unfortunately it went bad after that, my main dish was cold and missing the bake potato when I finally got the potato i had already finished my food and the potato wasn't cooked, my husband's food was cold too and his broccoli wasn't cooked either, my daughter order a hamburger and it was not cooked all the way as she asked, we couldn't get the problems corrected because our server got upset when I told her my potato wasn't cooked, she was going to get the manager but the manager never came.
Overall was a bad experience we will probably never go back to the tysons location ever again. I spent almost $200 for bad uncooked and cold food. Very disappointed 😞

My husband and I came here for dinner with our two children to celebrate my husband reenlisting into the military, our waitress was absolutely horrible we were never once offered water it took 15 minutes for her to even come over and greet us and take our drink order very standoffish never came and checked on us and asked how our food was or anything just don’t recommend

Our server Rebecca was wonderful and did her best to make our meal special, as we were celebrating my friend’s engagement. The food was great and it was not crowded at all! I had the cherry chipotle glazed salmon and I would definitely recommend.

Great service, food is delicious. My favorite is the cauliflower with sriracha sauce. Of course, their pizokie is a must. This is our go to for my family. My sons both had their birthday dinner here.

The only thing that I found negative is the service. We seemed to have waited quite a while to get our drinks and our meals. I don't blame the waitress. She seemed to be very busy.

Food was good. Especially try the Pizookie...that was awesome. Pandemic timed so pretty quiet.

Our waitress was amazing and the manager stopped by to see how we were doing! Everyone was so nice and the food was delicious.

Prime Rib special on weekends is great value. Server Soliman succeeded. Manager Oscar does a great job. Good vibe. Great place to watch sports on numerous TVs.

Was a great experience. The place is huge which allows for a pretty quick turnaround on tables even for a walk in. The one drawback is that the entry area is not huge so with all of the food delivery people congregating near the hostess stand along with the entry from the mall right there there is a massive amount of confusion when you are trying to check in. Additionally, they are understaffed in the front of the house and there is not signage to let you know what is going on. On the much more positive side - the staff is amazing and very helpful and once you are seated - you receive amazing service from well versed staff. The beers are very good and there is a massive selection. Additionally, the food was great. Had the sliders as well as the Tri Tip with Shrimp - both excellent and cooked perfect. Would recommend this establishment - but they do need to figure out the front of the house better to make the flow smoother.

We had an amazing Server(wish I remembered her name). She made some great food and beverage recommendations for it being our 1st time experience there.

Our go to place to watch Sunday football. Nashville wings are great and can't beat the family-sized nachos.

Slow service despite very few customers. Pizza did not arrive oven hot, warm at best. Friendly server but not the best experience.

Waiter didn’t really want to be there and wasn’t wearing mask correctly.

BJ's food and drinks are really good, and of course the Pizookies are awesome. The staff, however, dissapears for long periods, and if you do see them, it's hard to get their attention. The decor and atmosphere is fun, but perhaps could be used to solve the noise problem. Maybe stratigically add some sound-absorbing surfaces. Reverberation can get so bad it's hard to understand someone right across from you at times. That's just a suggestion if it sounds critical. Overall we love coming here and do so often.

The Manager Susan was very sweet professional and accommodating for my daughter's 17th Birthday. We also had the nicest waitress as well..The food was delicious and the cookies were amazing and melted right in your mouth.😁I would say this is the best place to celebrate for any occasions♥️

Let’s just say I ordered the Tatonka Stout. The server was lost. I repeated it 3 times Then after about a minute I told him draft beer, stout. He showed me the tablet and I pointed to the item for him to order.

My wife asked what sauce came with the Calamari. He didn’t know. Then he found it and said marinara. She so oh. Then nevermind. The calamari came out about 5 minutes later. We just laughed and ate it. Wondering how the rest of the night would be.

Food was pretty good I just had one mishap with my girlfriend's food there was knat under her turkey burger so we sent the burger back and they remade the burger but we had an issue with Susan. Susan told us it was pepper when she looked at it I've never seen pepper with wings on it. Susan comment was very unnecessary she could of kept it to herself. Susan needs to work on her customer service skills. Our waitress Ayreal was very helpful in the situation.

The atmosphere was fun and the hamburger specials were fantastic! Love the big menu!

The large open room is likely to be very loud when full. It would be nice to have some quieter corners for conversation

We always enjoy BJ's. The food is always very good and a good value. Recently, however, the mahi mahi taco and such a small amount of fish on it I had to search through the slaw to find it. The shrimp taco, on the other hand, was full of shrimp and delicious!

The service was very slow and not the best. The waitress took a very long time to check on us and barely did even when she did. This was not my first time here and service has always been poor.

Solid food for our kids home from school, great service - frequent check in but not overbearing.

Parking is a mess and the bar where they seated us was excessively loud. But the food was good.

Monday is half-price pizza. Great service tonight. There was an office party so the place was rocking.

Everything was really good. Strongly recommend the tri-tip slow roast sirloin. I have had it twice now and both times it was the best streak I have ever had! Dessert was really good as well. Wish the sweet potato fries were seasoned, but really that is all I can complain about.

Went as a family dinner looking forward to taste the “deep dish” and left disappointed. We feel it is not a deep dish at all. Service was great, server was very attentive, and friendly. The dessert was great.
