Best meal and experience of our lives! Bones is a special place! Our waiter Lane was awesome! It felt like we’d known him forever!
As always it was excellent, I wish I could take a piece of the ice cream cake home with me.
Great service and food was fantastic. Steak cooked perfectly.
We had two dry aged ribeyes that were at best average. Unfortunately better corn pudding and Bacon Mac and Cheese can be had at the Golden Corral. One would expect much more from the food at around $600 for two. The service was good and the ambience and noise level are nice. With all of the options in Atlanta for a quality steak Bones has moved to the bottom of my go to list.
Great for and anniversary dinner or special occasions. The service was top notch.
From the moment we walked in we felt well taken care of. The ambiance was calm yet exciting and we were seated in the lower level. The service was on point, the steaks were cooked to perfection...thank you for knowing what a true medium steak should look like. The old fashion was good, not the best I’ve had but one I would drink again. The cheesecake was one of the best we’ve ever had. Ken our head waiter was a true professional. This place operates like a finely oiled machine. We will be back.
Excellent food and service. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and location is easy to access.
We had a great night at Bone's celebrating my fiance's birthday. The service was fantastic and they made our table very festive for the night. We had one small glitch with my fiance's steak but our waiter who was great made sure to make it right.
We've been to Bones many times over the last 25-30 years. It never lets us down. Stellar in every way.
Our food was phenomenal. Our servicer went above and beyond. I have no complaints and will be back during our next visit to Atlanta.
Customer service was second to none and the food was amazing. Kudos!!
My choice to dine on Father’s Day to celebrate my husband? Bones. We moved to Atlanta in 2011, and it is our favorite fine dining restaurant. Superlative service, attentive, helpful, friendly. Food perfectly prepared, flavorful and delicious. Attractive decor. Recommend: Shrimp Cocktail, Onion Rings, Bones Salad, Filet Mignon, Hash Browns and Mountain High Pie. If you are so inclined to wine, the Duckhorn Cab 2016 is a treat. Kudos to Bones, and Ken, Rodney, and Benedictus, the Servers for providing a perfect Father’s Day celebration.
Gentleman that greeted us slightly friendly at best. Arrived 10 min early for our reservation and was sat 15 minutes after our reservation time. No problem at all. Service was underwhelming. Our server wasn’t really around after ordering. Another gentleman named Damon was great and much more friendly. The food was so so good. Everything I would expect from an old school steakhouse establishment!
It was the great experience that I’ve grown accustomed too. The servers made an error on my bill. They quickly corrected it and apologized. The exit greeting by name as my family left the restaurant meant a lot.
What can I say? It’s Bones ! Is and has been my go to for an awesome steak dinner. Very rarely do they disappoint. I have been 15-20 times over the years and I think only 1 or 2 times were they not up to their usual standards. And their usual standards are very high.
Throughly enjoyable. Outstanding.
Excellent meal andservice
Everything was great! The special touches for birthdays are really meaningful and always keeps Bones at the top of our choices for celebrations.
This place has the best service and food. I would recommend it to anyone.
Best steakhouse in town, and maybe the country. Everything a serious steakhouse should be, including top flight bar and wine selections, (and thank god not all from CA), well planned menu, excellent and experienced service, good sides and desserts. My only problem is the closeness of the tables, which makes it hard to have a private conversation.
Hands down, the best dining place in Atlanta. Always our favorite.
If you're celebrating a birthday, be sure to tell them when you make your reservation because they will make it special! We went to try the Japanese Wagyu steak. I'm typically very frugal and wouldn't have spent $99 on a steak if it wasn't my boyfriend's 50th birthday. We were both GOBSMACKED by how PHENOMENAL it was! Can't even put it into words. I wish you could have seen his face when he took the first bite - he stopped mid-sentence. I would have spent more. We will definitely be back! (Oh, and the service was amazing too, as was all the other food!)
Have not been in over 15 years and this visit was as great as it was 15 years ago. Great food and service. A must when we are in Atlanta. A real steakhouse, excellent food.
Another awesome meal at Bones, never disappoints... great for lunch or dinner.
Great service, food and overall experience. There were a bunch of cameras though that made me wonder who was watching me eat. Very disturbing if you value your privacy.
My husband and I had a wonderful time . Everything was served accordingly and was very delicious! We will definitely be back . Try the dessert.
Excellent service, food. And we never felt hurried. Plus no cell phones in the dining room! That was great.
As always, the meal at Bones was fabulous. I had only one very slight criticism - the steak tasted as if it had a little more salt in the rub than I normally prefer. But it was still a wonderful experience. And the staff are incredible.
Excellent food and service! Our waiter Lane and Johnathan the back waiter were absolutely wonderful. Treat yourself to this place- you won’t regret regret it!
Standout was the excellent service. The food fantastic as well.
Bones distinguishes itself in its Southern ambiance that justifies their more expensive prices compared to other upscale steak chains.
Great food, service and above and beyond efforts to help us celebrate a special occasion!
From the minute we arrived at the restaurant’s valet parking, we were treated with such politeness and enthusiasm— the staff were uniformly gracious. I’d notified the restaurant via Open Table that this was an anniversary dinner, and every staff member offered congratulations! That was a very personal, thoughtful touch!! The food was wonderful— my favorite was the dry-aged ribeye recommended by our waiter. A superb restaurant!!
Excellent food, excellent service, excellent ambience.
We’ve been going to Bones for special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays for years. I’ve felt bad for not a writing a review assuming everyone knew they were great but knowing they deserve it. So, here goes... Their service and attention to detail is unparalleled and their food is always super high quality and prepared perfectly. Thank you Bones!
David was great and the appetizers were as well. Crab cocktail and The seared tuna. Yum!
Overall a good place. We stared with the Wagyu and it’s hard to beat that. The meal was overall good. They don’t have their own steak sauce. They have a bottle one, usually nice steakhouses have their own sauces. They offer A1 sauce which is rare for nice steak houses. The mushrooms and the corn were ok. The mash potatoes were great! We have to flag down our server at all times. For that the experience kind of stunk.
Best Steak I have ever had
One of the best meals and experiences we’ve had with fine dining. Can’t fault anything. Highly recommend.
