Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails serves New American cuisine with French and Mexican influences from Chef and Owner Elia Aboumrad. Cocktails are curated by Bar Program Manager Skylar Sanders and his bar team.

The American bistro offers starters including Artisan Corn Dogs and French Onion Dip Caviar Service; classic French onion soup and a zesty, rich gazpacho gelee; classic mains including Steak Frites, Christian's Boom Bang Burger, Elia's cripsy Duck Confit with seasonal garnish, and Elia's signature Pork Shank in Here & There sauce.

Guests will find a variety of vegetable-forward dishes like the Wild & Cultivated Mushroom Puff Pastry Tart with Ver Jus Sauce, Cast Iron Ratatouille, Potatoes Pureé an ode to Joël Robuchon.

Desserts are abound with chef Elia's signature Mexican Hot Chocolate Crème Brulée and her interpretation of the classic Pavlova.

The food was excellent. Especially the white lasagna and the pork shank. We also 2 bucatini pasta dishes that were excellent. The mushroom tart for an app was great to share among 4 people, and also had the corn dogs which was a surprise on the menu but was quite good. Paloma cocktail was perfect. Service was excellent. Waiter asked if it was our first time, and it was, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable with the menu and with portions. There was DJ who was awesome!! Played 80’s music and was spot on with all the great songs all of us 50-something’s grew up listening to. Was a great addition. He even came over to personally make sure it wasn’t too loud and that we liked the songs. The decor is super cool. Great vibe with this retro feel but modern as well. Surprise hit for shopping strip center location. We came because of Elia (the Chef being on Top Chef), and we were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience!! Definitely going back.

Terrible service, waitress had maybe 3 tables and didn’t seem to ever check on them! Not sure what she was doing the whole time. Food was okay, burger was good, fries tasted like the frozen one’s you get from the grocery store. Honestly not sure how this place is still in business, would not go back.

We have been here several times and love to support an independent restaurant in the neighborhood. This visit was a little off. The hostess had no energy/warmth/friendliness and that set the tone for the evening. I got the mushroom carpaccio (a favorite from past visits) and the tempura mushrooms were rock hard- ok, maybe fried ahead of service, but the coating was rock hard. My son got the duck confit and the portion was so small that I gave him half of my dinner to make up for it. I understand the duck will only be so big, but at least fill the plate with the other components so the diner is satisfied with the amount of food they had and half the plate is not empty space. The French onion soup was REALLY good. The carrot cake was good as well and I appreciated that they kept it at room temp so the icing wasn't like cold butter. Ironically, the friendliest and most genuine person on staff was the DJ who very warmly thanked us as we were leaving.

We have loved coming to Boom Bang in the past, but the last 2 visits have been mediocre. The food of all diners comes out at different times, the food runners don't know which table to deliver food to, resulting in a constant stream of "that's not mine, we didn't order that, etc." We probably will skip going back for a while in the hopes the kitchen and serving staff can better coordinate.

Located in the corner of a strip mall, you probably wouldn't find this restaurant unless you were searching for it. But it had a good reputation, so we sought it out and we are glad we did. I'm not sure what we expected, but it certainly wasn't a very eclectic menu that offered everything from a raw bar to a hamburger, to main dishes like pork loin. The atmosphere was neighborhood friendly. The food was obviously prepared with care and was exactly what we wanted. We had a very experienced waiter who made us feel welcome; he took the time to explain everything to us in detail. The price point is what you would expect on the strip, both in terms of cocktails and food. We will put Boom Bang on our list of restaurants to revisit.
