El concepto La sensación en Bovine es un constante salto en el tiempo El concepto y el diseño del lugar, fue desarrollado y ejecutado, por Bruce James y Juan Pablo Gallegos, quienes con un diseño ecléctico y sofisticado, lograron crear una atmósfera que escapa de San Miguel de Allende. La ornamentación, los reflejos y la geometría, juegan un rol importante para la construcción de un ambiente atemporal, que nos remite a la estética del art decó, y a su vez, tiene toques de diseño que nos sitúan en el contexto actual, e intensifican el contraste del pasado y el presente. El eclecticismo que caracteriza este proyecto se puede ver en su cocina, mezcla de una brasserie y un steakhouse, de platos sencillos pero con la impecable técnica del chef australiano Paul Bentley. La barra del bar fue recuperada de una cantina antigua, que hoy ofrece una selección exquisita de whiskeys y coctelería clásica.

Amazing decor. Food was good, but not amazing. Very quiet inside, but hopefully will have a better vibe once Covid is behind us and people are out eating and at bars more.

La verdad nos encantó la comida! Todos los platillos estaban deliciosos y excelente servicio por parte de todos los que nos atendieron. Me hubiera encantado haber estado en una terraza, pero dejando de laDo esto, es una excelente opción si visitas SMA!

En general todos los platillos estuvieron regulares. Pero el peor fue el pollo al limón, que sabía a todo, menos a limón y algunas parte estaban como crudas.

Food was good, but nothing spectacular... Service was not that good, I felt like it can improve quite a lot.. Music was too low so we could hear all the other table's conversations... It's because of the not-so-good service and low music that I give this restaurant a 3/5 star rating... The place really is beautiful though!

Muy rico, sin embargo se encierra mucho el olor a comida y cuando sales hueles a cocina.
El lugar es pequeño y en mi caso, había una mesa con adolescentes súper ruidosos, lo cual hizo muy incomoda la cena.
El servicio por parte de los meseros es excelente, pero piden la propina en efectivo, lo cual es un problema si no traes suficiente dinero.

Buen restaurante, cumple las expectativas para una cena casual/fashion. Lo mejor, la comida. La ambientación es agradable y acogedora. Tragos y servicio bien a secas, precio normal considerando los estándares de San Miguel de Allende.

We are frequents to bovine but our last visit wasn’t what we have experienced in the past. We had wonderful entradas. For the main I order short rib which was incredible and a few sides. But what really ruined the meal for us is when my wife offered the fish fillet and it was full of bones. The waitress response was “it’s normal”. We are both a chefs and we have never came across this before in a fine dinning restaurant. This was ridiculous service.
