   Food portions are small. Good for ladies on a petite adventure . The taste of the dishes were mediocre and choices uninteresting ..Ate there as a member of the Supper Club for a year .. the menu never change, no promotions, no seasonal flavours ….

   Had a wonderful time. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Ambience was welcoming. Food was enjoyable though not exceptional. Would definitely return many times.

   1.Expectations for the high-end hotel did not meet 2.First course was a too large portion and quite heavy to start the meal, goat's cheese tart 3.The ambiance setting is not bad 4.The service is below par for a high-end hotel 5.Food is average considering the kitchen only had one menu on the night 6.Long waits from courses 3-5, dinner took too long, and we were getting tired and tired of waiting 7.Paying high-end prices and not reflecting in the food or service 8.Special occasion memorable for the wrong reasons 9.If charging high prices should match the offering and the outcome was not the desired one 10.We are paying a service charge for something we did not get 11.Choose the venue over other ones expecting a different outcome and unfortunately did not do justice 12.Overheard a table next to us with a diner with vegetarian requirements and offering the same price as the non-vegetable menu

   Decided to have try the set lunch. Appetiser was seared scallops which was good, supplemented $20 for the ribeye which was a disappointment. I ordered a medium doneness but I was served medium rare and the steak itself looks very pale and not appetising at all. I suppose the pan wasn’t hot at all I guess. I informed the waitress dressed in black that this wasn’t the correct doneness, I ordered medium and not medium rare. She asked me if I didn’t want to see any blood in my steak? I guess the staff needs to be trained better. Overall service was prompt but I will not return as the food was mediocre.

   Food was great, both the buffet options and the single served pass arounds & mains. Particularly love the king crab, fresh oysters and caviar. Ambience was elevated by the live singing throughout the meal.

    I would like to take the manager who was attending to our group … very lovely lady The chef was amazing to prepare the set lunch on a Saturday due to miscommunication while the reservation was made . And am very grateful for the restaurant’s willingness to accommodate us .. Being the Marriot Bon Voyage platinum member I applaud the service 🎉👏🏽 Thank you

    Service is good as always 😊 I really enjoyed the little sandwiches and tarts especially the Salmon Yu Sheng Wrap & Jellyfish tart. Although I don't like sweets as much, I find the Caramel Walnut Chocolate tart really good. The ratio of the lobster salad is too little against the pastry for the Lobster Salad Vol au Vent so I can't really taste the lobster salad. The scones are a bit too dry. The osmanthus goji berry coconut jelly is interesting. The smell & texture do remind me of shower gel though. Ambience is elegant and luxurious. A great place to have tea, relax and chat.

    They didn’t spell the name on the birthday cake correctly. The desserts were too sweet. There was not a good balance of the sweet and savoury items.

    The food was great and the service was very friendly and unobtrusive. We also really liked the ambience. The lights, seating and surroundings were most beautiful and comfortable. I also liked the fact that I was able to use up all my remaining Supper Club vouchers to pay. This was my second time eating there in the space of 1 month. I would likely return again for the good food and service.

    Fantastic service and food was great. We had 2 mains - cod fish and barramundi. The creme brulee is a must eat if you have a sweet tooth. i have indicated that's it's for my Hubs birthday and they have also provided a nice birthday cake with candle at the end of the dinner. Definitely will visit again

    For a $230 meal/pax, it's not unreasonable to expect decent food. While I understand that there is a space constraint at the lounge, I do not appreciate dishes that are overcompensating in taste with seasoning. Taste: The best item was the roast turkey. Period. Almost everything was too salty, too sweet, too rich with no thought given to balance. While one would say the prices are to be expected from a luxury hotel like St. Regis. I would say I could have paid a tenth of the cost from a Park Regis. The ambiance was equally as dated, run-down and dusty. Unclean glasses (drinking and window), unpolished cutleries, so dirty I thought my own spectacles needed cleaning. Frayed holey carpentry, uncleaned AC vents, leather chairs specked with dirty black spots, and their arms shedding dried polish. If that is the condition of an expensive Christmas lunch, I'm afraid to ask what is in their AC vent, their swimming pool, and the condition of their shower. Is this really a St. Regis? If you are craving a Christmas buffet next year, I would suggest booking the Pan Pacific, or the Ritz Carlton. And I will see you there.

    We found egg shell in our mushroom soup. Your staff kindly explained to us that the chef could have dropped it in. Thanks for the explanation. We could not finish the afternoon tea food we ordered and asked for them to be packed. Most shocked to see that state of the food items when we got home! Every item was messed up, not placed properly. Extremely disappointed. Food should not be treated this way.

    Celebrated our family reunion post Covid and pre- Christmas. The attention by staff to disabled guest was excellent. The ambiance was spot on - intimate and cozy and elegant. Will definitely return with the good memories.

    Was surprisingly filling and food was yummy! Especially the mushroom soup. Towards the end, the sweet things started to taste the same ( chocolatey), so maybe itll help if there are tiny cakes instead of more chocolate. Or lesser sweets and abit more savoury food! Overall enjoyable experience, the st regis tea was super fragrant as well!

    Waited quite awhile for the tea to be served. In facts, food finished & tea is only being served when asked. Maybe can consider serving the tea first instead of the food next time. Thanks! Just a friendly feedback.

    The menu is concise and all of the dishes we had were good and beautifully presented. The drinks options were very limited. I guess there may be a more comprehensive wine list but we were not offered this. It is a very nice room and on the Saturday evening we dined it was less than half full which meant there was no ambiance. I would also like to see the published dress code actually implemented. Some of the diners had dressed for McDonalds rather than a high end dining experience. I have been in the Ritz in London where gentlemen are offered a jacket and tie or turned away. If we want the nice experience for everyone we need to uphold the standards

    So disappointed, it was supposed to be a Christmas Afternoon Tea but the Brasserie Les Saveurs was poorly decorated, almost no Christmas decorations in the restaurant, no festive atmosphere, no festive music. Only the food was delicious.

    It was our first visit to Brasserie Les Saveurs to celebrate advance Christmas. We were surprised by the unique porch given in the little room when we arrived. After having the tea selected from high tea menu, the 3 tiers came before th tea was served. Soup was not warm anymore by the time we were served, in the middle of the session together with other customers’ as the server brought a tray of soup to distribute. We are having an afternoon tea, not a buffet style. Its was disappointing as this kind of service should not be coming from a 5 star hotel dining. There is no communication amongst the team as 2 staffs came to ask us if we would like cold or warm water. Soup should be served first individually to each table before everything and the scones basket was served without the cream, lemon curd and strawberry jam which was served to us at the very last of the session. At 5.30pm, all the staffs were busy preparing other tables for dinner and there is no attention given to us even though we were the last table left. There is no top up of water and no coffee order taken at the end of the afternoon tea. Overall, the service did not meet our expectation in this 5 star hotel.

    Good if you like sweet desserts/pastries as savory items were too little. Pastries were alright, savory item were fair, the desserts were fair to not bad. Service wasn't great as our mushroom soup was forgotten, waiter forgot to send back the correct menu, had to call twice to get our billing as the waiter forgotten about us.
