    The food at Bravo’s is consistently good, but not great. However, prices are reasonable and if you are a loyalty member there is usually a coupon…so I think it is a good value for what you are paying. Our server is often Stephen. He is always pleasant and efficient!

    Hannah made our experience an exceptional one. Would 10/10 go back just to be seated with her. Food (spaghetti and meatballs) was delicious. The fried ravioli was immaculate. Ended with a slice of warm molten cake, definitely pleased.

    This service was excellent and this time the portion sizes were much better than the last two visits. The food was great. I have no complaints about anything other than the place needs to be touched up. The ambience would be very nice if they would clean up the outside, which pretty much looks like a run down dump, I just know that there is a gem inside That’s why I keep going.  however, if I was new to town or had never been there, I would not attempt to go in due to the outside appearance.

    We’ve eaten at Bravo many times over the years. It’s our go to place, I’d say one of our favorite restaurants. Last night we pulled up and it looked tired and run down. Landscaping was terrible, high grass, weeds , unkept. Awnings on the building were faded , and falling apart. Once we were seated we realized the air conditioning was not working. The poor servers were sweating as were our entire party. Our food was not good , some overcooked , some too spicy to eat. It was a shame because we loved the place. I will say though, our server was fantastic . She did a great job. The manager was very nice and apologetic . I don’t blame either of them, they were both wonderful. I felt bad for them. My take for the restaurant is that it’s getting very close to going out of business , which is very sad. Like I said, it’s has been our”Go To” for many years.

    Service was good. Food was mediocre at best. When I first pulled up to the restaurant, I thought it was abandoned. Landscaping all grown up with weeds. Air conditioning was barely working and they had large fans running inside the restaurant. It was very hot. Table was wobbly. Not an inexpensive meal so I would have expected better.

    Bravo is in serious need of an encore!! The quality of Italian food has really gone downhill from years past. This is now basic Americanized version of Italian food. I wouldn't even rate the food as good as Olive Garden! Love the atmosphere, service was great, but food was not good at all. I ordered the chicken caprese and couldn't eat the chicken it was so overcooked. My husband ordered the Chicken Scaloppine. His chicken was much better and more tender. My Daughter ordered eggplant Parm. It was sub-par at best. Sauce was nothing btter than jar sauce. My grandaugther ordered kids chicken fingers which were fried and overcooked. They really need to revamp their ingredients or prep of food.

    As always, the Chicken Marsala was delicious, as well as the Ensalada Dell Casa and Chicken, Spinach & Bacon Flatbread. Service was exceptional and the quality/quantity of each menu item was excellent, all at very reasonable prices. Will return to Bravo's again and again!

    The ambience was good, the service was good, and the food all had an excellent taste. However, we have been dining there for quite some time, and the portions have gotten much smaller, especially with the salad  and caramel mascarpone cheesecake.  the prices all went up a few dollars and we understand that prices do go up. However, when you’re raising the price you should not decrease the amount of food that you’re getting. The last time we was there we did not say anything about yet because we thought maybe it was just whoever was working the kitchen that day. This time I decided to say something because there are a lot of good Italian restaurants in the area. And we have been driving from Crestwood Kentucky into Louisville Kentucky to eat at Bravo.

    The wait for both soda and bar drinks was 30 minutes, the appetizer was undercooked, and the men’s restroom was unsanitary with the commodes full of debris, dirty sink and urinals filled with debris as well

    The food is good but the service is the most poor service this is my second time this place but I got the same thing we are there for the birthday I order chicken and shrimp Alfredo but it came with out shrimp and we got the bread in last minute anyways I have very bad experience @ Bravo Italian kitchen

    We were greeted by manager and went to bar while we waited for table. Bartender not in sight for over ten minutes and when she finally came and approached us, she said she had to put new tape in register. She then proceeded to wait on others who came in far after we did. This put a damper on our whole evening. Manager was notified and offered a dessert which when after 15 minutes wasn’t delivered to table we just asked for bill. We spent around $140 for a terrible service. The bartender should have apologized and so should the manager. We will take our money elsewhere. Louisville is full of restaurants that offer great food and great service.

    We always enjoy the great rolls and spiced olive oil. It was perfect with our lobster bisque! The fettuccine Alfredo was enough for two seniors to share. I wish they had a better price on glasses of house wine!

    We eat Bravo 5-6 times per year but usually for dinner. On this occasion, we dined for Friday lunch. The restaurant was fairly deserted and we were seated quickly. Our server came to the table quickly but seemed to be relatively new to service. It took him a while with drinks and then to bring bread. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was very good, as usual. The server was absent for the rest of the meal and then brought us the wrong check, which the manager was able to fix. Overall it was a good visit, but I feel like this guy needed some additional training.

    The food and service are first class! Love everything I’ve tried from this restaurant. Pasta Woosie is my favorite dish and no one does it better. Highly recommend Bravo for dinner and special occasions! Their desserts are sinful!

    The food taste was absolutely wonderful . How ever the portion sizes have changed since the last time we was there. The salad was about half the size and the shrimp scampi was smaller, Fra Diavolo was smaller , shrimp parmigiana was smaller and the pork chop dinner was absolutely wonderful in size and taste. Even the piece of cheesecake was cut smaller than what we used to get. The service was great,  the restaurant was very clean, the food had a good taste, and the ambience was nice. Again, the only bad thing was portion size.

    Giselle was an absolutely excellent waitress! Food was average. Two of the four entrees didn’t have much flavor. The pasta bravo had only 6-8 tiny pieces of chicken so it’s basically a pasta dish without meat. Cocktails were expensive. Ambience average. Thankfully we had a wonderful waitress.

    Consistently good food at reasonable prices. Servers efficient and pleasant. Manager checks to see if everything is ok. We eat here a couple of times a month. Usually veal parm, salmon w/vegetables, eggplant parm, or spaghetti & meatballs and salads.

    The girlfriend wanted spaghetti and meatballs, so she got just that. I ordered the Bravo Pasta and was thoroughly impressed by what I received. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

    Food is always great! Waitress did forget to put in our entrees but wasn't a big deal because me and my wife was talking.Chloe was an excellent waitress. The restaurant was very busy, which is a great presence!
