   I had a party of five so I got a table for a party of four I asked for the tables for six they said no it's for larger parties so being a Sunday night the table sat empty all night. Been here a few times next time I'll try the burnt wood and see how they treat customers

   Four of us had dinner snd we all enjoyed our meals. Two people had the meatballs and really loved them. Best around! Our sever Amy, was fabulous!! She had a wonderful personality, was professional and fun. She took care of all our needs and made sure we had a perfect evening!

   First of all, we went on Mother’s Day, which is a pretty special day for all the Mothers out there. We wanted to make it special for us and I have to say, this was our worst experience there we have ever had. Not one person there with any of us mothers a Happy Mother’s Day which I found to be quite odd. In the past, we have gone out for brunch or for dinner and have usually been presented with a flower and wished a Happy Mother’s Day. One of the big reasons we all go is for the bread and the oil you serve and there were 5 of us. The waitress brought us a large basket of bread which was great but only one small plate of the oil so we immediately asked if we could get more and the waitress replied with an absolutely but never returned. When she finally did, we asked again for more oil and her response was the same but she never returned. Our meal arrived and we asked that server for more oil and still nothing. The meal I ordered was ordered with no spice at the waitresses suggestion but when my meal arrived you could see the red pepper flakes. The waitress never returned for me to say anything so I just ate the shrimp and not the pasta. When the waitress finally did come back, she asked if I wanted a box and I just said no. She didn’t ask anything else. The worst service I think I have ever had at any restaurant and it will be quite awhile before we return. One of the mothers in our group said she saw our waitress pointing at our table rather rudely. Just not the kind of service you expect from this restaurant and on Mother’s Day to boot.

   Mother’s Day dinner. Have dined here several times in the past but this time was very unfortunate. Service was very poor. Had dirty dishes on the table the entire time that were never cleared from apps and salads. Had to flag down waitress because our water glasses were empty. Never checked back once dinner was down. Overall, prob won’t be back anytime soon.

    I used to go there on my yearly visit to Naples. One of the last times no server came over for 20 minutes. I left and wrote to the manager who responded. He asked I return and would comp me. I said I would but did not want to be comped but he insisted. Service was very prompt and nice and food ok. I went back after a few years and a complete disaster. Again, no server for 15 minutes. Server put salad on my table while speaking to regulars (they seem to care better) at other table. She had recommended one chicken dish over the other. They brought the wrong one. I was hungry but decided to stay with the error. It was awful. Told the server was wrong entree. She said she was sorry. That’s it. Impossible getting the check. Spoke to new manager, she said she will speak to the team, wanted me to come back with dinner on them. I thanked her and nicely said will never return.

    Always an energetic restaurant, great bar scene, delicious food with a wide selection from spaghetti and 3 HUGE meatballs which were amazing as well as steaks, seafood, chicken. Excellent service and great ambiance. Lots of outdoor high top tables as well as bar area booths and booths and tables in main dining room. This restaurant is big but cozy at the same time - you don't hear other conversations because tables are spaced nicely. Make sure you have a reservation. Very popular in the "season" in Naples - great outdoor area to wait for table. Great for families, couples, date night, large groups.

    So unorganized! Even though we had a reservation we waited for 7 minutes to be seated. Sean was a friendly waiter but had way too many tables so service suffered. We received our salad, minus dressing, from someone who didn’t speak English. Three minutes later the main course was served and still hadn’t received the salad dressing. Needed another cocktail but no one came so drank water. Sean finally stopped and we asked for boxes, ordered wine and dessert. Boxes and warm wine arrived slowly. We stacked our own empty plates which were never cleared and waited and waited for dessert. We finally caught Sean and said to cancel dessert and give us our check. While we were waiting for our guest check another server brought our gelato which we declined. When we received our guest check it wasn’t in the folder just a little print out. Sean never returned and we finally left cash on the table and left.

    Very nice atmosphere. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food was great. We especially loved the meatballs, calamari, chicken parmigiana and the salad with the fried pasta. We will definitely visit again for a fun, casual, delicious and very reasonably priced meal. Bravo to Bravo 👏

    I have been to this restaurant many times and had great service and food. Our server this time did not listen and brought one early entree for our child completely different from what was ordered, put our cabernet on ice and did not return for the balance of the order for at least 30 minutes. Thankfully the wine was great!

    Great food and service at Bravos. I recommend making reservations as it is popular and I was told I couldn’t get a table without reservations when we went there a few days before.

    We visit from Canada once a year, we always include a stop at BRAVO. Have to say that this time the food was just mediocre. My meal was bland and chicken was chewy. Service was great as always. Hoping it was simply an off night.

    Today’s service and food was less than bravo’s usual quality. Our meal took much longer than expected with tables seated after us served before us. Also, tables without table cloths were not cleaned before new customers seated. Just not good today.

    The two hostesses were the rudest young women I have encountered dining in Naples. I ordered a pasta dish that was very dry.. very little sauce. I ordered some extra sauce but by the time it came everyone in my party had finished their meal.
