After receiving confirmation of booking I clicked on Menu which showed 4 or 5 entrees and main courses + a Pizza Menu. When we arrived there was only a Pizza menu. Disappointing! Service was not great, had to ask a few times.

Great food, love the pizzas and focaccia! Great wine selection of any variety. Friendly and very welcoming waiters and manager. Will definitely becoming back

Father's Day special was advertised to me by email so we decided to book. Upon arrival we checked in and asked if we could sit on the rooftop, was told "sure". Secured a table and settled in, only to be booted downstairs after 5 mins because children under 18 not allowed on rooftop. Hmm, not a great start. Went back down stairs, basically the whole restaurant had been booked out for a rugby function, so our table was right in front of the kitchen, with walkie-talkies blaring as staff communicated between themselves. Ambiance sucked. No one approached the table so after 15 mins we asked if we could get a drink or a menu, and we were told "sure, you order over there". Nice of them to tell us! By now we had a good feeling for the place. Then the rugby function kicked into gear with speaker, awards and microphone blaring. Lunch was like a bad joke, cost $151 for the family and was a terrible venue to celebrate Father's day. Not recommended.

the bistro was nearly empty. lacking atmosphere. the GF pizza was shocking and as soon as it was served to my partner I thought it looked terrible, and then once she cut into it, I took it back.
the staff were very good. funny. pleasant and friendly and dealt with the exchange of meal (pizza for a roast veg salad) very well.

TV's don't match the warmer deco. What is this place trying to be? it seemed lost in the middle.

The new decor is great. The staff were lovely. The food was way to rich for our group of 3. Everything we ordered came swimming in a heavy sauce. I hope they can get it right .. it needs a lighter touch on the food. It could be a great neighbourhood restaurant.

This was our third dinner - our first two were very enjoyable. We live very close and ate with neighbours so last Saturday was very disappointing and we will probably not be back. Not enough staff and the one poor waiter was very apologetic - it wasn’t his fault. Food was quite nice but we ordered 7 x the banquet and there was not enough food.
Overall it was a very disappointing night.

Very disappointing. The bread with olive oil was really good - and alas! the only item (of four) that we could say that of. Dishes were far too salty, and the prawns, though very crispy, we're so over-spiced as to nearly destroy their delicate flavour. In addition, the noise made conversation impossible.

Justin Schotte is a great chef bringing his flair to Spanish cuisine, both the turbot and swordfish dishes arrived at table hot and tender and incredibly tasty. A fun night out and wonderful food!

Good food that is better with timely delivery of cocktails to the table. And Stealth Margaritas at $18 ea. are good...but better when made consistently with same ingredients and presentation.

This is the perfect place to get your friends together and share a meal! We enjoyed the ‘Chef’s Selection’ which provided us with more than enough food! The little peppers and olive with chilli were addictive. Enjoyed the specials for the evening which were the pork belly and snapper. Loved the octopus and the peppers stuffed with blue swimmer crab. The tortilla was inhaled by our group! The salads are fresh and colourful. The lamb cooked to perfection. Our group loved the flavours and looking forward to returning soon! Make sure you leave space for dessert...all of them are delicious!!!

There were 7 of us so we were able to try a variety of dishes. We had 3 pinxtos, manchego croquettes, the ham bocadillos and the Spanish tortilla. Some tapas were small while others were more substantial like the sirloin steak and the lamb ribs. Everything was very tasty. I particularly liked the chorizo with eggplant purée, the salt cod tapas, and the stuffed peppers. We were given a jug of Sangria on the house (which is offered when you make a booking online). Very nice meal.

Every dish that came out was beautiful presented so we knew we were in for a treat and the flavours followed suit. The food was tasty and delicious and our meal experience was exciting from beginning to end. Highly recommend for group dinners.
