Fresh salmon, asparagus, sweet potatoes, spinach, red peppers, pesto vinaigrette, feta, tomatoes, balsamic glaze
Gorgonzola Crusted Beef Medallions*
Mushroom marsala sauce, roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes
It took us 2hrs...2hrs! to get our food. Room was packed during Covid and there was only 1 server for the whole room! I ordered Chicken Marsala and it was honestly the lamest portion I have gotten. 19.99...one thousand percent not worth it. My husband got a flatbread and it was Cold. Honestly just won't go back
We apologize for the longer than expected wait time and we are very sorry about your experience. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing these opportunities to improve to our attention. We will undoubtedly pass your feedback to the management team
We had a 7:15 reservation and arrived on time. We were told that Open Table made a mistake and overbooked the reservations. There were many people waiting for their tables due to this back up. We were told we had to wait 20 min. After 25 min, I checked with the hostess again. She told us there would be an additional 15 min wait. We did not sit down at a table until 8:30! We sat the bar area and our server was really the bartender. We did not receive good service. No one apologized for the long wait or the mix up with reservations. No one offered any compensation on the bill as a customer service. All in all a bad experience!
Great food. Service was excellent. We will definitely return.
We're happy you enjoyed your meal and service at Brio Italian Grille. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
My wife's vegetables and soup were cold. Because I eat quickly, I would finish before she got hot food.
We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing these opportunities to improve to our attention. We will undoubtedly pass your feedback to the management team
Our waiter was extremely friendly and nice. Food came fairly fast and was good. I had reservations, when I arrived I was told I needed to wait 30 min to be seated. The walk in area was packed with people waiting for their takeout food. There was little to no direction from the hostess. People didn’t know where to stand to be seated vs wait for takeout food. Very unorganized. I’m glad we ended up leaving satisfied vs our initial observation upon entry.
We're happy you enjoyed your meal and service at Brio Italian Grille and we apologize for the longer than expected wait time. The management team has been made aware of your comments for improvement. We hope to serve you again soon.
Very nice Valentine’s Day dinner, well spent at Brio. Awesome food and great service.
Thank you! We hope to serve you again soon.
Great Dinner. Brio never disappoints.
We appreciate your loyalty & patronage. We hope to continue serving you and look forward to seeing you!
Great place to celebrate my birthday! Our waiter,Mike, was excellent
Awesome experience! I was a little nervous because it was a pre-fix menu and newly open. We go to the Collingwood location a lot, but we live in Marlton. I am very happy with our dinner!
Fantastic meal sever was not as focused had to wait a while for drink refills
Thank you for reaching out. We're happy you enjoyed your meal and we apologize for the longer wait on your drinks. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
We 100% enjoyed our dining experience. The food was delicious, the service was good and ambiance was great!
For value it was an nice experience. The waiter seemed rushed. Although pleasant, he could have been more relaxed. The food was served hot by a runner, but there was a mistake on my order, which took time for my waiter to remedy, Instead of swapping mashed potatoes for fettucine, they served both starches and omitted the vegetable. It was a forgivable mistake. I did not get upset- but at the same time- it wasn't very busy there. More attention could have paid.
Thank you for you feedback and we are sharing your comments with the team for improvement. We hope you visit us again soon.
Happy hour for our party of six was consistently excellent. Our server, Patty, took great care of us. Cocktails were expertly made and the food was delicious, particularly the flatbreads and burgers. Safety protocols were followed throughout the restaurant.
Food was good, service was fast, could have been more personable but server did fine. My only complaint is that we were shivering the entire time, to the point where myself and my friend both put our coats back on to eat. The temperature in the room we were seated in was 61, I could see as I was right next to the thermostat. It felt more like 40 degrees though. The main room was easily 10 degrees warmer and much more comfortable to eat in. They did not turn the heat up even after asking twice.
I went to Brio earlier in the week and that’s why I decided to come back on Friday for Happy Hour. The waitstaff was very good each time. The staff is patient and helpful. As a senior with hearing loss, it is important for waitstaff to slow down, project, and enunciate.
Some of these young kids don't get that, or maybe they haven’t been properly trained. We didn’t run into any such problem at Brio, and I realize how hard it must be with face masks.
My beef was overcooked. My potatoes were cold. The waitress was so busy, I just ate the food. It was a big disappointment.
Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Brio. Cocktails, flatbread and burgers were delicious on a cold winter evening. Our server, Mick, was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive.
I went to dine and wanted to redeem rewards offers. I was told they didn’t have the one dessert they advertised because “they were too busy”. It is bad business to advertise an offer and bring customers in, only to tell them it’s not an option. When questioned if another item could substitute for the offer, I was told “the kitchen is closed anyway”. During covid, I am happy to give my business to restaurants and their employees, but not when they do not provide good service. I will not be returning to this establishment.
As usual, Brio did not disappoint. This is our go-to place, especially with COVID.
The service is always great, as well as the food. Always a pleasure to dine here.
The server was either new or untrained and struggled to take our orders. She returned three times after confusing orders and ordering wrong items. The server was unaware of drink (soft drinks and wine). Since there were so few people we saw our food come out but sat for around 10 minutes and when arrived was like warm to cold. Other than the service the experience was all right.
The food was amazing and so was the service!!!
This place is amazing the only sad part wasn’t even the restaurant itself but a group of Caucasian females were rude to me and boyfriend and it was uncomfortable they kept staring at us like we didn’t belong their I was upset but I ignored and I’m glad I did food was great first time experience was amazing besides the rudeness of the customers because of who we were it wasn’t right but I won’t let it take my happiness from this place away and I will b back for another amazing time
Waited 1hour for lamb chops and recvd the sides cold mash potatoes 🥔 and asparagus.
This is the 3rd time I recvd less than perfect service. I will no longer dine at this Brio.
Support your local restaurants. Go out and eat.
Food was ok at best. It seemed like a fancy Olive Garden with ihop service. Portions incredibly small for price. We won’t return
good with picky kids
large space so plenty of social distancing
waitress was accommodating
Our server today was excellent. Food was great.
This location is the best Brio in the area. Service was excellent, food was delicious, and suggestions were perfect. Overall, we had a fantastic dinner.
Great place to have dinner. Has adequate indoor seating. Friendly waiters, etc.
Just a nice lunch with my family overall!
The food was delicious, chicken limone and the bolognese lunch. The atmosphere and spacing perfect with great service
We were seated in the enclosed patio area very promptly. We were not disappointed.
The drinks were fantastic, the steaks were even better...best strip I have had in a long time. Wait staff was superb and catered to our every request. Thanks for a great meal and a great night out during this difficult time.
Took forever to get the food salad was tiny food was pretty bad after waiting for 45 minutes they served us this....no more back to this place.
Food was excellent. Server was very pleasant and attentive. We’ve been to Brio before and always have a great meal and overall great experience.
Stopped by on a random Tuesday since Jersey was the only place that accepted indoor dining due to the pandemic at the time. I found this place by chance on OpenTable and was very pleased.
We bought a bottle of wine which was surprisingly cheap (cheaper than Philly prices for sure) and the food was good.
The server was a bit chatty but it wasn’t too unbearable - she meant well but got a bit too comfortable with us after a while. Idk why she would tell us her views on management when we just met but I guess we just give off that vibe (not the first time a server has done that to us in multiple places actually).
It was nice that the manager came up to us and talked a bit about the restaurant and its new ownership.. Had no idea it was a franchise but *the more you know* right?
Overall, I had a good experience there and would recommend to go. Will go back again whenever I cross the bridge.
Thank you for choosing to dine with us at Brio Italian Grille. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your meal and hope to serve you again soon.
Steaks were delicious. Pasta was excellent as well. Service was attentive and professional.
Been to Brio a few times as always it was great. I do wish they would go back to thier regular menu.
Perfect as always. We were not rushed. Very friendly staff and server.
Food was amazing and waiter very nice
As always the service was outstanding and the meal was delicious.
