   Able to accommodate a large group on short notice. The server was excellent. Pasta dishes a bit bland but the portions were huge so we will be doctoring up the leftovers all week at home!! Drinks, dessert, salad, and garlic bread were all delicious. Overall a fun place for an extended family dinner.

   An unfortunate incident occurred in the kitchen involving an irate customer and was heard by patrons on two floors. The associate general manager was most apologetic and gave everyone free dessert. The situation was handled professionally and graciously.

   I would never go back here. We were seated 2.5 hours and got only drinks - which were not accurate- and appetizers which were disgusting. We finally left when the waiter chuckled when I asked if our food would be out soon. We spent $200 on drinks and horrible apps and had to go to Wendy’s on the way home. The waiter was not apologetic and said “at least you got to hang out and have drinks”

    Terrible service from the start. No one to greet you when you walk in. Slow service, not one but two tables come in after and taken care before us. Totally forgot about the appetizer we ordered. Added the extras to the salad and they forgot about them as well. Finally brought them out after we had the salad. Ordered one bottle of wine brought a different one, more expensive of course. Could get better food and service at higher restaurants than here. Go elsewhere.

    Family atmosphere. Thanksgiving Dinner was nice, filling, and suitable for most palates of all ages. Easy to find, plenty of parking in nearby garage. Staff very nice.

    2 hours waiting for food at table Server was in left field except his co worker. Food had a bitter vinegar taste. Mashed stuffing etc

    This place is so big and it’s hard to figure out why we had to go up to the 3rd floor when there seemed to be other tables. There was a party of six next to us who were rather loud. Wait staff was very good. Prices are high for just 2 diners but taking the leftovers home helps. The stuffed shells had spicy sausage which we didn’t care for. The menu doesn’t say it’s sausage. The brownie sundae is huge but delicious.

    We were seated in the upstairs area. The area had some other diners but eventually cleared out, and we were the only ones there. As we have a rambunctious 3 year old, this was great!

    My wife and I went there for my birthday. It was her first time and my second. we had to ask the waitress for a booster seat 3 times on top of me asking the host and putting it in the reservation notes. The waitress kept rushing us to order just for our for us to have to wait almost an hour for our food my wife offered the baked rigatoni and it it looked like Someone boiled the rigatoni noodles then dumped someone else’s lefter over spaghetti over it. There was Random spaghetti mixed into her rigatoni and it wasn’t just a few noodles. Had to ask the waitress for refills. All around bad experience

    We came with a party of ten (my Italian extended family) and Julia was our server. She was so sweet and welcoming and immediately made us feel comfortable. She was cheerful and upbeat and just made the experience great! The food all came out on time and was delicious, as I remembered from last time! Would recommend. Thank you Bucca and Julia!

    Overall this restaurant is not what i had remembered it to be. from the tweaker staff, to not having a single quality wine bottle in the place, we walked right back out and went to a different restaurant and had the BEST time. you guys might as well just revamp the place because it is pitiful.

    The food was delicious and the service was adequate. However the restaurant was filthy! The restroom was disgusting and the only paper towels available to use were sitting on the sink soaked by water splashing. There was no toilet paper in most of the women’s restroom stalls. The carpet is very worn and threadbare throughout. The place could definitely use a thorough cleaning and facelift. Food is still wonderful though. I just hope the kitchen is cleaner than the rest of the restaurant!

    Our dinner was very good and waitress was very pleasant and attentive . We will be back for future meals. The only reason I did not give excellent as it was obvious that more staff is needed as all our meal did not get served together and had to wait for more clean dishes. We hope at our next trip to your restaurant you will be fully staffed for both your staff and patronages . This is no reflection on the staff that was working as they were hustling and doing their best.

    I made reservations for 8pm. We arrived on time and was not sat until a half hour later with minimal communication. When we was finally sat we never received silverware until our actual meal came. They didn’t have majority of what we picked off of the menu (I.e drinks and entrees). The table in the same room was catered to more than we were and we were their first. None of the issues was addressed at all and the check was not adjusted. The chef who brought out our food was the most courteous and actually is the one who got our silverware for us after we asked our waitress earlier. When we asked for boxes they pointed to where they were and did not accommodate us with help at all. I understand that restaurants become short staffed but the staff who is working should not be as frantic and bothered as they were. WE WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE.

    I forgot that last time I ate at Buca I said it would be the last. This was a great reminder. Long delay getting in.. Dirty tables everywhere. Slow service though I don't believe it was the server's fault. Very expensive for the quality of food you get.. Won't be back.
