The food was okay, not as good as it used to be. The service was not great. Waitress never came to check of we needed drink refills or anything. Considering there were very few people in the restaurant due to COVID restrictions the service should have been much better. The priced have clearly been increased quite a bit. In my opinion they are way too expensive now and, it's not worth spending 75.00 for 2 people to eat mediocre food.
Our service should have been much better than what you received. Please know that we will address this with our team and will do our best to make this an isolated experience.
We had an outstanding baked rigatoni very late at night. The staff was very friendly, in spite of the late Sunday hour we arrived. The place inside seemed really nice (I went to the restroom). We sat outside because of the coronavirus regulations. They setup a really cute outdoor space. The wine was also good.

Anniversary
Always consistent food and service. Fun family way to dine
We weren’t all that impressed. 30$ for essentially a box of pasta with sauce. The pasta wasn’t great. It tasted like regular boxed pasta. There were so many great reviews. Maybe we didn’t order the right thing, but we aren’t racing to go back, that is for sure.

Special Xmas menu, Xmas special labelled as 12.99 per person. Had 2 people, they just assumed we wanted a large portion for 5 people without telling us. Seems like a dishonest practice to me. Waiter said I just assumed you wanted left overs. At least tell people that they are ordering a portion for 5. I shouldn't feel tricked by eating at your restaurant.
2 of the party developed food born illness. They sat us in the bar. Place was less than half full. The host appeared to be put out when I asked to be moved from a booth to a table else where. Took about 15 minutes and then put us in a booth in a different room. Fod was poor at best, very greasy. Chicken parmigiana was burn, but one piece was under cooked, of course this piece I shared with the wife. Never again will I go there.
We had a fun night! I’d forgotten that everything was served family style. Be prepared to share meals. The food tasted great, especially the eggplant!! I could’ve done without the photos of half naked women on the walls,but overall we had a fun night out!!

Went to Buca with the family for my daughter's birthday. We love that we can always get a nice big table and great food. Our server, Wyatt was super attentive, friendly, and fun. He helped make the meal special, and made sure we were satisfied!

Prompt service even on a busy Mother’s Day. Food was on point for a chain restaurant. Glad we got a reservation.

Food was very good. It was nice to have individual portions for lunch. Our server was very slow to take our orders and did not come around to replenish drinks. I had to walk around the restaurant looking for her to get our bill.
Not up to par as in past experiences. Server needed to be asked for bread plates, dinner plates, more bread. One small bread loaf was given for party, needed to ask for more immediately. Left entrees on table with no dinner plates. Baked ziti was very dry.
one of our favorite places to eat, always difficult to get everyone to agree on a single dish or 2 but we are never disappointed when the food arrives. portions are massive and there is plenty to go around and to bring home. feels like eating at grandmas, decor is fun and different than all the other cookie cutter italian restaurants.

Birthday dinner
Nothing like our experience at Buca in Atlantic City. Servings were much smaller, food was cold. Was a enormous disappointment
Great food, service and atmosphere. Excellent dining for a large group!
Our food took forever to come out. The stuffed shells were cold. They made us another plate which took another 30mins to come out so we just took it to go. I gave 2 stars because they did keep filling our drinks and did sing to my dad for his bday as requested. This was our 3rd time here and each time was not a good experience so I doubt will be coming back any time soon, if at all.
I love Italian food although my experience wasn't the best I think they can improve
The food used to taste like real authentic Italian food. The chicken looks and tastes processed. The kids menu could have more kid friendly meals on there. Will not return, very disappointed in Buca.

We have occasionally dined at this Buca di Beppo in Wyomissing, PA over the past several years, and oddly we are finding that the food quality and service have been improving with each visit. A couple of days ago, our party of 3 ordered the small spicy chicken rigatoni, and it was out-of-this-world perfection! So tasty, so garlicky, spiced just right, cooked to perfection, and absolutely delicious! The best part was bringing home leftovers (even with the "small" portion, which was quite ample) and enjoying this dish for a couple of days after eating there! It's noteworthy to tell you that we had a party at Buca this past summer to celebrate my daughter's college graduation, and every one of our guests loved the food. We're now planning on taking friends out to this Buca to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. Can't wait to eat there again!
Food was delicious and service was prompt and courteous.
Very poor service. Wait staff was not very friendly, did not come back and check on us, did not clear away dishes when finished and did not offer dessert...just brought us a check...20-25 minutes AFTER we were finished with our entrees. We've been to this location several times, never exceptional but "satisfied". This time... VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Normally always had a great meal possibly because it was a holiday felt rushed. My son-in-law had to ask for his drink four times before receiving it. Also felt the food was cooked too much. Next year I will cook.

great spot and the family style dining allows everyone to sample different dishes without "committing" to any one. My daughter even tried the Brussel sprouts! Cute birthday song sung with enthusiasm :-)
My overall experience was awesome! I drive from Lancaster with my 2 friends to enjoy the food and check out the decorations.
