Had a reservation at 6:00. Checked in and waited until 6:25. Asked and they had given our table to another group of 5 who walked in off the street. The hostess (older lady) never even thought to ask why we checked in and 25 minutes later are still sitting there. Server got 5 plus tables at the same time and it was chaos. We never even got a drink until 7:05. They brought someone else’s appetizer to our table and when we said it wasn’t ours, they took away and put right on a different table. My son had already touched the plate and out his gum on the paper. He took it off, but I was grossed out on behalf of who it really belonged to. It was not at all worth the cost. I have a feeling this happens all the time. Would not recommend.

It was a little bit noisy but a fairly good value for the price. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan that came with a side of spaghetti and a fresh baked bread loaf. The bread loaf was excellent, the Chicken Parmesan was very good, but the spaghetti was only so so.

Josh the waiter was very helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Very good waiter! Food was excellent. 2 small pasta dishes and a large pizza amply fed 6 hungry adults with some pasta to take home. My only complaint was that the restaurant, at least where we were seated, was way too warm. Noticed it instantly. After 90 minutes hanging with friends, the crisp evening air was necessary and welcomed!

Amazing experience from start to finish, but way too much food. The portions are massive. Children can definitely split one order off the children’s menu or go without their own item and easily have enough with just sharing “small” orders with the family. They should serve the dessert first because you eat so much you’re so stuffed you don’t even have the ability to have dessert when you’re done. It truly would be best to order family style just a few items and everyone share. The apple Gorgonzola salad was amazing. Could probably go without the breadsticks. Be sure to visit the Pope room and pay your respects. Sorry we were too busy stuffing our faces to take any pictures to share this review.

We preferred the other style bruschetta….too much cheese for our liking….and when was cheese ever a bruschetta thing? ;) Service was ok….didn’t bring water or bread or anything, but wanted to take our food order. She was great though in making sure which menu items were egg free, as we had a person with allergies to egg. Staff that brought out the food were great at telling us the plate was hot on the stuffed shells and how to handle that. Miss having a “kitchen table”…….would likely return if there was one. We live in Snohomish…..so we won’t drive all the way to Seattle anytime soon.

Food was very bland, you get quantity but no quality. I think a bit over priced too. Server was great. The vibe was good for a Friday evening.

Went there with 5 friends for my birthday, we were late for our reservation, they accommodated us with a smile. We had an event to run to and our awesome waiter rushed our food through! Delicious as always, fun atmosphere, great staff, highly recommend!

I had been to Buca before, but not the Seattle location! Lost count of how many times I'd driven by, and thought about dropping in - then I came across the Birthday email (and special), just a couple days before it was going to expire. Didn't have time to find someone to join me (knowing about the Italian Famiy-Size portions), but I'm glad I made time for myself; it was an earlier 5pm reservation, so just before it got too busy, though as I was working on my Colossal Sundae, a few large parties were starting to trickle in. Good food & Great Service, just as I recall from the other 2 locations I'd been to before. Next time, I'm bringing at least 1 more friend!

Our waitress, Hannah, was absolutely outstanding. I have no doubt it would have been a good experience regardless, but she made it so easy and comfortable and even fun (she had an awesome sense of humor) that I'd practically want to make sure she was working & would be our server again, she was that good. The food was great (it was my birthday dinner and I made the right choice in restaurant choice), the cost was decent, and it was even made as easy as possible for my disabled 82 year old father (making sure we were seated by the elevator, that he had a chair to sit on during the short wait for our table, etc). I just really can't say enough good about it. Thank you for the experience!

It was a quiet time of the afternoon. Having the place to ourselves, I was pleased to entertain my sister for the first time in her life. Please understand that her disabilities were properly met by a very kind staff. The food was awesome and delicious. I’ll be back !

Food was great. Highly recommend the prosciutto stuffed chicken. Spicy shrimp appetizer was very spicy but great. Private party nearby was a little loud with excessive profanity, but we did not complain. Table clearing of empty plates and return to collect $$ a little slow, but will definitely return.

We had an 8 top of my family in for Thanksgiving. I forgot the young man’s name who served us, but he was excellent. The food was excellent from appetizers, to mains, to dessert and espresso. Thank you to the staff was serving us on a Holiday. We had a wonderful experience.

The food at Buca di Beppo is classic family style with massive portions. Great for sharing with friends and family, for sure. We got all of that with this visit. But the best part of this visit was our waiter, Fluffy. Every visit to our table created some laughter, which really made the evening great. On top of that, he knows the menu and food well and can make suggestions.

It’s definitely gone downhill over the years. Service was so slow. Lasagna was sub par at best. Rest of food was okay. We ordered way too much food and the waitress did not help at all. She also disappeared frequently. We had a birthday party planned and requested one of two tables. We were told the request you make online mean nothing because they don’t look at them. Just unimpressed. Hard pass.
