We approached the host stand and told them we had a reservation and was told that they didn’t accept reservations. After I told her I made it on open table she said that they don’t use the reservations even though you can make them on open table. Bad start to the dining experience…we went across the street to Cheddars and had a great experience. - K

Arrived at location and was told by hostess that our OpenTable reservation wasn’t honored at their location and they don’t know why the app gave us the option. Wings were tiny compared to other BW3 locations, will not visit again . - TW

The hostess was extremely rude and unaccommodating, we were on the wait list for 30 mins and supposedly 2 in line but since they weren’t letting us know our table was ready we inquired and she enlightened us that all of the booths had just been sat (we had requested a booth due to my severe back problem it is hard to sit in a hard seat for a lengthy time). Not only was she rude she repeated herself 3 times like we were incompetent to not understand her, we understood her very well. We went ahead and took the table since we had 3 children with us and had a late Church service. What you should recognize is that customers have a choice to be a customer or not and in a time like we are experiencing treatment like we experienced is one that will make our choice easier when we go out next time (and we eat at your location at least once a week). - LH

Usually we get really good service. This time our waitress was MIA for the first 20 minutes after we sat down. Not sure if they thought the other waitress had us or what. After that it was pretty decent.
