Introducing the latest addition to the “Forever Fabulous” Flamingo Las Vegas, the all-new Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse will transport guests back to the resort’s vintage roots while serving a fresh and intriguing steakhouse experience in a modern way. Guests will be transported from the moment they arrive, as they enter through the “bakery” façade and past the dry aged meat cooler, giving the illusion of discreetly entering through the back as many did decades ago. Once inside the steakhouse proper, an eye-catching dining experience awaits. In collaboration with designers Studio K Creative out of Chicago and renowned designer Jonathan Adler, the restaurant boasts a variety of atmospheres, including the main bar, patio dining, the bustling main dining room, three private dining rooms and a raw bar. Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse is a one-of-a-kind destination steakhouse, much like its resort’s origins, in menu, design and atmosphere. Bugsy and Meyer would approve.

    We made reservations here last minute and as much as we loved the ambience and the look and atmosphere of the restaurant itself, the food was quite lackluster. We started off with the truffle Parmesan fries, the aioli tasted more like tarter sauce than aioli. The steaks that we got (wet aged 10oz filet mignon and wet aged boneless ribeye) lacked a crust on the steak. The flavor was decent but lacking the crust was a large component of us not enjoying our steaks. The potato puree was salted and buttered properly. The chocolate cake had so much ganache on it, it was hard to cut through and enjoy. We ended up taking the ganache off and enjoying the middle of the cake. For all of that and one alcoholic drink, we spent $300 with tip, which is fair pricing.

    Glad that they had a special that evening which was the steak and lobster. The steak was a filet Mignon, and the meal also included a Caesar salad. The lobster was wonderful and plenty big, cooked to perfection. The steak was super tender and the salad was not an over kill with dressing. All was perfect.

    We have eaten here on three different occasions and while the food is good, the service has always been poor. We won’t be back. There are too many other places in Vegas that have a better value and equal If not better food.

    Wonderful Thanksgiving dinner! I was a bit skeptical because of some of the recent reviews, but we were delighted with our experience and meal. Everything was amazing.. from the bread board appetizer to the drinks and everything in between! Our group all ordered either the filet or the prime rib and all the steaks were perfectly prepared! Don’t snooze on the sides…. We loved the fries, potato gratin, baked potato and Brussel sprouts. Service was impeccable, even after mentioning they only had 4 servers because people had called out due to the holiday. Would absolutely recommend! A+++

    You can do better than this place. Steak was fine but way overpriced, even for Vegas. Lobster bisque and Cadillac shellfish cocktail were good. Nothing else was very good, service inconsistent. Think STK but sitting on your grandma’s wicker furniture and even more expensive.

    Our 80 dollar steak was like eating old shoe dry and tough and it had no seasoning potatoes cold and under cooked asparagus not cooked this has to be the wold worst steak house I do travel lots I wound not recommend this place to any one

    Food was amazing but service from our waiter was lacking, she seemed disinterested in serving us. We were a group of 9 which could have been overwhelming, but when your VIP like we were we expected better service.

    We were able to get a reservation at the last minute, albeit with a credit card. No shows are charged. The prices are high, but the quality of the steaks are equally high. Waitress was very attentive, checking on us frequently. Potatoes au gratin serving is small for the price. Brussel sprouts portion generous, yet only pretty good. Steaks were awesome. Prices are high.

    We Love "Bugsy's"! Excellent Everything! We stay at The Flamingo when we come to Vegas so it is very convenient and we love to have a great dinner there! Classy and Elegant if you want it to be or somewhat Casual/Dressy attire is fine.

    Overall the food was very good and the service was excellent. Our seating placement though was like being in a cafeteria and for the "price" level the ambiance was below average. We have had similar seating experiences in mall "food courts"!

    Probably the best service I've received at any steakhouse in Las Vegas. I travel alone frequently and often am left to my own devices while dining, but the server was constantly chatting with me and making me feel less alone. The steak was cooked to near perfection and the lobster bisque was literally the best I've had in town.

    Actually we were quite disappointed. We expected much more since we had to pay $50 just to go there. Not refundable and it did not go towards the cost of our dinner - which was mediocre. The filet was not nearly as tender as a filet usually is, the salad was good but not outstanding and the brussels sprouts were good but the same as any other steak house. We won't go back.

    My husband and I went to celebrate his birthday. We arrived at for our reservation at 8:15PM with plenty of time to spare. We were told that they were running behind and we would have to wait for 30 minutes after our reservation to be seated. When we finally were seated, we were placed in the very back with an uneven table with mismatched chairs. We ordered 2 steaks with 2 potato sides that took an hour to come out of the kitchen. In the meantime there was nothing, no bread, no checking to see if we were ok, nothing. When we finally got our steaks, my husbands was way over cooked and mine was still mooing. It costs $300 for food that we should have paid $50 for. Never again. I would recommend going somewhere else if you are just wanting a simple steak dinner.

    There was no ambiance, it didn’t feel like a steakhouse, it felt like we were sitting in a coffee shop with velvet chairs paying $400 for two people for dinner. I wasn’t told there was a charge for the olives they put into my drink, I was charged $32 for my vodka martini and $10 for the olives. I won’t return.
